I feel that my review on Kogan's poor customer service is 'same same' as noted by other people who had dealt with them. My strategy was to send an email to the Secretary and Corporate team of Kogan head Office ( easier process than trying to get customer service assistance) where I put my case to them highlighting that given they are a multibillion-dollar corporation that they had a duty of care to their customers to have a better customer service response--Live Chat. The response I received was so dismissive, as I was contacted by a customer service officer without higher management responding to my concerns or even replying to my email... to me, reflects the further example of poor management. I have sent another email, I eagerly await a response.
I had $336 credits in my account at Kogan which had a validity till December 2021. Just one day I checked and there were $0 credits there. Tried to message them and the replay came that you have used the credits. When I never.
Trying to message them now and they never respond for 1 month. Really never trust this website
I purchased two items for my fathers birthday. A watch and a camera. Instead I get glasses and a wallet.
It has been the most unprofessional dealings ive ever had with a company.

I have recently bought a few things from the Kogan website and I must say what a disappointment overall.
I bought a Kogan 34" monitor and was of poor quality. I asked for a refund but was given store credit. The problem is that they don't have a decent variety of 4K large monitors so I am stuck with them.
I also bought an Office chair for $300 which turned out to be very ordinary. I have bought a better chair from Office works for far less.
The whole buying set-up is arranged in such a way that once you are stuck with them, you keep losing more.
Moreover, they do not have a number where you can call and talk to someone but rather it is done only through Emails which put the customer at their mercy completely with no accountability.
I applied for Kogan first membership and was charged the whole yearly fee instead of monthly.
Never again, I have been fooled this time but never again!
Ordered a mobile SIM and was waiting for it for 5 days. So decided to login into account and check delivery information. Followed the instruction to look under Order History and check the delivery details. Once clicked, it has an option to go an absolutely useless Help Centre that has no generic information. The information regarding delivery times said that it should appear in the email that was sent when I ordered. Checked that and only had a link to the same useless Help Centre. The whole entire help system is a circular path that gets you no where and offers information that can't help. You can't even send an email, have a live chat or have a number to call. Feel so hopeless and frustrated just to look for simple help.
Absolute useless to try and convert your mobile number to Kogan. Been trying for 23 hours (working hours) to get this done. Still no reply. On the account it states in the process but has been saying that forever. Have contacted them via chat... every time you speak to a different person. NO ONE CAN ASSIST YOU! DONT USE if you need your number transferred.
I purchased a 7.5 front loader in 2019 it carked it this week... At the time of purchase the customer services was atrocious unhelpful and I would never purchase from this company again. The washing machine time frame for delivery was late, it got lost (yep things happen but to deal with the customer service team was part of the problem) What they said they would do they didn't... I sent an email to them yesterday as I purchased the 2 year customer care package I got an email back to call on a 1300 number provided and its been engaged all morning. Really Kogan got that many people with complaints or faulty products? I suspect its more about being given the run around again... So its back to email. I would not recommend this company at all avoid them at all costs.
We have tried and tried to navigate the Kogan website to return a product damaged in delivery, followed the video but it doesn't come up the same as the website so guess we're stuck with a damaged item m
Purchased a christmas present from Kogan. They sent the WRONG item and now 6 weeks later I am still trying to return the item. They are deliberately not giving me a return post code and then telling me I have to pay for return postage.
This company is a fraud, stay away people. Its not worth the drama.
I ordered something from Kogan.com today - they took my money and debited my account. They stated my item would be dispatched in 2 days. I then received an email 3 hours later stating they don't deliver to my area. I try to contact them about this but I had no response. I emailed a further 5 times and waiting hours for any response. I think the company is a joke! I looked for contact numbers online and even emailed asking how I could make a formal complaint but did not get an answer - surely this company can't be alow to act in the way? I would beg everyone never to use this company
My product was delivered to the wrong address a month ago and I've been in contact since trying to get it re sent or a refund. They're trying to force me to go out amid the pandemic to find a witness for a random form I need to submit if I even want them to look at my case. Contacted the ACCC for help because that's how bad it is. Don't shop here. Trust me
I purchased a mop vac 3 weeks ago and Aus Post said that they had tried to deliver it but I was home and they actually had not. So I have tried calling 5 times, giving tracking numbers etc but cannot get as human and am only told it is in transit. In the meantime i had a message saying that if I wasn't home they would send back to the supplier after 5 days... It has been 3 WEEKS! I cannot get hold of Kogan or Aus Post and so feel that I have wasted over $200.00! I am furious. SO annoying when you cannot even talk to someone
I have bought a lot from Kogan. I was extremely disappointed with Ovella dresser arriving flat packed with half screws missing. It's wobbly and going to landfill. Specs did not say flat packed. I went to buy clearance on Greta Bar Cabinet but $188- delivery to Sydney suburb was absurd. I received email to ask if I still wanted it and I declined saying delivery too expensive. Anyway I checked delivery price again and guess what it went to $230 dollars. Definitely not buying it.
Buyer beware free shipping is not free shipping when you buy from Kogan. A week later you'll find they have debited an amount from your credit card for shipping. Daylight robbery! When you email to question, you just get told they don't refund. There's no customer care. All they want is your money!
They sent me a small part of my Pemberley fire, and would not send me the whole thing. Their help desk was pathetic and clearly trying to waste my time so I would go away. If you actually read any of this KOGAN, I will go on until you complete our contract,- by every means available to me!
Kogan does not care about it customers once purchase is completed. My new bed that I had ordered was dumped in front of my property. So much for delivery care.
Their delivery company for large items is appalling. I shall never purchase from Kogan again.
Ordered 2 TVs from this site, 1 last year and the other a few years ago. Quick dispatch (and delivered inside a week) and had no problems with the products. Customer service were quick to respond when I had difficulty downloading the manual. No fuss.
Ordered an item but automatically addressed to Previous address (a gift for a friend).
Upon realising my mistake contacted kogan customer service to rectify address almost immediately.
It was impossible to change the address online, I received an email response from Kogan customer Service,
Saying they will try their best and than another email saying that they will try and cancel my order and refund, so that i can order it again, I reordered the same item again, now I have the same 2 items going to different address and have paid for it twice, they responded later that it was out their hands and could not stop the order.
How is it acceptable for an ecommerce company, within minutes of order, I could not even change the address. This is the second time this has happened to me.?
This has to be the absolute worst customer service and online purchase experience I have ever had.
I decided I would test the waters and purchase some items for my new apartment, a fridge and bedframe. I needed to cancel the items as they had not been delivered on time and I ended up purchasing from much more trustworthy stores. After numerous emails back and forth, generic replies, contact with the shipping company to organise my items to be sent back. I have sent about 15 seperate emails in the past week to get my items refunded and to request for someone to call me to discuss and get some advice. I've asked on 11 seperate occasions to be contacted over the phone and nothing. It's been days, I'm irate with how disgusting the customer service is and how hard it is to get into contact with them, such a simple issue that with all other places I've shopped online could be solved within minutes over the phone.

After receiving my product, I found 79$ has been taken from my account. I don't know why they took the money. I've tried calling but all the numbers are not working. I've tried live chat but no proper response
