Product was useless (wall cabinets) - Kogan themselves were ok to deal with (delivery, response etc), however it cost me $100 to receive the products and then send them back... so a total waste of time and effort.
Purchased an Ex Demo Ipad for sons Xmas present. Arrived faulty upon opening - clearly it wasnt tested, etc
Returned to Kogan and after 10 days looking at it, they agreed to replace. 2 weeks later, no Ipad and no contact as they clearly are out of stock, which is OK, but let me know or offer a refund.
Another 2 weeks and numerous follow ups and they reply that they will get back to me shortly. Guess what? Its all lies. Nobody every gets back to you or is honest about what is happening. This mob take advantage of being an online business and simply dont care once they have your money. Zero integrity and zero customer care. Every email reply is a copy and paste generic response full of false promises. Ipad returned in December and its mid February and we are still waiting.
Read the reviews and go elsewhere - its incredibly frustrating.
I'm assuming these two duvets were made in China, feather/down, but there's no brand other than Kogan. Cover obviously too permeable. Returns for online stuff just too complicated, and expensive. Very disappointed.

I ordered an electronic item which was supposed to arrive within 3-5 days has still not arrived, it is now 23 days late. On checking with Kogan Customer Service more than 3 times already), they refer to the vendor who responds that it is coming pls wait and there is no tracking on small items, and on the third contact, mentioned we will ship another item out, but nothing has arrived. On requesting a refund, Kogan does not respond to the refund request but send mail for vendor to respond.
I am wasting an awful lot of time for a $29 item, I wonder how many people are caught out this way, just disregard the follow-up and take the loss.
Beware when you use Kogan marketplace with unscrupulous vendors, better off with the more reliable global marketplaces.
Purchased a $300 LG monitor less than 12 months ago and the product was clearly faulty (plastic disintegrated, stand fell apart), Kogan advised me on this information only via email that it was not considered a fault (and they didn't have any replacement stands on hand to swap it with). When I threatened to escalate they allowed me to post the item back for a full credit refund. Since then Kogan's internal system advised me the return was rejected, but they kept the monitor! Not surprised but genuinely disappointed with the outcome which in my opinion is illegal trading behaviour. Am I going to bother with pursuing a claim on Kogan through QCAT? It's just not worth the time.
So please let my story be a warning to anyone considering buying from Kogan!
What respectable company doesn't even offer their customers the option of exchanging an item when the incorrect size was ordered? Terrible customer service and no sympathy what so ever. Stay away from these crooks! Never buying from Kogan again.
I have written 30 emails various texts and still no air/ heat conditioning unit, not working 3 service calls and 6 months waiting for replacement or refund. Bought unit 28/12/2019 delivered 15/01/2020 now 12/06/2020.

Purchased two London lounges they are so uncomfortable you can not lay on them without a cushion. They don't come with cushions and the joins jab into your back. $300 down drain Kogan customer service only said we could return them at our cost. Never buy from Kogan crap product! Crap service!
Kogan offers dispatch dates and then moves the goal post without informing you (except when you log in to see if item had been dispatched already, as the date originally promised had passed).
To top it, there is no number to call them and find a reason for this extension (4 weeks) on delivery.

Ordered an item close to $1,000. Kogan chose to use the absolute worst freight forwarding company, Hunter Express, who do not take calls, Giv you a very open delivery time slot 1-2 days, still waiting. Two full days spent at home waiting and no goods. Because customers have nothing better to do with their time... So angry. I can take a picture of nothing because that's what's been delivered
Bought a TV and few other things from this website. It was a Kogan LED TV which has been working for me perfectly since past 2 years.
All other smaller items were good and not even a single problem in delivery. Their delivery charges are a bit steep as compared to other websites. But that is just my opinion. Otherwise, the products are flawless and come with manufacturer warranties.
The product was one use face masks at a very good price compared to other similar products, I needed them quickly as I had nearly run out, so I paid for Express Post rather than normal basic postage, as it stated they would arrive within 48 hours after being picked. Trouble is, it took a week for Kogan to pick the order, 2 boxes of masks, really! I did put a complaint in and they did get back to me, 5 days later on the day the masks arrived, to tell me my order was delivered, really I didn't know this! They never addressed the issue, so dismissed my complaint. Kogan is cheap but so is their service. So would I ever use them again? No way!

It was dispatched Nov. 22
However a 50" arrived... how they screwed this up I'll never know.
I refused delivery and it was returned.
Next day Kogan called at 7:30 am and promised to send a replacement.
Since then nothing - you can't speak to them nor will that answer on email.
My order status showed returned.
Now it's reverted to dispatched 22 Nov... why?
They continue to advertise the same model at the price I paid some 6 day later... so it's not a stock issue.

I was asked by Kogan contrary to Australian Consumer Law that I was responsible for postage and technical assessment of the broken monitor which has an obvious defect. It doesn't turn on anymore. I photographed the resultant white screen to be told this was somehow my fault.
With the goods under a one year replacement guarantee!
Suction power is negligible even on boost. Fills with dust in a small amount of time. Needs to be cleaned thoroughly after each use. Cleaning is a nightmare. Parts are tight to remove and then it is difficult to reassemble. Have on old Volta bagged vacuum which I think was built when Jesus was full back for the Nazareth magpies and it works infinitely better despite being heavy and difficult to manoeuvre. But in all seriousness the Kogan product is purely and simply junk. I wouldn't give it away. Kogan should be ashamed and ultimately be held to account for passing this rubbish on to an unsuspecting public
Own a cattery refurbished it with Kogan furniture 12 months ago all good. Re order this year cost $800 happy, delivery fee $800 what a con their response we contract out transport well what happened last year. Smells like bull$#*! to me.

I purchased tv from them and took extended care warranty paid lots of extra for warranty. Tv not worked over all one year and stopped on off. Now two months passed since then kogan customer care not resolving. Not replying because you can reach them only by email. Every time different staff replies (if they do) and they doesn't know anything about this. Very frustrating and sick from this.
So please never use kogan if you wanna save your money and time.
