I'd never use Kinguin again!
I'm all for a bargain but their not worth it. 1st, while advertising Office 10 for $34, at check out they add 2 BS fees and the price goes to around $41. But worst, their access code did not work! I tried all 3 ways they suggested before reaching out to their Customer Service. Initial response was reasonably timely, 1/2 a day maybe, but instructions were not clear so I wrote asking clarification questions. After no response I had to hire a tech at $80 to get it to work. More cost than just buying from recognized places for $100, plus delay and aggravation! I'd give a 0 stars if I could!
Got a key that doesn't work, company asked for screenshots as proof, I have now sent them three times and they still haven't given me my money back. Have had to go through PayPal, am preparing to have to fight over this for months. Really wish they would just admit their mistake and refund me. Will happily revise this review if/when that happens.
After few orders they ask me for verification. I passed it and they dispatch my order, but they were switch off credit card option at checkout for me. Nice move! Steam, I bring this money to you, because other is so frightened =)

I had ordered a buy and play season pass. Long story short I got a code that was already registered to someone else account. I contacted customer support and they told me they could offer me a refund if I provided screenshots of it not working in email. I added full proof with screenshots yet they continue to say it works, when it doesn't. Ive ordered before from this company twice and I know what would work and this didn't. They also felt like threatening me in email to cancel my PayPal case for the expired/used code with their "legal department" to cancel it, and were super unhelpful in general. They denied me a refund for the bad code several times even with proof of full screenshots of the codes not working. Beware of this company selling fake/used codes there will be no way to get your money back unless you charge back with your bank.

As long as the key works, everything is fine. Only if suddenly the key does not work and you need support, it will be catastrophic. No reaction, you play dead. Never again! Fortunately with Paypal paid, there the buyer protection takes effect.

Not a good experience. The extra, premium Buyer protection was purchased but useless. We *completely* followed their demands (screenshot after screenshot provided, etc.) but Kinguin refused even a partial refund. We are hoping to never do business with Kinguin in the future.
Also, we submitted 6 positive reviews and 1 negative review regarding various purchases. All of our positive reviews were published, but our single, negative review was marked as "Not Approved" in their site and was not published.

I've had some questions or mix-ups while using Kinguin. The customer support chat was more polite than I expected. They solved my issues relating to coupon codes and offer listings. Thank you particularly to Margo. I'm a happily returning customer.
I paid a fair amount for Norton 360 premium 2 year's subscription, i am incredibly happy with the customer service, i had the key and activated after 3 minutes and i think that's great. The price was cheaper than other sellers or the official site. Overall, my experience was great and i look forward buying again from them. Thank you very much.
I've been a customer for a few years now and I noticed support tends to answer much more quickly the higher the sum you've paid. But stuff is mega cheap anyway so it's fine. Purchase protection is important, so don't be a scrooge and add that as well, otherwise you may have a bad time if something goes wrong.
I stumbled across Kinguin about a year ago looking for some cheaper alternatives to Steam. I've placed maybe 5 orders for a total of maybe about $40. I've also looked into selling a few keys myself on there. The prices you get are great when you compare them to full retail. Also, even though I don't spend much there, the two times I've used their chat feature they've been amazingly friendly and treated me like I've been the guy paying to keep the lights on. I've only ever had one issue with a key that was already used, and even though I didn't opt for the buyer protection they went ahead and took care of coordinating everything to make it right. It was only a $1.39 game, but again, they treated me like my issue was the most important they had to do. I've used a few similar sites, but after my last experience with Kinguin, I won't be going anywhere else again.

Had an issue with activating a Windows 10 key. I contacted customer service via live chat. Within 5 minutes I was paired with a rep who quickly identified the problem and provided a fix. I will 100% continue business with Kinguin.
I find Kinguin to be one of the cheaper platforms for purchasing games, they also have a list of trusted sellers that sometimes sell the same product at an even bigger discount. I've been their client for a while now and all of my orders came through almost instantly and worked without so much of a hiccup. So far I trust them.
I have used Kinguin for several copies of windows for myself, friends, and family. I have only had one issue with my most recent key, and through Kinguin's own live chat it was resolved the same day. As long as one is patient and purchases the buyers protection for their keys, I have no problem recommending this service to everyone. Over half a dozen PC builds completed with Windows keys purchased from Kinguin--an excellent track record--and I will continue to use and trust their service.
Just make sure you buy the buyer protection because these guys are awesome!
I had a problem on an Activation Key and spent a day trying to solve it on my own, of course after that I gave up...
Then I decided to try their live chat, I got probably the best support service I've ever had... even tho I had to wait 20 minutes for my turn, the person was kind, quick to find the problem and solved it in under 10 minutes. 5/5 for me!

Customer service and cheap prices are fantastic. Better than G2A in my opinion. I was a bit iffy at first and looked around before buying, but you can't beat the prices, especially Windows product keys! Had some issues with activation but luckily the agent I got into contact with, Erwin, was a huge help!
As a key distributor, it is inevitable that there will be a few issues on occasion with purchases. However every time I have had one, as a buyer or seller, the support team have been polite and very responsive to my issues!
I bought an old game that had no one playing online. This was my fault and I requested a refund within the next day of purchasing. A purchase of only $13.69, seems small enough to refund, even with their buyer protection plan. NO action was done by the support agent to keep me as a customer.

I recently bought a CD-key for Eset anti-virus and after 2 days the seller disabled the key!
Now i'm left vunerable and their customer service is fully robotic, no way to get a human in contact
