WHEN I CALLED, THE GEEKS AT KINGSIZE TOLD ME THAT WASHING THE CLOTHES VOIDS ANY POSSIBLE RETURNS AND JUST KEPT CITING "COMPANY POLICY". IT SEEMED FUNNY TO THEM THAT THEY HAD MY MONEY AND I COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVING BASTARDS!
There is a good reason their overall rating is only 1.5 out of five. They DO NOT take care of their customers. I received my order of two packs of underwear, 3 pairs in each pack, the color of one pair from each pack was not as shown on the website. Consequently, I returned and asking for a replacement. My return was delivered to Kingsize but no replacement, so I send an email thru the CONTACT US on their website, still no replies, no replacements. I called to inquire on my replacement and was told nothing they can do for these reasons: (1) It has been over 60-days, in reality, my return was within the time allowed, King Size didn't respond in a timely fashion was what held up the whole thing. (2) King Size does not have a department to follow-up when issues arise. (3) King Size does not have anyone to check up and follow thru emails. (4) I request an account credit for a future purchase, they sternly refused. The 3rd customer service rep. Needs more training, she keeps interrupting when I was speaking.
THE BOTTOM LINE IS: KING SIZE WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF A 10-YEAR CUSTOMER FOR A MATTER OF $20. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU?
This has been one of the worst return experiences I have had. First, if I want a refund to my original form of payment, the company tell me it will charge a fee. So, I selected a refund to a gift card because I intended to place an order for the correct size anyway. Then I use the company's Happy Return process so that the return is processed immediately and so that the gift card will be issued quickly. I plan to use the gift card to order the replacement. Kingsize doesn't process the refund until two days after I return it and they know that the product has been returned. At that point, they send me an email telling me that a refund will be issued TO MY ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. So, I place another order for the correct size. I place the order before 9 am on Wednesday right after I receive the email telling me I'm getting a refund. I pay for expedited shipping with an expected delivery date of Friday because I need the product on Saturday.
Then, on Thursday, I receive an email telling me that they've issued me a gift card. But to make matters worse, they didn't ship the Wednesday order until Thursday and shipped it two-day air, so it won't arrive until Monday, AFTER I NEEDED IT, making the $30 I paid for expedited shipping completed wasted. So, now, I've paid twice for the product and won't even have it when I need it because they can't communicate.
On 10/23/2020 I ordered two flannels@ buy one, get one free. I also ordered a Champion hoodie and sweat pants@ buy one get second half off. The flannels came right away. Was emailed the hoodie and sweats are on back order. No problem... plenty of time till Christmas. Got an email in early December saying the sweats were on the way, still back order on hoodie. Then received an email stating the hoodie was back ordered until March, then a couple days later was emailed it was no longer available.
Then I got my statement and they charged me almost full price for the sweats. I called to complain and tell them it wasn't right, I ordered in good faith and they were the ones who didn't deliver. She put me on hold again for a total of thirty minutes and came on to say she talked to her supervisor and there was nothing they could do. Well maybe DO NOT ADVERTISE WHAT YOU CAN NOT DELIVER. I feel totally ripped of and will never shop there again. DXS is a whole lot nicer. Google them you will be pleased.
I ordered 3 items on Jan 6tb and the promised date was for today the 15th and now the date changed to the 22nd! The the hell is going on with these people? 1 star is all they get!

This is a shady company. And to add insult to injury, they are rude, incompetent and nasty. I will explain.
They don't care about how their malice and gross negligence to deliver on time affect customers. My poor uncle placed an order. They have a ridiculous 7 - 12 days delivery time frame, which is excessive as is, considering Amazon delivers in 2-6 days at most.
This is not the worse. ALSO, they had a message that basically said "Allow extra time for your order to arrive. It may take 2-4 business days before your package starts moving, but You should receive your items in 7 to 12 days".
After the maximum delivery period had passed, my uncle tried to call their 800 number to cancel the order as it would be too late for him to receive it. He was placed on hold for hours and no one answered. He sent them a message. 3 days later, no one responded. He sent them another message... and 3 days later someone responded with an impolite tone that basically said "we are busy, you order is not the only one (aka you're not important), you need to wait, and at the end he added an insincere we apologize for any inconvenience."
My uncle then called their 800 number and wasted hours to get someone live, and all he had to say was basically "the order is "in process" and cannot be cancelled... that the order has not shipped, no guaranteed delivery date. Just wait". My uncle told him that the order was "in process" since he placed the order. That didn't matter to him.
THE WORST PART: After my uncle called, they mysteriously changed the message to "order may arrive after the date listed on your order tracking page". The word "after" was added AFTER the order was placed and after they failed to deliver.
I have ordered from this company for years and have had no problems until now. I placed an order and was trying to use a discount code and it wouldn't go through. I contacted the number that was online and spoke with a lady in the membership department. To my surprise she informed me that I couldn't use the discount because I already had a membership they had been taking money out of my account. I told her that I wasn't aware of any membership that I had signed up for and asked her to cancel the membership. She said that since I hadn't taken advantage of the membership that she would send me an email to get 10% off and free shipping; when I tried to take advantage of the discount I couldn't log into my account; I called the company again and was told by another associate that I couldn't use the account because the previous associate had terminated the account immediately. I asked the lady to cancel my order she transferred me to customer service; I got an automated service no option to cancel the order. I called back spoke with a lady she transferred me again and I got the same automated service and found at that time that they were closed. I called this morning to cancel the order and needless to say say the man said it was too late to cancel the order, although the order hasn't shipped I would have to send the order back and request a refund. I am not pleased with this company at all. Horrible service. I never plan on ordering anything from them again. I would give them any stars if that was an option.

I ordered a robe and slippers for my husband 3 weeks before his birthday. Their site said 3 days to process the order and 5 to 7 days for delivery. The very next day I received an email saying that the slippers were backordered. Then, 10 days later, the robe had still not shipped. I called their Customer Service number and was told that I could not cancel the order as it was "being processed". I received the robe 2 weeks AFTER my husband's birthday. Since I had already notified my credit card issuer of the problem, they had stopped the payment to KingSize Direct. I paid to ship back the robe at a cost of $24.00. The slippers came a two weeks later. They showed a "shipped" date of 05/15. In reality, the USPS didn't get them until 05/24. They were delivered on 05/26. Since I had already disputed the charges again with my credit card issuer, I paid $18.00 to send back the slippers. So I am out $42.00 with nothing to show for it but a REAL bad attitude about KingSize Direct. WATCH OUT FOR THEIR OTHER SITES. THEY RUN ABOUT TEN DIFFERENT SITES UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES!

I was working on doing my Christmas order around Dec. 8 or 9,2020, and I was buying some polos for my husband that were listed at $4.99 on the website. Once I added the polos to the cart, they appeared in the cart at the price of $9.99. I talked to a customer service rep. Via their online chat and he couldn't help me, so I ended up calling in to customer service to get them to honor the $4.99 price. The customer service rep. On the phone ended up going into my account and placing my order and promised that after my order had been shipped, I would be given a refund of the $20 or so to bring the prices back down to the $4.99. I received the order and lo and behold - full price is on my credit card and not only that, but an additional charge came out of my bank for $2.14 that I have no idea of what it's for! Also - the customer service rep. Had removed the coupon code I had on my account for free shipping and 50% off the highest priced item and I ended up paying for shipping as well! My order, which was around $130 before I called customer service ended up being over $170! I called customer service today, figuring that maybe they had forgot to apply my $20 refund or it was just taking a long time because of the holidays and the customer service rep. Told me that my refund had been denied! They're now claiming that I had a $40 off applied to my order, which is why they didn't honor the $20 refund. I have no knowledge of this $40 off being applied and was not discussed by the original CSR - if anything they applied $40, not took off $40. Also, I was buying my husband 6xl polos and somehow the size in my cart got magically changed to XL. Now instead of doing an even exchange they want me to send back the original while charging me for the new one. I've pretty much had it with this company and their bait and switch tactics. Also - don't sign up for their membership club - they say the first month is free - it's not - and to cancel your membership you can't just do it on their website - you have to call them up and it's a different phone number from the regular customer service who won't/can't cancel your membership!
9 July 2021, Kingsize.com is the worst horrible unpleasant incompetent company I've ever done business with, had I know now I would NEVER ordered from them, they should be investigated by the FTC, I ordered 2 pair of shoes 3 weeks ago for the 4th of July and after 2 weeks the items hadn't shipped, before I ordered they said the items were in stock and would ship within 3 -5 business days, all LIES, they tried to blame it on Covid 19, as well as item out of stock, customer service was a nightmare, rude ( trying to talk over me when I was talking) I tried to cancel both orders since they haven't shipped but they said I couldn't and when I get them I can send it back but had to pay $9.99, this company had my blood pressure up sky high, for the record I'm a Retired Military Sgt. And was treated better by our adversaries than these individuals, oh yeah the shoes had damage on the right shoe left side and were mashed up, they were delivered in a plastic bag and NOT a box, Go figure! At the end of the day, I'm stuck with some garbage that's made out of very LOW QUALITY materials, what a waste of money and time! My advice to others, DON"T BUY FROM KINGSIZE.COM, You will get screwed!

STILL WAITING FOR SOME ITEMS, NOW A SECOND DELAY. RECEIVED EMAIL STATING HOW SORRY THEY WERE FOR THE DELAY. EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ASKING WUESTIONS RESULTED IN NO REPLY.
I needed Long Pant and sleeve swimsuits for a vacation. Im not supposed to be in the sun. I ordered from this company with multiple names for men and women. The smallest they offered was 14/XL. I tried that hoping it would work. They were still too big and of very poor quality. I also tried an XL for my husband in swim trunks, which was the smallest they had. They were like a boat sail.
Now for shipping. It took over a month to even send the items out after I paid. I called and they had all sorts of excuses. Than after they mailed, it took nearly a month to get to me. They sent it 4/21/21 and it was finally delivered 5/10/21. But missing an item. That was to be sent a few days later as per their site.
So I waited to mail the returns back, because I made up my mind I wasn't keeping anything. 1) because of the quality and size, and 2) because of how I was treated.
That item showed up right before my vacation so I had to take the items with me to mail them back from my destination.
I sent them back on June 15,2021. Definitely within 60 days of when I received the items. I received a package back on August 7,2021 without a refund saying Old Merchandise. They said the cut off day was June 20. The post office had the package out for delivery June 18 to their company.
Any way to keep someones money for crappy quality merchandise. They will do.
They have every excuse as to why its ok a customer has to wait on them to receive a product they paid for, but will not refund monies based on what they believe is biased to only benefit them.
I did not receive product until May.
If they want their customers to have understanding and grace for their shortfalls, they should be giving the same. As you can see from a lot of poor reviews, they do not!

I opened this account to get my son what I hoped would be quality clothing for gifts and such. The prices are pretty steep, the sizing charts are unreliable, frankly, the clothing quality is MEH--but that's how it goes with catalog items, right? I have a habit of ordering and paying the balance down to zero before ordering more. My first and last order was before Christmas and I paid it off in December. Little did I realize that even with a zero balance, KS would decide to charge me a minimum interest fee. So shady. When I didn't realize there was a fee on my account, they charged me a late fee. So, that's fee on top of fee now. This went on for THREE MONTHS, and each month, the late fee got bigger. SO shady. Wanna guess when they decided to contact me to bug me over the bill? YESTERDAY. The day before I wrote this review, they began bombarding my phone with calls. I was teaching at the time and couldn't answer right away, but when I did, I was confused about the balance. I paid it back down to zero thinking maybe my son ordered something and then looked at my account online. I was shocked. Charging interest on a zero balance? Charging a late fee for a 2.00 fee that is too ridiculous to even contemplate?! Really?! Fine, I'll admit I should have read the fine print (I just figured, when I opened the account and since they're all linked) that KS would have the same policies as WW and R--neither of which have a minimum interest payment. I was wrong in my assumption that this is a reputable business and I canceled my account yesterday as well. The weird thing is I can still log on and access my info so now I'm worried KS is not going to honor the cancellation. SO SHADY. My recommendation to anyone who is contemplating opening an account with an in-store card---don't. It's not worth it. KS--be ashamed. Be very ashamed.

They also deductd money from my account for an order I did not make, then they tell me I cannot have the shipping fee refunded and they also expect me to pay the return shipping fee, I guess they don't know who they are dealing with, yet.
