Don't ever pay for expedited shipping. They charged me $34 to send it 2 business day shipping. I ordered on a Tuesday, needed it by Friday... didn't get it. Tracked it... said it wouldn't be delivered till the following Monday. That's 6 full days after purchase, and 4 business days after purchase. I had free shipping with my order, not one penny... 7-12 business days. I only paid the $35 because i needed the item fast. No problem right? Call them up get a refund on my $34... nope. They claim when i paid express shipping it was in tandem with standard shipping. $16.99 for each. Because they failed on the express shipping, i still had to pay standard. They only wanted to refund half of my $34. Standard is 6-10 business days. Why would anyone pay $16.99 (6-10 days), when they could get $0 (7-12 days)? They screw you knowing they will not deliver on time. It took them 36 hours to pick it and get it to UPS in Kentucky, yet they will deliver it to California in 48 hrs? They know from the moment you pay for express, they don't have to deliver on their promise and they still got you for $16.99. Almost straight up fraud. Said i wanted to cancel the entire order, and was told that's fine, even if i refuse the order or ship it back they still are refusing to pay back the $17 After being a 20 year customer, they lost my business for good. I'm sticking with DXL from now on. Better quality big and tall clothes, more expensive, but they always deliver when they say they will, and they don't rip off their customers. King size customer service was also matter of fact, and talked like they were robots who have a routine and know exactly what they are doing... cheating people! Save yourself the headache and dont deal with this company.

Always back order then can't get item. E.g. Buy 3 for special deal but never get that deal because item is always unavailable.
This company is a fraud, they give you credit and then you don't! And all they say is sorry... unbelievable why support places like this!

If charging $12.00 to ship a fleece jacket, it should be delivered promptly. Not here after 2 weeks.
The products are shoddy, unless you buy a name brand. I bought a pair of Addidis sneakers, and the product box was torn open on one side, so obviously the sneakers were not new. I emailed them on January 22nd, and they sent a return authorization. Here we are, 6 weeks later, and NO REFUND. In their last email to me today (after I complained again about the delay) they actually said "what product are you returning?" Are you kidding me? The CS Rep couldn't scroll down to read the email chain? Unbelievable!
Not only have the lost me as a customer, but I'm taking them to small claims court, not so much for the money, but just on principle.
I had been with Kingsize for 5 years until just recently. I had a Platinum card with them and had made multiple purchases through my account. Each time I would basically max the account and then pay it off. I had to have two knee surgeries and Covid hit i could not make a purchase for more than 18mos so they CLOSED my account. I only found out when I went to make a purchase for this 2020 Xmas and it would yet again have been a MAx out but couldnt finish the purchase with the card. When I called this is when they told me my account, like others had been decided by their board to be closed even while in good standing simply because we had not made recent purchases in 18mos. EVEN though i had periods of 18mos between purchases before this was a NEW company decision. I was informed there was NOTHING they could do about it (more like nothing they WOULD do about it) but that we could open a brand new account with the $250 credit limit. This is ridiculous having to startover when my limit was built up tp $400 and the 250 would not even cover the purchase i was trying to make. Needless to say they have lost me as a customer and as once I spoke highly of them i REFUSE to send anyone to this company anymore. No other credit line that I have gives me a timeline of when I have to use it or lose it, forcing me into a hardship especially when in good standing and without notice.
I order several items for my boyfriend for Father's Day. I had two orders. In my second package I receive all but the undershirts I ordered. On the site it states that everything was available. When I got my items in the mail that is when I noticed on the order form that the undershirts was on back order until JULY. Never did it say on the website before placing my order this was on back order. Also there was not an email asking if I still wanted the items due to it being on back order. I have talk to so many rude customers service rep that keep telling me because the item is on back order ( not my fault the companies fault) I can't cancel or change my order. It has stated on my bank account a few times that this charge was pending then it magically disappears. I was just told over the phone by a rep named Mark. That the item should be shipping out and I told him it's been saying that for weeks. Placed on hold and came back and told me I can't cancel I have to wait for the item to be shipped. Funny thing is they can't even give you a shipping date but want you to wait to be charged for something that you don't even want anymore. I have already found a replacement item from another company so I have to wait for them to send me something I don't want and still let them take my money. Be aware if you still want to shop with this company because some of your items my come and they may not but you still have to wait until they decide to ship them and let them just go in and out of your bank account as they please. This has left me very upset and they could care less. I will be contacting corporate and stopping payment on this charge. I have had enough of them and no longer need to be nice if this is how they think they cant treat people.

Answer: Depends, I am waiting for my first order to arrive, which they said had been shipped, when I get another email sayiing my order is delayed. I guess it's pot luck with this company. They also deductd money from my account for an order I did not make, then they tell me I cannot have the shipping fee refunded and they also expect me to pay the return shipping fee, I guess they don't know who they are dealing with, yet.
