I have purchased a lot of the longer length t-shirts both v neck and crew and after 2 or 3 months of occasional wear they start getting holes and the pockets start coming off. Paying these prices for quality t-shirts and have this to happen is unsatisfactory as the fabric seems to be like dry rotted after a few washings. I've reported this but no offer to replace them or anything other than a claim was presented to the higher ups. Im very disappointed and dissatisfied. The last supervisor I spoke to discarded me like It was my fault I caused the holes so needless to say I will never be doing anymore business with this company!
This was defective merchandise. The elastic waist band in briefs is splitting after a few washings. We purchased for Christmas gift and expected the underwear to last longer than 12 weeks. Customer support's only response is that all sales are final after 60 days. Since it was purchased before Thanksgiving as a Christmas gift, it would have had to fail in January for Kingsize to admit it is a manufacturing defect; some failed in February, the rest in March. I spent more money at this company buying gifts for my husband. I can guarantee that we will never spend another dime. This was our first experience and our LAST. What a horrible way to treat a customer.
We paid $29.99 for 3-day shipping and took 10 days to arrive. This virus has nothing to do with packing a box and sending it on the way, Amazon can still same-day delivery. This is complete BS wanted my money back the person on the phone was very rude and told me no way and I lose. Well KS I am putting this on every SM and review site.

I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.

Had an issue with not receiving credit for returned merchandise. Was very persistent and respectful as I worked my way up the Customer Service/Return chain. Ultimately, a Level 3 Resolution Supervisor stepped up and solved the problem.
I have no complaints regarding the quality of the clothing I have bought, the timeliness of their deliveries, or their handling of my returns. I was however very disappointed to discover that they had been removing $14.95 from my Visa card for the past three months as a membership payment for their "Rewards Program". The problem is, I never asked to be part of a rewards program. After three phone calls, I was finally able to reach the right person to cancel my membership. I asked her "How is it that I ended up with this membership, since I never asked for it?" She replied that many people join by clicking the "Free Shipping" button at checkout. I said "That's sort of shifty and underhanded." She added "many people don't know that they have joined the rewards program." There are not a lot of choices out there for us big guys, so I will continue to buy shirts from KingSize, but I will hold my nose when I do, and I will watch my Visa transactions more closely.

I havent used them in a couple of years since my son is now on his own, but the clothes i did get were great and i never had an issue. I've read about bad shipping, but given the current covid situation i would not be surprised.
In being fair this is an update to a previous review with King size. Second attempt to straighten out an order was met with better customer service response. The lady my wife talked to was much more peasant than the guy I dealt with. We had to cancel the previous order and reorder. Hopefully this will be delivered in a better time frame.
I called about an order that was shipped the First of December. This is the 23rd. I understand delays due to covid. I was polite to the customer service rep but he was rude to the point of ridiculousness. Advised me that if I had ordered a more expensive shipping feature I wouldn't have had this problem. For real.? Right. Also told me I could cancel the order and try again. I don't think so. What? Wait another month? I know they do not control the shipping once it is picked up but I do know there should be a better process in place to handle these issues. Being rude to your customers is not one of them. Needless to say I have found another company with much more peasant employees.
I ordered a shirt and paid $30 for 'Super Fast Shipping'. I needed the shirt for an event. I understand there are no guarantees, but after 3 days, I was told the shirt did not ship and yelled at a few representatives, who also confirmed my shirt did not ship out. I literally recieved the shirt 4 hours later. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
All of the clothes I get from kingsize, from underwear to jackets fit well and are easily returned if not. I did have to return a few items because they were too big but that was my fault. They constantly have sales. Only complaint is they don't really have a lot of urban wear but its my one stop shop for underwear, jeans, t-shirts, polo shirts. Hoodies and jackets. But I wouldn't go to the club or church in any of it.
I bought 2 shirts got express shipping 1-2 days...payment didn't process for three days and when I finally got my order 7 days later I got 2 shirts both 3x...both went down to my knees and I'm 6'3"...one shirt was described a tee shirt and I got a nylon workout shirt...looked to return and I find out I have to return it to one of thier return locations ( that's fine, one not far away) but then I find I either can get a full refund on a gift card or a partial refund minus som "fees" after all these fees were calculated THEY determined I would receive 37 dollars out of a 82 dollar purchase back.
This place is shady...they scam you and steal your money. No regard fir customer service or customer satisfaction...DO NOT ORDER!
I place an order for fleece pants size large tall I got in the mail today size 8X. The sales rep who dose not speak and apparently understand english spent more time trying to up sell me and get me to take one of their credit cards. If that same effort was spent making sure my request was filled properly maybe you wouldnt have the worst service rating going. This is the third time Ive ordered something and had to return it. I had an order in my cart. They refused to apply a coupon that said take an extra $30 off a $100 order. I added more eligible items to my cart for this coupon. It still wouldn't apply. Chat Customer service said because the items were on back order even though it showed in stock. I went back to edit my order, removed the coupons and found that the shirts that were for $11.99 were now $5.99. I went back to my cart and deleted all items then went back to the product page where they were listed as $5.99. I added those to my cart. When I went back to my cart they were $11.99 each. I contacted customer service via chat and they said there was nothing they could do. I sent screenshots and the web address. They told me to call customer service who tried to apply a coupon that did not give the same advertised price. They said it was showing $11.99 even though I was on the product page and it said $5.99. I sent them an email with the screenshots as requested. I feel like this website is not legimate and has been way to much hassle to purchase from. 4 hours time wasted to buy shirts for my husband.

They wouldn't cancel my order within 24 hours of making it. And then it took about a week and a half to get the order so I could return it (that was with ($30 expedited shipping). Then, when I prepared to immediately return it, I looked at their policy more in depth, and they only offer either a gift card for beauty brands, or a refund to the original charged card WITH an $11 fee, AND a statement that says it will take atleast 3 weeks to get a refund. I will be giving their ugly coat to a shelter where someone can use it, and save further time and frustration. If I did an actual refund, I would have lost a total of $40 from the order they refused to cancel only hours after it was made.
I had toask five times for order history and was told they cannot give it to me.But, on their website when I log into my account there is an option for order history that does not work. Verry poor customer service (foreign born with a heavy accent) and does not listen but goes on rambling about all sorts of things I diod not ask for. Had to give her my email address four times when they already had it since it was my sign in ID.

I tried to use their unusable return site. Emailed customer service, and they said since they sent the wrong size, they would give me a prepaid return. I had to call a number. I very unhelp woman on the phone basically called me a liar, that they sent the coat that I ordered. This is untrue. To get moneyback, there was $10 restock fee, and I would have to pay to send the coat back. I never got the QR code with a return address that she promised. I got so disgusted that I donated the coat to Goodwill. Beware!
Ordered a hat off the Kingsize.com website. Finally received it but the hat (delivered in a flimsy cardboard shoebox type material and inside a flexible plastic bag) was totally flattened and box + hat destroyed. I've reached out over 5 times to Kingsize.com customer service without so much as an acknowledgement of email receipt. They don't care, they don't return a call, they don't return emails. I will strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering on this website to go elsewhere. Zero customer response. If I could rate the customer service - it would be a negative number.
I purchased Christmas presents for my grandson when the items were on sale. I should have thrown my money right away! The slippers I bought broke through the bottoms 4 days after wearing them. The company won't do anything about it because it's over their 60 day warranty period. I called to speak to customer service and got hung up on. Great customer service
So tired of the Hallmark cards with a discount gift code enclosed that make it next to impossible to use! Your bait and switch tactics, along with shipping charges that are exorbitant, turtle slow processing, and common out of stock items, coupled with customer service reps that can't read, and well, now they've lost a 15 year loyal customer. They also deductd money from my account for an order I did not make, then they tell me I cannot have the shipping fee refunded and they also expect me to pay the return shipping fee, I guess they don't know who they are dealing with, yet.
