THEY STOLE MY MONEY!
I've ordered multiple times from them before and on EVERY Occassion they send me half my order and DO NOT DO REFUNDS! I'd speak to Cynthia and Maureen from support & they send you store credit then ignore your emails there after! I've used store credit before, but what's the use if I don't get my order? I've DMd both the owner and juivas IG but like the rest, I've been ignored!
Won't give money back for their shipping company losing my package I still haven't received and now I'm out 20$ because they refuse to acknowledge they need to give me money back. Disgusting place do not shop here
It's an easy website.
Juvias have great shades and options for eyes. The shadow pallets are amazing. It's combine with all skin colors.
The pinks are awsome!
Posting this review everywhere I can think of.
1. Their products (at least the eyeshadow palettes) are great quality. However;
2. Their customer service is atrocious.
My first order and they manage to send me the wrong palette. I email them to let them know, attaching photos of the palette I actually received. First response is apologetic, but a bit unclear whether they're offering me store credit or a refund. So I ask them to clarify. 48 hours later I get told I will get a refund.
Four weeks later and I still haven't received a dime. So glad I paid through Paypal, hoping my claim through them will get me my money back.
This brand is amazing! If you are looking for pigmented, buttery, and amazing eye shadows for a great price, this is the company! The best part is, they are very inclusive and are made to look great on every skin tone! Their eye shadow pallets are very often my go-to!
