Be aware of their cancellation fee $150 for international flights. This is not airline cancelation fee. I canceled my ticket. They charged $150 right away to my credit card!

I booked a round trip flight, only to learn AFTER the purchase that it was actually 2 one way tickets. When I needed to make a change, the fees were $75 from justfly, and $200 for each "ticket" from the airline. When I pointed out that I requested a round trip ticket and choose from the options presented (as one ticket), they refused to budge on their $75.00 fee. Yes, they are right, their work speaks for itself, unfortunately the message is that they misrepresent what they are selling and don't do right by their customers when they are caught with shady practices! Be VERY careful using this service or better yet, go with a reputable service you can count on and avoid these jokers entirely!
Was quoted for a 711 dollar ticket, they charged me 848 twice to my account as well as several other unapproved charges... total nightmare. Horrible service
I call them thinking I was getting a good deal on airline tickets. After speaking to an agent I decided not to go thru with the tickets. I told him to cancel and that I would call back if I decide to purchase. Before I could say "Thank you" he hung on me. I look at my bank account and see that they charged me for 3 tickets and also a service fee $20. I tried calling back and was on hold for a long time.
I called my bank and immediately and put a stop payment- which the stop payment only stopped for 1- ticket. I tried to call Just Fly back and explain that I didn't confirm and they refuse to listen-saying "non-refund".

Omg my 1St time booking with them and never again, I book because I was getting a good deal, they send me a confirmation email stating these are your e-Tickets, drive 4 hours to the airport to find out there were no reservations under my name! I was traveling to multiple country's with my two kids! They said my reservations were for the next day, but that flight was cancelled so I rebooked with justfly.
The counter told me well justfly never cleared it on our side. Yiu can imagine my frustration with two kids. Called justfly and they said well the airline never confirmed with us. So I asked how come yiu didn't inform me. All they can say sorry for your inconvenience, come to find out none of my tickets going coming going coming to different cities were ever confirmed. The airline said these are 3 party companies, always have problems with them. Justfly couldn't do anything for me...
The lady at the counter saw me crying with my kids, they were kind snuff to get me on that flight rather then waiting for 2 days... honestly I don't know what scam they are running but PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
Please stay away from this company. They are out to get your money. I booked with them; they gave me a wrong date and I called to rectify it and they wanted to charge me a cancellation fees. I asked for them to change/modify it but they cant. I finally got them to refund my money without cancellation and then their refund policy is up to 10 days. If I didn't have enough money to book another flight; I will be massively screwed.

STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY.COM. I booked tickets on their site and received a cancellation the next day. I did it again and received another cancellation (supposedly problem with the last leg of my trip). When I finally spoke with the supervisor, after an 1 hour 50 min conversation ( mostly being on hold) i was told " If you don't like the way we do business, go somewhere else and book your tickets with the airlines not with us" THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I have been told 3 times that I would get a refund in 6-8 weeks on my credit card! It did not happen. I have been waiting since 2/28/17. They are con artists, don't believe them. How this company can continue to operate is beyond me. They are thieves!

I have done many reservation through a lot of travel site and my experience with this one has been by far the worst. Costumer service and handling the cancellation could have not been worse than this. I advise to do yourself a favor and do not even bother with this site.
Used JustFly for an emergency flight to Seattle a few weeks ago. Can't complain, ticket was really cheap and had no problems with my booking. Overall, my experience with JustFly was pleasant.

I booked a flight through JustFly, received a confirmation number, and my credit card was charged. Three days later I received an email (in my spam account) that said my reservation had been cancelled. I called the company and they stated the reservation was cancelled because the fare increased and they wouldn't honor the price I booked it at. They stated it is in their "terms and conditions" that if the fare increases they have the right to increase the fare or release it for resale at a higher price, that it is the airline who changed the price and they don't have to honor their advertised price as it is "out of their control". I spoke with a supervisor and they didn't really care - offered me to re-book through them at a higher price and wouldn't guarantee the price wouldn't change or the same situation wouldn't happen.
I had to re-book (obviously not through them) and the ticket cost me $200 more than if I had booked it elsewhere original day. If I wouldn't have checked my spam account I would have shown up to the airport the day of my flight and not had one. I would highly advise against booking anything through this company!
I booked a International flight for my wife which the itinerary had to be changed for some reasons. The initial flight ticket was with Air India Airlines which costed 820$ and when i called to change the reservation, they told me that there's a 250$ airline fee + the flight difference ( in their website it said 820$ for new dates, which apparently don't apply for change in reservation) + the justfly modification fee of 150$. So on a whole a change in reservation was 500$ when my initial flight was for 820$. And if you wanted to cancel the reservation, I would get back only 400$.
That was completely absurd. I mean who on earth charges a modification fee on top of airline fee. And when i wanted to speak to a supervisor about this, they put me on HOLD for more than 30 minutes and eventually i had to drop off the call and call them again.
I ended up paying 500$ for modification fee. I am not going to book with this site again and i strongly discourage anyone who wants to book through this site.
DO NOT use any of their 'extras' as it's just a way to rip you off. They charged for seat assignments but airlines doesn't allow selection of seats, so paid for something we did not get. They are in the business of booking flights, they know which airlines allow this and which ones do not. They have an icon on the first booking page showing what's available and it shows seat selections as available, but they are not! Then they say you're paying a fee for them to request the seats for you and not for the seat itself - scammers.
I booked my flight on JustFly.com and the ticket was $361.60. On the invoice it was $374.55. I called to find out what the difference was. I was told that this was for charges for seat assignment, which I was not able to do while booking since the site said that seating assignment was not available. The airline site had the charge as $361.60 including all taxes and fees. I told the agent at JustFly that I was not able to set my seat assignment so I shouldn't be charged. The people were very rude and refused to remove the charges.
I called my bank to dispute and put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau -- which by the way has a big warning against using JustFly. The next day I received an email from JustFly saying they received the complaint from the BBB and they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded the seating charges.
I should have checked this company before using and will never use them again. You can get the same price, without any seating assignment charges directly from the airline.
Buyer Beware. Take a lesson from me and check out any company you think of using with a Google search for problems.
