Worst experience I have ever had with an airline... extensive international traveler. RUN.

They are a big scam- stay far away!

Buying the tickets online is easy and prices are good- but if things change, or you need customer service... difficult and EXTREMELY frustrating- long phone hold times, and operaters ate NOT helpful at all... like talking to a robot (very scripted responses) and not helpful with problem

Don't use! I fly and book all the time. Used them for the first and last time!

They left me and my family stranded in another province, we had to buy 3 new return tickets home! They said we'd get a refund in 2-10 days which we never received. You cannot get ahold of anyone. ITS A SCAM!

The place is DEFINITELY a scam! BEWARE - going through this company appears cheap but ended up being VERY VERY costly in the end. Read all fine details. Customer service TERRIBLE.

This place has got to be some sort of a scam. Once they have your money they are done with you. Try phone customer service lines and you will wait forever but call the booking line and they will answer your call right away but of course once they know you don't want to spend anymore money they just hang up on you or send you to someplace where you can wait on hold for hours again. And then when you finally get through a few hours before your flight they will ask you why you aren't at the airport. That could be because when I tried to check in online they told me my reservation can't be found or does not exist. Why would I go to the airport? There are dozens of these third party ticket sellers so do yourself a favor and pick yourself one anyone just not justfly.com
