Beware of deception with this company

I can't even begin to describe how horrible this company is. First of all, if you need help, you get a virtual assistant then a representative that is worse and there's no supervisor either. We purchased tickets for a flight, then it sends you to select your seats, without indicating that you are paying for the selected seats. When I received the e-ticket that's the only time you see the charge however you already paid for this without knowing until your e-ticket receipt arrives in your email. They tell you that it's non refundable because you already paid for it. This is such a deceptive practice that is not outlined or lets you know of this nonsense fee which cost us an additional $161.52 and they refuse to refund or get a supervisor involved. This is the actual conversation below and how they deal with this issue. I would never recommend this company at all. Never ever.

Me: I saw that on my e ticket I was charged for seats and I didn't see that there was a charge, it literally just showed seats for me to pick. My confirmation is,, 253-xxx-xxx

Justfly: May I have your full name and your date of birth?

Me: I provided the information just leaving this out for confidential reasons

Justfly: allow me from 3-5 minutes to check it for you

Basically I would appreciate you refunding the amount of $161.62 that I was charged without a choice Or notice
This was definitely a service I never requested it was just added on

Me: I never asked for that as part of my purchase It was added on without my permission, it just gave me seats to select without indicating that there is a charge so it definitely needs to be refunded

Me: I'm trying to tell you that there was no amount indicated or an option out so that is not a service I ever needed And this needs to be corrected or I will definitely need to speak with a supervisor about this deception Because it's just really poor service all around And extremely deceptive which I will definitely bring to my credit card company as well as in your reviews

Me: Please get a supervisor because you have no phone support since I spent time with that already Is there a supervisor available?

Justfly: We have Onley one channel we work online to support our customers more easy

Me: So are you saying you don't have a supervisor available?

Justfly: Once payment has been made to the airline for seats, no refunds are permitted as this service is non-refundable.

Me: I will screenshot this conversation and I will include it on the review and trust me, I will never use your deceptive company ever again and my review will reflect this deceptive business your company practices! Horrible in every way This is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with Thank you for your horrible service, this is the worst experience. Really thank you.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! STAY FAR AWAY!

Stay away from this site! If I could give it 0 stars I would. We booked flights with them MONTHS IN ADVANCE back in September of 2023 for a December family reunion. Literally 2 or 3 days before we were to fly they tell me that the tickets cannot be used as we would miss one flight. According to them, the airline changed times making our connection less than 10min so our connecting tickets were not usable. Prior to this, I had received an email letting me know I needed to check my itinerary (which I did using their self service portal, online) and nothing had changed. I called and no one let me know otherwise. So how is it that 3 days prior to our departure they are telling me they can't help me and now our $7,000+ worth of airline tickets are not usable!?!
They also couldn't rebook us as there were no more flights (a lie because I later booked through Priceline) and told me that my only option was to cancel. So I cancelled these flights AT THEIR SUGGESTION and they tell me that they can't refund our $7,000+ because it has to go through a review, blah blah blah. EXCUSE ME!? THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO CANCEL so what needs to be reviewed!? I even contacted the airline prior to requesting this refund, again at their suggestion, and the Delta representative told me that Justfly knows that the airlines cannot touch these tickets as it is third party. As far as airline refunds, those DO NOT take 30+ days (like Justfly was telling me). The Delta rep also told me these were considered "illegal bookings due to the requirement of 30min between connecting flights."
When I called Justfly back with this information and requesting to talk to a higher up, not only did they hang up on me twice but the one time they "transferred" me, it looped me back to the same line over and over.
Long story short, we were able to recoup some of our money by filing a dispute with our bank (the price of the tickets because the airline refunded) but Justfly still has not refunded our $2,000+ that they charged in "extra fees" for literally SCAMMING us.
DO NOT USE THEM! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM FEOM JUSTSCAMS!

Here is my story about JUSTFLY>COM. I booked a flight for me and my daughter on May 4,2023 in the amount of $1269.94 for both of us to leave March 4 2024 going to Rio de Janeiro. In July of 2023 I was advised by Justfly that my return flight was cancelled by GOL Transportes, and they, Justfly could not find a suitable return flight for me, so I cancelled this reservation. I asked for confirmation of the cancellation and disposition of my refund. They would be very vague only to state the refund was in process but did mention they were trying to receive a waiver from GOL. I immediately knew I was scammed and alerted my credit card company and processed a fraud claim. Ammar Adel could not be reached via phone *******004 (the call does not connect) or email (through Zendesk won't go through), only a chatbot. Randomly thereafter I would get emails stating my refund, or waiver as they called it, would take 6-8 weeks to process, also stating several months later my airline tickets were cancelled and they were still in the process of issuing my refund, this was after they were contacted by my credit card company to supply information regarding my pending credit. 45 days after my credit card company did it's investigation I was credited by my credit card company in full for the airline tickets I purchased... never Justfly. Once I initiated the fraud claim with my credit card company I began getting phone calls with Ammar leaving voice mails saying they were working on my refund, I was advised to not speak with them once I filed the claim against this company, because there was an ongoing investigation of Justfly by my credit card company. January 2,2024 I just received 2 emails from Justfly stating my reservation has been cancelled and my refund is due February 27,2024. They are a scam, a fraud, a 3rd party cheat and thief. Do not purchase tickets from this company. I have reported them to the FTC #******* dated July 22,2023. Buy your airline tickets from American Airlines, Delta, United or any other legitimate company.
UPDATE:
I received an email from Justfly shortly after I posted this review, and the credits have appeared on my credit card statement from GOL airlines. I asked for my credit with Justfly in July of 2023 and it took 6 months to actually receive my credit card refund, when I was told it would only take 6-8 weeks. I will say once again it is better to buy your airline tickets from a MAJOR airline, NOT a third party.

Staff running some sort of scheme and lies to extort money

I tried booking an international flight with Just Fly but i was having issues completing the booking online. Shortly after a few minutes i got a call from someone from Just fly who said he would be able to help me with the booking over the phone. He sounded legit and there was no reason to suspect anything. He spoke very fast and i had to ask him to repeat himself; he was able to get me the same booking initially at 100$ above what i had initially but he was able to wave off 75$ when i told him i would rather pay online if that's the case. He tried aggressively to sell me travel insurance but i kindly refused. We completed the transaction successfully and after i dropped off the phone i realized that there was a minor mistake on the DOB of one of the passengers. I immediately called back, and this is when things started to get really interesting.
They told me oh that its no problem, they can fix it but they have to reissue the ticket with the airline and that would cost $285. I told him it was not my fault since i didnt make the error, after going back and forth he said he would transfer me to his supervisor. After explaining to the supervisor, she said the same thing and i told her that i will just call the airline, then she said she works for the airline which really got me confused like wtf, and she continued that she is giving me the best rate. I decided to try another number that i found online cos i thought that may be there's something fishy going on here but i was routed to the same office cos they all had the same accent. The new guy that i spoke to this time around said i would need to pay $385 instead of the earlier $285. I said wait a minute there, someone said 285 earlier and then he said well it depends if you pay with us (now he said he will transfer me to the airline which took less than a few seconds surprisingly and it was just the same people probably in the same little room switching the head set around or probably i was just on speaker and they were taking turns). At this point, it was pretty clear that these guys were running some sort of operation to make extra money. I decided not to pay and he stated that i only have 24 hours otherwise we will be unable to make the change and we will not be allowed on the flight. At some point they became rude and started asking if i am going to pay or not. I didn't pay. It was late in the evening and the airline office was closed.
The following morning i called the airline directly, they were able to make the correction within a few seconds and they didn't mention any fee. Infact, they said that it was not a big issue and could be corrected easily even at the counter before boarding for FREE.

Back in July of 2023 I booked for Detroit to LAX and Ontario to Las Vegas, then to Detriot. Ontario had NO record. Spirit had No Return record because JustFly booked Frontier to Las Vegas and Spirit to Detroit. Frontier rejected me. This is an update. I had one phone call from JustFly.com after 6pm, a voicemail stating someone will address the issue. It is November 10th and no reply for me yet. This company books flights yet have their OWN payment history. Spirit Airline and Frontier never got my booking. I had to drive from Ontario Ca. To Las Vegas to make the Spririt flight just to be rejected again. I stayed in a hotel in Las Vegas 7 hours to sleep, until my family could pay for my flight home.

BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE

Please find below is the summary of our recent mishap with the Justfly international travel.
We had booked the round trip flight tickets for our family (2 adults and 2 kids) from NY-JFK to Hyderabad, India on American airlines through JUSTFLY.COM.
• Outbound was on June 30th, 2023 from JFK-NY to Doha, Qatar and Doha, Qatar to Hyderabad, India.
• Inbound or return journey date was on August 1st-2023 from Hyderabad, India to Delhi, India and from Delhi, India to JFK-NY.
The total cost for the above booking we paid was $6,968.04.
Our outbound flight journey from JFK-NY to Hyderabad, India on June 30th, 2023 was completed as scheduled.
On the day of our return journey i.e August 1st, 2023 we went to Hyderabad Airport on time and when we tried to check-in we were told that they are unable to check-in and asked us to contact American airlines despite the confirmed flight booking. We were in the Hyderabad airport and we try to connect Just fly customer service but they removed the customer service number and said only chat service is available but even chat service is also not available. The only way to contact to customer service we have to call American airlines and contact their customer care service which was not easy. After lot of struggle we finally able to connect American Airline customer service and they were terrible and of no help.
Thus, both American Airlines and the JustFly did not help us and literally forced us to cancel our booking. We did not know what to do with our young kids in the airport we had return to Hotel and looked for other tickets. But being the last minute search for the flights for our return journey we had faced immense stress as immediate flight availability was challenging.
And by God's grace we found flight tickets through a different airline for our return journey on August 3rd, 2023 but being the last minute booking for the flight next day the price was really outrageous i.e $10,500.00 for out 4 tickets. But as we don't have any other option as we are obligated to return to NY immediately we had to buy the tickets ourselves.
If possible I could have given a -10 rating, this website is bogus they just take your money and dump you someplace.
I don't want anybody to experience the way we had especially with you kids.
DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Screwed out of Flights after Family Death
June 27, 2023

On November 30,2022, we booked two Round Trip Flights from USA to Manila, Philippines to be in March 2023 with "Justfly.com". Insurance that was SUGGESTED by "Justfly.com" was also purchased. Total payment to "Justfly.com", paid at time of booking was $2,024.62 via Bank of America CC. One month later on December 18,2022, my Wife's Brother Rey died suddenly of Heart Failure, in the Philippines. We of course sent her on the next flights on the 20th. I remained in the USA to deal with our Business and the Cancelation of the pending/scheduled Trip to the Philippines in March 2023. Contacted "Justfly.com" on December 21st, to try and Cancel or Rebook to a later Month. The Agent suggested we Cancel the Flights for a FEE of $160. There was NEVER ANY talk of the $2,024 being LOST. In fact I was told that Rebooking later was an Option, if we found the Trip was do-able in the near Future. NEVER TOLD ME I WAS LOSING THE $2,024. In February I asked where the Refund was, as we had not received anything to our CC. It was THEN that we were informed there would be NO REFUND, and NO Rebooking/Date Change Option, we would have to file a claim with the Travel Insurance Company. I contacted the Travel Insurance Company, was told that because Wife's Brother had died so far from our Travel Dates, that the Insurance would not be Liable for the Loss. Even though we bought the Insurance the same time we bought the TICKETS! It is now 6 MONTHS after the death of Rey and the Cancelation of our Travels. "Justfly.com", today on the phone told me they COULD issue a Refund of on $980.70 for BOTH Tickets, BUT I would have to pay ANOTHER FEE of $250 Processing Fee NOW, to have them check if a REFUND COULD BE MADE? Come on NOW, someone has to know what to do about the "Justfly" Travel Booking Company, STEALING YOUR MONEY!

We lost our $2,024 for the Tickets PLUS another $160 that "justfly.com" charged us back in December 2022 to try and Cancel/Change the Dates!

This website is a scam and never book through this. Instead book directly through the airlines after checking the fare through Google. I am completely frustrated and I don't know what to do.
Justfly try their best to steal your money by saying stupid excuses. I wonder how this website/company still exists.

I had booked British airways flights for my roundtrip between Vancouver and Bangalore via London for December 25th 2020 to February 2nd 2021. The booking was done through justfly.com. During booking, neither of the websites showed any travel restrictions. However, later I came to know that as part of the air bubble, there are travel restrictions to India from UK and vice versa which restrict me from traveling on these flights. I was forced to cancel the flights. They issued travel credits for CAD 1043 which was set to expire in 2022. In a few days, those flights got cancelled by British Airways due to the new covid variant. Justfly charged me a handling fee of CAD 200 on my credit card. After a lot of fighting and after quoting their own rules on the website, they reduced it to CAD 75, and later refunded CAD 35 more. Their only restriction at that time was to rebook through BA, and to pay only the price difference.

Since then, I had been battling with them to either get refund or a new booking done. For close to 2 years, there were no British airways flights to India. They extended the validity of credits to April 2023 and then to September 2023. Meanwhile, my nationality changed and now I cannot travel to India. I was planning for a UK trip as I did not want to waste the money. When I called them to book tickets, they said that I cannot book to a different destination. When I sent an email, another agent said that the previous one was a miscommunication. I just need to pay only the price difference, a few bucks, say, around CAD 50. Then she says that I need to book a new ticket by paying the full amount, then they will request BA to issue the refund for the old ticket! She gave me 100% assurance about that. After an hour, she noticed that the ticket price increased by more than 200. Then she also brings up an extra 75 dollars handling fee. I said I could go for an alternate date with lower price. Even then, the price given by justfly was higher than the original price shown in BA website. Still I thought it's okay. Then she stopped replying to emails.

Now when I called again, another agent says what she said is not true, there is no surety that I will get refund even if I booked a new one! Then he says that the price communicated in the email was also wrong. I cannot book Economy Basic. I can only book Economy Standard! So I need to pay 200 CAD more + 75 CAD handling fee. Okay then what?
Made me hang up for half an hour more. Came back to say that now since the destination is different, I should pay CAD 579 more to accommodate for tax difference So, to book a ticket worth 1090 dollars, I have to pay 600 dollars in addition to my travel credits worth 1043 dollars! Still they say, they charge me only the price difference!

Justfly.com is an absolute scam. British Airways also contribute to this scam by having biased policies towards those who book through these travel agents. Inconvenience which lasted for more than 3 years, waste of productive time, and financial loss. This is a lesson for lifetime. Never book through any travel agent, especially justfly. I really want to sue these frauds, both Justfly and BA, but I am afraid I don't have more time and money to waste.

Predator lurking

There is a predator lurking on these third party booking agents. Here's how you can recognize these predators. You go through and find the flight that you want at your price and your time and you book the flight. After booking a flight and paying you get a confirmation the flight information and the payment processed emailed to you. Then you notice the payment hasn't left your account one day two days this last one 5 days you get an email saying that your flight has been canceled due to the price variation in the airline whichever airline that your flight is booked with the first one through just fly now was United airlines that I purchased the ticket for I received an email two days later one to two days later saying the flight was that was a problem with the booking. They tell me that the flight couldn't be booked at the price cuz it wasn't that price at the time that I booked the flight then proceed to tell me that they can rebook me for the same flight for over $360 I all over $100 difference so I tell them to cancel the flight they proceed to tell me now I have to pay a $25 cancellation fee because they booked the flight they said wasn't available but turn around and tell me they can price put me on that same flight for over $100 more laser is short they're scamming people into paying more to go into their pockets. You say how do I know this I turned around and rebooked the same flight with a different entity but find out it's the same people that's taking the calls for all of the airlines or seems to be the same people. The second one was through Smart Fair they're running the same scam this flight was with American airlines. I ran the whole thing through found the flight paid for it. 5 days later I get that same email. So I call in they had to decency not to try to run the full scam on me because I kind of let him know that I was on to them and they said the airline canceled my flight so after talking to them I hung up and called the airline. The airline has been having problems with them doing this to people then sending it to the airline saying they cancel the flight. When it's really them not running your payment through to get that ticket and then calling you a couple of days later to run up the price of the ticket on you. So they can pocket more money beware there's predators on these sites. You will probably do better calling the airline themselves and finding your flight. That's exactly what I did. I only had to come out of pocket another $23 for the same flight pretty much. So be aware, just need you to know.
