My recent experience with JustFly was very disappointing after previous positive experiences. While booking a flight for 3 of us, after what I thought was adding the first two of us already in Justfly's account, I added the third person. It appeared we were all 3 added however, when I received the confirmation there were only 2 confirmation numbers an 2 of us listed twice. My call to correct, first got me Maria who quoted me a charge of $75, I asked to speak to a supervisor she stated that wasn't possible and when I insisted she stated I could call back and get another rep. The remainder is long and amounted to know help - I was told it was my fault and after the initial rep reduced the fee to $50, the supervisor said without $75 additional fee nothing could be done. When asked to provide the third ticket e-confirmation in writing I was told they couldn't provide. I have the airline confirmation and that would suffice. Very disappointed as the e-confirmation issue seems to state the duplicate name was flagged and I could have simply been asked -or your system intentionally let's people error? Just fly has now responded, we have come to an a reasonable agreement. I'm thankful for this response and hope you train customer service how to resolve initially.

My daughter moved to Melbourne recently and I was looking for affordable flights to Melbourne. While browsing the Internet, I was very surprised to see the affordable prices listed on Justfly.com and I was initially quite skeptical.
I decided to test the 'phone-in deal' and to my surprise, I had Riri who was professional and efficient. I rate her professionalism and efficiency 10/10. Justfly, com, you have a great employee in Riri. Riri asked me if I wanted to fly out of Boston in the AM, noon, PM and I replied that I needed her to find the flight with the shortest layover time in Los Angeles. She found me one. She put me on hold a few times to check her backend but it was for less than 2 minutes each time. She was informative and perceptive, to the point that she said it wasn't necessary to write anything down because I will receive the information in a follow-up email. I wish all customer service agents were like Riri. Thank you, Riri!

I booked a flight with justfly and I called the night before my flight was supposed to return home and they told me over the phone my flight had been cancelled. I wouldn't have known if I didn't call because I didn't get any notification. The representative told me I would have to go sit at the airport for hours before my cancelled flight and talk to a representative from that airline. I did some research and found out that the airline they booked me on no longer even flies out of that airport so there would be no representative at the airport. When I called back the representative bullied me and told me there was nothing he could do but book new flights which I would be charged for and I would have to pay penalties. I had to ask to speak to a supervisor 8 times before I was finally left on-hold and no one ever picked up. I was forced to book new last minute flights and I had to fly for 2 days with long layovers in different cities until I was able to make it home. I also missed a day or work. I will be filing a formal complaint as well as this is unacceptable.

My dear friend and her husband were planning a trip to Sweden with their family. Sadly, my friends husband was diagnosed with incurable cancer at age 41, and due to his Chemo schedule, they sadly had to cancel this trip of a lifetime.
After explaining the circumstance to customer service, Justfly offered no opportunity for cancelation, and nothing to help in refunding their trip that has to be canceled to no fault of their own. Circumstances arise. Sadly, cancer happens. It happens to anyone at anytime. Even a young man of 41 with a beautiful wife and three small children. One would think, a company as well known as Justfly, would be more than willing to help a family in an already stressful situation not have to worry about Losing out on the money previously spent on a vacation they can, sadly, not go on.
There are MANY, MANY, competitive companies that offer the same services as Justfly. I will be using every competitor company, and strongly advise anyone else planning a vacation, to do the same. I'm certain, this can't be an isolated incident, and I'm equally certain it won't be the last. Buh-bye, Justfly!

This company is a sham and scam. They charge $150 per head per change and refused to help a family with a very ill family member in it make changes to a booking. AWFUL.
Other travel agencies and airlines were thankfully helpful to my friend as was their credit card company.
They may not even have a real merchant account and may be an affiliate reselling other packages. Go with a different site to book flights. This one is horrible.

After booking by phone with Justly they apologized for not being able to choose seats but told me that would send me a link so I could do it myself. When choosing my seats using the link there was at no point any indication of prices or a request for payment but next day a charge of $ 479 was made to my credit card. When enquiring I was told this was a non-refundable charge for seat selections (in addition to my ticket price)!

I cancelled online booking in 24 hours and their website shows there would be $75.00 for cancellation fee. I called to confirm and was told by their customer service that I can get a discount and only need to be charged for total $50.00. However, I was finally charged $50.00 for THREE TIMES! I called their customer service again and they denied what they said in the beginning. I feel was totally cheated by them! They are trash trash trash company I have ever seen!

Never, never never use this scam company. We booked tickets with them in March of 2017. They booked us on an airline that hase been out of business since 2003. Antinea Airlines. 1 hour and 52 minutes on the phone with them (long distance) most of it on hold, and finally a 'supervisor" hung up on me. Costly mistake I will never make again.
Do not buy tickets with them. On 3/23/17 I buy a ticket for Texas. They say that you have 24 hours to cancel the fly, but guess what they liar, I cancelled 10 minutes after I made the reservation. They told me the money is going to be in my account 1-10 days. 10 days pass and I don't see my money back. When I called they use a million excuses and in conclusion they never give me my money back.
A couple months before flight to Korea, I receive an email titled "IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED" and said there's been a change in flight. I had to call in (40 mins) to realize that Air China had cancelled this flight, and I will need to reschedule.
Sure, maybe these things happen. We reschedule a flight that will layover in LA before going over to Beijing then to Korea. A few days later, I get the "IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED" email again. I called them again, and the customer service didn't seem to know why I needed to call them. She repeated the flight details, and I was happy to confirm them.
Now, a month before my big trip, I get a voicemail from JustFly saying that my flight is not possible, because it's laying over in another country...
I have called JustFly 5 times by now, each time with at least 30 minutes wait time. I am not happy with their service at all. If you want to save yourself the time, stress, energy, and lost years from your life, stay away.
I've had my itinerary changed 5 times so far and I leave for my trip in less than 2 weeks. Every time I call their itinerary is different from the one they send me. I have been on hold for more than an hour working with the agents to try and get my flight straightened out. I bought my ticket in November of last year which I thought would give me enough time to get everything in order. I'm so close to leaving and I'm afraid I'm going to get to the airport and my flight will be something totally different. They also didn't advise me that part of the flight I'm on a waiting list. LOL! This has been the worst experience. Please google this company before you buy from them. What good is a cheap ticket if you never get on the flight?
JustFly was listed as a cheap ticket on a trusted flight searching site (Kayak.com I think?) so I felt comfortable booking.
I needed to make a change to my reservation halfway on my trip. They quoted me $400 for the change (already ridiculous), took my CC info and sent a confirmation email with new flight times.
AFTER the change was confirmed and I adjusted my trip (i. E. cancelled hotels) they called to say the flight change fee was now $600, but they had already cancelled my original flight home. I had no option in the end but to accept.
That's not all, in the final bill they tacked on additional fees that were never disclosed or approved, and charged $700 in changes.
There's a complaint against them with the BBB I wish I would have read. Everything is true (2+ hours of wait times just to be lied to and over charged)
Needed a last minute ticket to attend a reunion, JustFly not only had the cheapest prices, My trip went great, no problems with flight/booking. Will use them on my return flight.

I called to ask about a change in my reservation, after waiting on hold for 35 minutes, it finally said "one caller ahead of you." I started at 11 caller ahead of you, so you can imagine my relief when I thought I'd be next, however, next thing I hear is there are 3 callers ahead of me. NO record of an hour and a half conversation to accept my schedule change. When I asked for corporate contact IN the USA they weren't "allowed to disclose that information." DO NOT I repeat DO NOT book with them. It's worth the few extra dollars to know you can speak to competent people. I still do not have my confirmed itinerary and am now on hold with the airline to see what they can do as my flight is scheduled to depart in 2 weeks.
They get me to stay online to listen to their music for 1 hour without changing my flight even after they took my credit card number. LIAR! LIAR! LIAR!
