Everything was fine until I book my flight. I booked for June 9th to fly from PDX to Kona HI. When I talked to the rep, he said I was booked for the 7th of June. I told him I did NOT book for the 7th but booked the 9th as I had a presentation to do on the 7th. He insisted that my flight was for the 7th. I told him why would I ever book for the 7th is I had very important presentation that day. He told me I could change it for $250.00. WHAT! That was more then the ticket. I told him NO as I have the 9th booked and I was sitting there looking at my booking, for the 9th, on my computer screen. I asked him to give me a phone number and I would send a picture of my booking to him, After a lengthy conversation I asked for a manager. He said he would put me on hold for 3-4 minutes. He checked back to tell me he could not reach a supervisor. He put me on hold 4 more times until I finally hung up. So, now I am stuck with a flight that I HAVE to go on, on a date that I definitely did NOT book. So, please tell me why I sat there and saw the 9th on my reservation and he is telling me the 7th. And please explain how he could change it to the 4th, because I sure didn't. And now tell me how I can present 4 scholarships that my classmates donated to award these four people with. I am the presenter! Lets figure this one out guys!

I was so happy to get a special email offer. I wanted a morning flight but 6 AM just seemed way too early, especially since I had to drive 90 minutes to get to the airport after going to a wedding celebration the night before. Offering an 8 AM flight seemed a bit more reasonable. Loved the price also. It was a low price ($214 from Mpls to Denver) and I did not have to monkey around with buying separate flights on separate airlines.
It was somewhat satisfied for the following reasons first I can't complain the value prize for international flights second it was maneuver and easy to follow the prompt steps and last but not least I was astonish I had to pay extra budget just to keep the book flights it was debating any suggestions please add a notification for awareness so client is informed
I have already recommended Just Fly to family and friends. This site was easy to navigate and the customer service representative gave suggestions to book flights. I definitely plan on using this site for future trips.
The single greatest problem I have with Justfly is that the representatives speak terrible English. Try not to need in-person customer assistance. Several calls and several trips have shown me that much.
The agent that I spoke to was very helpful and did her best to answer my question. The reason for 4 stars is that, although I don't believe was the fault of the agent, the information was incorrect. Here is the issue, United flight out of Philadelphia to Philippines. There is a code ZFV, it's a code assigned to a flight. However, it is actually a code to take a specific train from Philadelphia to Newark New Jersey. I will fly out from Newark NJ. Return flight no issues. If Justfly could find out specific details of which train, leaving from exactly where. According to my research the rail line doesn't know anything. So if Justfly has people that are good at solving puzzles or figuring out a mystery. Maybe a call to United Airlines would be fantastic since it's their arrangement for them to provide clear information for passengers for these types of unusual situations.
I was on hold over 40... forgotten. I had to call back just to find out what the first person was wrong and you could not rebook me the same day. I was on the phone a total 1:50min with all kinds of charges that I would not have if I booked through the airline for the same price. Please follow my call this morning and do not charge me your service fees. Airline fee we can't control. I would like to see an email in response to this review.

Answer: This is a FRAUDULENT Company with the worse customer service you will find. STAY AWAY

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
