A good site for low-cost air travel! The price alerts, informing you of fare changes, was especially welcome and helpful. Finally, the site was easy to negotiate and the actual booking was simple.
The alerts are a big help. I was able to get a more quality airline for cheaper than I could find on my own. The ease of booking was a plus, now I just have to see how the journey goes.

This is my first and LAST time I use justfly. I purchased a flight with insurance for $175, and not even 24 hours later and they want me to pay $75 and I supposedly get a "full refund" the insurance says full coverage and nothing about a 75 fee. I simply just wanted to change the date to the following day, not the flight, not the seat, not the destination. Everything still the same and I was still being treated poorly over the customer service line. Definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone. And I'm a frequent flyer.

I accidentally entered June 26 ad departure date when it should've been July 16.
I bought travel protection insurance thinking it could "protect" me for on foreseen things such as that but they couldn't help me. The airlines didn't help me. Nor did just fly.
In fact, to cancel reservation it cost more than the non refundable non transferral ticket.
So I had to buy another ticket.
My husband passed away in the States and that where we had his funeral and interment. But he's from Calgary and his family lives there. So they are having a memorial/celebration of his life there - hence the purpose for my trip.
I'll never book with Just Fly or Westjet again.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
