I'm been dealing with justfly since December 2017, Trying to have a refund I called within 24 hours and they said they could not give me a refund and I would have to contact the airlines. I've contacted the airlines and they say jusfly is the one to refund.
Yet again I called justfly and they wanted to charge even more for cancel my trip or have a refund. Stay away from them they are horrible, I wish I had read reviews before I even purchased my tickets.
Beware. I booked a flight round trip through Canada. Later I learned that I needed a visa for my transit in canada. Called to cancel and justfly told me I should have read their policies. They took money for booking and money for canceling the flight.
The legal way is to right it next to the flight that a visa is needed unless they just want your money and don't even care about you. Now I loss more than 300 dollars and they don't care. Stay away from them
I had to cancel a flight for my daughter due to medical condition even after I supplied them with doctors statement indicating that she couldn't travel and still I was charged 75.00 dollars to cancel the ticket. Unheard of policy.

I tried changing my travel dates because I needed to shorten my trip - it made me cancel my flight for flight credit ($150 charge), now that I've been trying to rebook, the cheapest option is another $200 and it keeps saying flights are unavailable, try again later. The next option is another $502 on top of my original $500 flight! They don't respond to my emails, customer service is in India, they've stolen $650 from me and there is no way of getting it back now! TOTAL SCAM!

Justfly booked us on an airline that went out of business. They have not even tried to help us. BBB has issued a warning do to so many complaints. I urge you to not use this company
Ordered tickets - they canceled no notification, said my bank did not respond to them in 3 days - they charged my account on Mar 9 and issued a credit on Mar 10- apparently they don't know how to count, and when I asked about rebooking the flight I was quoted double the price... Bait and switch - very unethical - emails into their corporate office but I highly doubt I will hear anything - meanwhile United Airlines was wonderful and gave me a great discount!
This is the worst travel company I ever dealt with the staff and Supervisor is so rude. I put a date to travel and they gave me another date and wouldnt change the date and wanted to charge me 200 dollars per ticket to make a change for there mistake. And tried to give me another date with a 25 hours lay over how crazy is that. I wouldnt recommend this company JUSTFLY to my worst enemy. Justfly.com zero is a TOTAL scam. One of their customer representatives totally misrepresented their fees when I had to cancel flights, telling me that it would only cost $225 to cancel three flights and that we would be able to use the remaining airfare credit within a year. I have her on video/audio tape saying it. Then when I went to rebook the flights, all of a sudden, there is an additional $600 fee. After many calls and multiple attempts to discuss the false communication with managers, the representatives were rude, unhelpful and one literally hung up on me. One told me that their representatives don't see the additional fees when customers have to cancel. It was absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever received! I am calling the BBB and posting on every social media outlet I can find. Their website speaks of integrity... they don't have any! I'm a teacher and single mom trying to take her two kids to see their aunt in Florida. I would never have canceled the flight if I had known it would cost an additional $825 because I can't afford it! I am horrified that this company exists and treats their customers this way. Do NOT use them!
We bought our tickets through justfly going from Minneapolis to Kona, Hawaii. Justfly adjusted our itinerary so that we landed in San Francisco several hours after our connecting flight left. We had to reschedule our flight a day later with the airline itself. When we contacted justfly, to at least get a refund for the seat assignments we paid for, the agent stated this could not be done. Do not use this company. If you do you are asking for trouble and the loss of days of your vacation. If I could give this company zero stars I would.
Scammers! Their rep told me that i could keep a credit for future flights if i paid $150 penalty fee for cancellation. There was no voucher, no refund, nothing nothing. They scammed me really good. I would never ever use this company again and i dont recommend it to nobody. Stay away from these ripoffs!

I placed online search for flight from ATL to VEGAS and the search returned Vegas to ATL flights. Thus flights were booked in the wrong direction for 5 passengers. I noticed immediately and called to cancel with no success without spending more money to cancel. No information of a cancellation fee of a flight reservation is provided on website.

Was able to quickly find a flight, coordinate travel. Dislike connecting flights so I did a nonstop. Good ease of use. Traveled with no issues.
I have always purchase tickets through this website and it was fine, but unfortunately I purchase tickets from an airline that went out of business. I was never notified. We went to the airport and were not able to fly. This occurred during the holidays.
I booked a round trip from San Francisco to Cebu about 2 weeks ago. A few days after booking, I used my e-ticket from justfly to verify my flights with the airline. I found out one of my returning flight was missing. So I contacted justfly to find out what is going on. I was on hold for about 45 minutes then finally somebody answered the call. The representative confirmed that the airline cancelled one of my returning flight. But she didn't tell me why the airline cancelled my flight. Then she told me everything is back on schedule and I have nothing to worry about.
Then yesterday morning when I check my booking on justfly it said there has been some changes to my itenaery. And I should contact them as soon as possible. I did not receive any notifications from justfly about the changes prior to this. So I called justfly and I was on hold for 1 HOUR and 45 MINUTES before I hang up because I have to go to my class. Then I called them after my class, AGAIN I was hold for another 40 MINUTES and the machine keep telling me there are more than 10 callers ahead of me. So I decided to hang up and cancel my reservation.
When I called their cancellation department someone answer the phone right away. The representative said I have to pay $150 to justfly for PROCESSING FEE out of my pocket. In addition, she said I have to pay $160 to the airline for cancellation, from my refund. I ended up cancelling it even though I'm not going to get back half of what I paid. For me this is my first and the last time using justfly.

The first recorded phone call was 2 days after the booking was made which means we fall into standard airline policies. In this case, the ticket states that it is non-refundable.
