The utmost WORST Booking Agency
Predatory Experts!
First, the surprise seating selection fees with a suttle warning 'not selecting might cause delays' bumping!
From there additional fees for everything under the sun, and unsolicited emails after declining.
Next, errors in personal information on travel documents that upon confirmation they ignore corrections. Causing potential boarding problems. Once they acknowledge the corrections they want to charge a fee to process corrections through the system. Bad news is the independent airlines will not make the edition since booked through a "third-party" agent. Then, after accepting corrections need to be done, they call it a 'New Package' and double orginal cost with fees for correction and handling! Try canceling it starts with a fee of $235 + handling fee.
Originally started at $1,147 slowly creeping to $1667, and jumping to $2,346! WOW! PREDATORY PRACTICE, EXTORTION
Being in Canada doesn't protect them. Get the Word out there, Doesn't end, they need to stopped swindling. NOW!
I was please with my overall experience with JustFly.com Purchasing my ticket was good, ticket prices was in my price range. I would purchase through JustFly.com again in my near future.
A couple months before flight to Korea, I receive an email titled "IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED" and said there's been a change in flight. I had to call in (40 mins) to realize that Air China had cancelled this flight, and I will need to reschedule.
Sure, maybe these things happen. We reschedule a flight that will layover in LA before going over to Beijing then to Korea. A few days later, I get the "IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED" email again. I called them again, and the customer service didn't seem to know why I needed to call them. She repeated the flight details, and I was happy to confirm them.
Now, a month before my big trip, I get a voicemail from JustFly saying that my flight is not possible, because it's laying over in another country...
I have called JustFly 5 times by now, each time with at least 30 minutes wait time. I am not happy with their service at all. If you want to save yourself the time, stress, energy, and lost years from your life, stay away.

I find the booking policy as to luggage difficult to understand. I'm a senior and I'm going to Texas. I'm going to contact the airline for clarification.
Terrible customer service. They are not helpful in any way. We paid way more than the ticket was listed for and they wouldn't do anything about it. We even bought the travel insurance that THEY recommended and it didn't do anything for us. STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I was stitting right by my room mate. We both ordered the same flight he got his done one minute before me and when my was compleate my ticket was 50 dollars more! This to me is ignorant!
The customer service people will not refund me over $5000 because their agent needs to call the airlines and they won't. They refuse to connect me to their agent center or their manager and they refuse to put in the request for me! I've spoken to them 4 times in the last 2 days, multiple holds and call backs. They took my money and won't give it back or do anything about it. FRUSTRATING AND RIDICULUS! HORRIBLE!

I had to call them since the ticket I wanted was phone only. I spent 45 min on the phone and they confirmed everything gave me confirmation number. As soon as I hung up the phone they emailed me saying RESERVATION IS CaNCELLEEd! Mind you I was on the website for 20 minutes prior to that and everytime i would try to book a flight it said it went up $34 each time I would choose a different one! Which is the reason why I called. I am sorry but $#*! THEM!

I booked flight to leave March 17th 2020 and it was cancelled due to the pandemic and more than 2 years later I have not gotten my money back and they have repeatedly LIED and STOLEN my money!
Will tell you that ots going to cost one amount thwn right before check out raise the the cost thwn charge your credit card even more then they told you

Have been trying to contact JustFly for last ten days... phone... emails... NO RESPONSE... take your business elsewhere... They are a bunch of losers.
It was very convenient and they have good prices. Didn't take too long for me to figure out which flight I wanted. Will purchase more flights in the future.
Tried to view my dead mother's obituary online and justfly advertising actually prevented me from clicking on the link. Talk about extremely bad taste

Terrible customer service and wait times - even with business class ticket they want to tack on an extra 150 dollars for making a phone call. Sorry but Ill never use these clowns again...

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
