I flew from Changi to Newark last Saturday through JustFly. Just wanted to say not once did I experience any problems using this website, and i suggest everyone to try it. It really works!

I might have wished the description of the fare included more than the price. Price I am happy with but had I know the restrictions I might have done it differently.
Good i like it. Airlines is never delayed. Its always on time and staffs are very cooperative. Space inside flight is preety good and most importantly price of the flight is not so expensive.
It was good and was able to found good deals. Also, the prices for the flight remain in the website and was able to purchase my ticket with no problem.
WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Our flight was canceled... tried to get through to Justfly for refund or to rebook with no results. You can count on losing your money if your flight is cancelled and you've booked through this company.

I've been hunting for a while for the best deals and options for flights. This site consistently had the most options and found a good flight for the money.
The trip was easy and comfortable and in time, the travel booking through justFly was easy and prices was good, my next fly will be through them and will recommend that to my friends.
They charge your credit card without your permission. No one to talk to. Had to cancel credit card because they deducted close to $100 with no reason. Stay away!

Great and easy service. Easy to follow links and rates. Quick response time. Email is easy to follow. Confirmation number allows for easy and early check in to flight.
First time I used their service. As I was booking my flight, my computer crashed before submitting my confirmation. I went back to the website, but selected the wrong flight time on my return trip. Immediately called customer services, waited on the phone for assistance 38 minutes. After 38 minutes, a customer representative took my information requesting to change only my return flight time and transferred me to another customer representative. Due to my calling within the hour and computer crash, they discounted my cancelation fee to $25.00 per passenger. As I was about to accept the offer, the representative changed the cancellation fee to $50.00 (this was recorded and overheard on speaker phone). I told them to forget it. ALSO, never received an booking email or receipt to my email despite placing my email address on the booking page. Also, the next day, 1/22/18, I went to my booking page and looked to see what happened if I selected seats, a charge popped up and a circle spinning to complete the transaction, I hurriedly exited out of the site altogether and when I entered back in, a $23.00 charge appeared for seat selection. I never confirmed it, submitted the final charged, or gave permission for them to charge me for seat selection. There is no removing the seat selection. TALK about ripping people off every chance they get. BEWARE. I see there a similar complaints from other people.

Easy to do. Easy to look up. Easy to book. Easy to pay for. Easy to change dates to compare rates. I find writing the review much harder than booking the flight. 100 characters is too many.
A slight dissatisfaction in the Increase of the fare in the middle of my online purchase. Also hidden charges for the purchase of a seat whereas other AA do not charge you for a seat.
In few minutes i reserve my ticket and pay for it
And the deal was perfect it tells you how much you save if you change the date and tells you the date.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
