I've been using justfly for more than a year now. Their services have improved greatly and customers now have more options for the products and services offered by Justfly.
They refuse to refund my money for flight that spirit airlines cancelled. And spirit is willing to give refund but they have automated message that they wont issue refund.
JustFly is easy to use to find the perfect flight at the right time, and at the right price. I always go to JustFly first when looking for cheap flights and deals.
Terrible I did not receive my refund I book on 26 and I cancelled on 26 the frontier refund for one card that's not my card but the justfly does not want to give my money back but when I call they keeping jump for frontier it a lier I don't even have MasterCard card I want my money back
Easy to book. Not stressful. I like how easy it was to book our seats at the same time. I didn't have to write a book to book the flight. I also like the ease of picking the different return flights.
The flight was easy to use and specific about the dates and flight times. I've checked other websites but JustFly was the most convenient to use and gave me the best price available!
Got the best price and the best timing of flights. The booking process was also easy. The site was easy to navigate and all the required flight details were readily available.
I had the worst experience with Justfly company I wish I could give no stars but this is not an option. I booked five round tickets departures from Boston on June and return back on July and the agent(Morgan) by mistake did the return on June instead of July(a month early). They said they're gonna listen to the recorded phone call. After18 days we received a call from Ahmed who said yes you said a different day but at the end you confirmed the day on June as a return day, so you need to rebook the return tickets and that will cost you $3500. It's kind of they know it's there mistake but they are not willing to fix it or even help. They gave us a number for the British airlines who refused to deal with us saying your agent needs to call us not U. When we get back to them and after staying on hold for hours and trying to negotiate to not call the airline company. They said we'll call but that will take up to 14 more days. Also, for your knowledge, you're gonna pay $1000 booking fees for us plus the the rebooking fees for the British airline. That was so weird even though it's not our mistake we are trying to help and they looking for $1000 rebooking commission fees!
To solve the problem which they made, through them, that will cost us $3500 while we can book one way tickets for the return only and they will cost us $2000. Very bad experience.
Filipinos they are the worst. Whoever is running this travel agency the cheap bastards hire Filipinos that they pay them little so that we have to put up with this rubbish. Ive had to hang up on and call for another agent because i cant understand the 1st one who picked up the phone. Thats just the start. Now they have my first and last name correct, my spouses' name is correct but even though we both are on the same reservation as spouses that dummy put my wifes middle name for the last name and the last name "same as mine" he put it on the spot of the middle name. After i review this 3 times he still managed to get it wrong I know they have this recorded. That's how he got the spelling right after all the reviews we did, but got, but that idiot put it in the wrong place. Not being advised to notify them in 24 hours if they made a mistake. Now they want to charge 250 which is more than the cost of the ticket. Me paying a fee for their screw up. I did not type it, they did. My job is to provide the information then pay. All which i did so why the bloody hell should anyone pay a fee for someone else's mistake? You order food at a restaurant the order comes wrong and do you pay for the second plate with the order correct plus the one they got wrong?

Just fly always has the cheapest flights. The website is also easy to navigate and search. I always use just fly to purchase my international flights.

They give you wrong information about everything, bad customer service, long wait.
They told me that i have i free carry on and 1 free checked bag, but i only have i free carry on.
