Been late for my flight, about 15 minutes before departure, I've called the customer's service to help me postpone my flight to the next one with Royal Air Maroc. Despite all my explanation that it is mandatory for me to travel today and that I'm going to visit a dying parent that need me right there, that lady of JUSTFLY, found nothing best than cancelling completely my flights. She collected my 200 CAD saying to help me find solution. After long time of waiting online, she reappeared saying she must cancel the 1st flight from YUL to CMN. Doing this, she cancelled the whole ticket and was unable to solve the situation. Fortunately that flight had been delayed before departure and I could have gone if I did not call for help. Charging me 200 dollars for a bad or even a worst customers service I've ever received and refusing to me my right to speak to her supervisor. Even when Royal Air Maroc wanted to give me assistance, nothing could do because she had cancelled the whole trip and not only the concerned one without my consent sending me for partial refund in weeks. Worst experience ever.
I was able to book online for a last minute flight while at the airport. I was able to get a reasonable price and I was also able to do standby for an earlier flight!

I remember when JustFly was great years ago! I've been using them since 2016. I used to love exploring the rates for flights there. After this last experience, I REFUSE to use them ever again! I booked a flight to DC from Houston. To my complete shock they had me on a return flight with an 11 hour layover! I found out my mom needed surgery so I had to push the entire trip back. When I went back to adjust it with JustFly they helped me with the AA flight but said I'd have to go to Frontier to fix the return flight myself. What a nightmare! With the "credits" I've pretty much paid 2/3 of the original ticket in adjustments and service fees! PLUS, the baggage fee. PLUS, the assigned seat fee. Frontier Airlines is a JOKE! I understand the airlines have gone through a very rough year but so have we as consumers! That doesn't mean you screw us over on the changes! If I had gone directly to through airlines and booked it I would not have had this issue! That's my fault but I'll NEVER book through Just Fly AGAIN!
Able to find a cheap flight on short notice. Booked flight and received confirmation. The thing I need to check on is seat fee. I thought it was included. It I was billed separately.
They are bunch of cheaters. You will never be able to talk to them. You will book through them, and in case of change, cancellation they will NEVER help or give you even an option to talk to them.

They ask to buy cancellation protection, even if you buy and meet the criteria for refund, they wont provide refund. They wont help you at all and eat all your money.

Someone used my email address to book their flight. This happens a lot, as my email was created a LONG time ago, and often people forget a letter or a number when putting in their own email, thus, it comes to me instead. I just call whatever company it is, and they take my email out. No problem. HOWEVER, when I called JustFly to correct the issue the woman was incredibly rude and did not seem to understand that I *could not* provide the birth date to help find the reservation, because I WAS NOT THAT PERSON. I did have the flight confirmation number. And the names of the four people on the flight. But apparently this was not enough information. Furthermore, she demanded a call back number, which I refused to provide. There is NO reason for them to call me back. I'm not flying anywhere, this IS NOT ME. She was not getting what I was telling her, so when she gave me an attitude and said, "well I'm sorry I can't look up the reservation without the birth date" [Um. What is the confirmation # for?] I said, well I guess this woman won't be getting her flight information then, will she? And hung up. Assuming this woman, and her husband, and two kids, are real people and this whole thing isn't BS, I feel badly for them as they will not be getting any emails from Just Fly.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
