Would not issue a refund despite not being able to use the flight purchased. Very disappointing to have such a lack of customer service. Not to mention being out the money.

I've been using Justfly for nearly a year to book my flights. I always call their hotline to book and I have yet to experience a dropped call from their agents.
The site works fine. The one thing I really liked is that I found the cheapest prices for flights. I looked a several websites and this one had the best prices.
I come to know just fly recently. But it is now my most favourite to book my flights. Whenever, I use justfly, it just work quickly.

Easy to maneuver and get the VERY best price. It was cheaper to fly on a major airline using your service, than it was to contact a low frills airline from the "other" airport that I would prefer NOT to use. Now, I am able to get where I want to go, from the airport that I REALLY like, for a cheaper price! I'm ALL happy!
I had a booking to go to Nigeria for a wedding in May 16th due to COVID19 my flight was cancelled and I called justfly and I was promised a refund. Since them I had being calling justfly with no reply, all you get is their answering service that tells you to travel when they want that they can not help you and I paid about $1000. I do not know what to do and I can't afford a lawyer. On May 22nd I called justfly and spoke with an agent called herself Sky and she told me that my refund will be processed, she even gave me a case number but it will take time due to the volume of refunds they had to do. I have called them every no response their say that they area not in their office due to COVID19
The first time I went backpacking across Europe happened thanks to the help of JustFly. Their flights always come up as the cheapest so of course I book with them.

If you don't have any problems a very good site. If you have a problem there is a concerted attempt on their part to make sure you cannot have any meaningful contact with them.

I checked several sites, Justfly offered more flight options from more airlines than other sites I checked. I found a ticket with better flight times and paid a lower price.
Everything is very clear and prices are cheap. They include the taxes and fees within the price of the ticket and you can see the breakdown which is very helpful.

I had a worst experience with them. My mom is 75 years old, she has an emergency and need to fly back immediately. I was on the line with them for 3 hours in the morning, promising me that she is on tomorrow's flight and I will get a confirmation within 2-3 hours. Needless to say I received NONE. I called again around 1 PM, again I was promised that within 2-3 hours I will receive the eticket. Ofcourse, I did not receive anything.
I called again, just now, 7:35PM to hear again... 2-3 hours. I sure called Air France, so the agent told me that she is not on this flight.

I paid the extra fee to reserve my seats but after being charged the extra fee a note came in saying it was at the Airline's discretion whether I would receive the seats. Well the Airline's discretion was not to put me in the seat I paid for and on the return trip, the Airline's discretion was to put me on the very last seat on the aircraft. DON'T PAY THE EXTRA FEE TO RESERVE your seat! I would like to have seen that note about the Airline's discretion before I spent the extra money.
I have used JustFly for a few trips now and have always found the website to be easy to use, along with the best prices. I will continue to use JustFly for future trips.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
