I had a booking to go to Nigeria for a wedding in May 16th due to COVID19 my flight was cancelled and I called justfly and I was promised a refund. Since them I had being calling justfly with no reply, all you get is their answering service that tells you to travel when they want that they can not help you and I paid about $1000. I do not know what to do and I can't afford a lawyer. On May 22nd I called justfly and spoke with an agent called herself Sky and she told me that my refund will be processed, she even gave me a case number but it will take time due to the volume of refunds they had to do. I have called them every no response their say that they area not in their office due to COVID19

Cancel your flight and will not refund you, asked to find a place they fly to and use the ticket and fly there, purchased the ticket from justfly, please you all stay away from justly when you are buying the airlines ticket you talk to humans if you have a problem you talk to their answering machine
