The process was quick, easy, and the plane ticket prices were the best when compared with the other websites like Cheaptickets.com, Expedia, and others.
First time using you guys and I have to tell you that it was very satisfied I have text messages when everything was changing and everything was on point thank you for your service
Worst company I've ever dealt with. Will NEVER EVER use them again. Tried changing the return leg of my flight, was told changes were confirmed and I was all set. Later received a call to tell me that actually my changes weren't confirmed and they weren't able to issue me a new ticket. Their reason was that the airline did not allow changes once the first part of the flight has taken place. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told none were available they would call within an hour.
In the meantime I called the airline to ask what their policy was and they informed me that I was absolutely allowed to make changes at any point whether the first leg has been taken or not, but that I had to make changes through justfly.com because that's where I made the booking.
Called Justfly.com to inform them of this, was put on hold and then hung up on. Called again, told them what the airline had informed me. Was told that they couldn't contact the airline to confirm this because the airline "help center" they deal with was closed and not open on weekends and since I was calling on a Saturday about my flight the following morning, there was nothing they could do to for me. Total f***ing crap! Worst company ever! Never got a call back from a manager either!
I have been using Just fly for the last 5 years for my frequent travel and i have seen that just fly always have the cheapest and best deals plus the web site is very user friendly.
I booked my flight week before the day the next day before my flight I tried to check in and it turned out they cancelled it. The representative are absolute $#*! and they have no professional what so ever. DONT BOOK WITH THEM. THEY ARE SCAM

I went on line and ordered 2 separate one way tickets from Orlando to Portland, Oregon and back. Either I did not pay attention or it was't obvious that the tickets I purchased did not include any carry on bags and I needed that. So, after getting a notice from the airline ( after I had purchased the tickets) that I could not get that feature without added fees, I cancelled those tickets and called the 800 number for help. Because it was within the 4 hour call in time, I was able to do that with no penalty. Then it took me over an hour on the phone to find out that without paying much higher fees for my tickets, I could not get what I wanted so ended up with the same tickets. It was also frustrating dealing with someone whose first language was not English.
So, after going through all the information and I agreed with the information, he got me the same tickets. When they showed up on my computer, I realized that on the return flight, he had misspelled my first name. Most English speakers would know that Judith is not spelled Juvith. He had corrected one set of tickets but not 2. So, at this point I called the airlines directly, had to cancel that ticket again and get it reissued. Each time, I was told it would be 2-10 days before the money would be credited back to my account. That is now $1500. 00 charged to my account and not credited back for 2-10 days.
If at all possible, I will not use Justfly again.
My first call was to change the time of my flight, I was charged 403 dollars on top of my already high 450 dollar flight to charleston nc. So now, to go a 2 hour round trip flight my airfare ran me over 800 dollars. I was upset, but blamed myself for not taking the proper precautions when booking.

5 days after I booked my change, and they charged my cc, they call to tell me there is an additional 40 dollar fee. No phone calls prior or emails to explain any of this. I was quoted a price and told it would go through immediately when I had originally called. When asked to talk to a supervisor, they said they couldn't help me. I call back. My new operator tells me the fee is now 50 dollars. In 10 minutes, I was losing more money to this scam. When I tried to debate, my call conviently was "lost". I called back, they now wanted a 40 dollar fee and the difference in the price of the flight that I was told was already booked 5 days prior! So they now wanted 243 dollars plus a 40 dollar unknown fee.
This site is a complete scam. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere unless they want to deal with a financial
Headache going forward!
I was pleased with the ease of purchasing a flight. I am not a frequent flyer and was concerned about attempting to purchase a flight. It was not a bad experience at all.
I got scammed about the baggage being included in the ticket price and ended up paying for it. The customer service wasn't helpful either. They don't take responsibility for anything

I had signed up for updates on a flight to Denver so I was excited to check the site when I had a firm date for my travel. It was fast and easy to book my flight.
Be aware they will charge your credit card fees after a year of booking also if you decide to cancel after 2 minutes they will charge you up to 300 fees
Used JustFly for a flight to Chicago and got a super inexpensive flight. It was so low that I booked it online and then called to make sure it was legit.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
