Ordered tickets - they canceled no notification, said my bank did not respond to them in 3 days - they charged my account on Mar 9 and issued a credit on Mar 10- apparently they don't know how to count, and when I asked about rebooking the flight I was quoted double the price... Bait and switch - very unethical - emails into their corporate office but I highly doubt I will hear anything - meanwhile United Airlines was wonderful and gave me a great discount!
