Booking was easy and fare comparisons were plenty. Will definitely use justfly again. Checking my flight info and itinerary was easy also...
Had to change plans due to weather disasters and still got charged enormous fees for cancelling flights. I ended up rebooking with the airline itself but not after paying the equivalent of an extra plane ticket because they wouldn't let me just rebook with the new plans without fees also. Cost me more money than ibhad to spend and took away from my vacation money. Will never use this service again.
I noticed I had a mistake on my international reservation. I read enough on the internet to know it could be a huge, expensive mistake - could even involve having to buy a whole new ticket. Called justfly and worked with Mel to change the name for the cost of only a change fee. It took some time (roughly a week to change) as they worked with the airlines for a multi-destination flight.
The site is user friendly. I was able to find great flights at awesome prices and had a wonderful trip.

If you run into a problem with a change, this company charges you to cancel your flight. They tell you that you can cancel your flight and plan another trip using that money, but you have to be going to the same place. If you are trying to rebook, they don't even look at their own website to see what the cost of the flights is. We will not use this company ever again. This is an outsourced company.
I've purchased using your app and have had very good success thank you. In today's world my time is spent on so many different things it's comforting to know I could just check the results and they're accurate.
I needed to change my flight due to a coming snow storm. Delta had issued a travel advisory the day before, which JustFly said that they had not received. [Note that they have 2 different depts for changing flight plans: one for voluntary changes, and one for weather-related, which means hours on hold.] I could not change my flight to a different day bc they said my ticket was "private" and the fare was not yet published, which made no sense to me. I paid $400+ to cancel my $1660 tickets (due to travel advisory this should have been done at no cost), and then had to book directly with Delta for $3,500. WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER USE THIS AGENCY!

I love setting up flight alerts via JustFly. The best value is tracked for me. It's like having a travel agent on retainer! I've used the site a few times already and saved a ton on airfare.
I had to cancel my ticket with JustFly and it was a nightmare. I paid for two tickets for a total of $1,629. They charged me $500 in cancellation fees even through I bought their extended cancellation policy ($39.98) which advertised, "You can cancel within 24 hours for any reason for a small fee." However, apparently within 24 hours to them means within 24 hours of booking not within 24 hours of your flight. Typically canceling within 24 hours of booking is free for most airlines. When canceling my ticket the call center customer service representatives wanted to charged me an additional $300 fee. After speaking with a supervisor and $15 in international phone charges I got that figure down to $100. The whole company feels like a scam. They offer cheap tickets then scam you on hidden fees. My advice is to avoid them. They do not deserve your business and if you book with them they will try to cheat you if they can.
Stay the hell away from justfly.com. Wy wife is about to fly to Korea in 4 days, and she just discovered that they got her nme and birthday wrong on her itinerary. She spent 4 hours on the phone with them tonigght in order to do this. They are charging her $75 for a name change fee,, and demanding that she send them a copy of her passport, in order to fix it. Incredible.
Justfly is probably the the most easy and user friendly, when you book your flight. But if you have a problem or need to change your flight YOUR SCREWED its impossible to contact them. Between just fly and china eastern airlines. It cost me more than twice as much as i payed for my original ticket. NEVER AGAIN
Avoid JustFly at all costs. They provide terrible customer service, are hard to reach and charge for basic services - such as seat reservations and cancelling trips. I wish I had read and paid attention to online reviews prior to being directed to them from Kayak. They should be ashamed of their business practices.
JustFly is a huge ripoff... stay away! I booked my daughter's spring break trip with them and I bought flight insurance. I had to cancel her because of a serious illness and they are charging me 150 bucks to cancel, plus they won't refund the trip, I have to submit to insurance and to do that I need an email from Justfly that says we canceled and they are charging me 150 bucks for that email... what crooks!
They sold a trip to Belgium via Canada, while we specifically asked them not via Canada, seconds after we paid we saw the return flight was via Canada, and when we called back (it was a PHONE promotion, that was already more expensive since then intially advertised. 781 dollars we paid 1004 dollars not to go via Canada,) These people pretended not to speak English anymore! They spoke English to sell a ticket more expensive than advertised, one we did not want, and just said, cancel and pay 75 dollars! For the rest no speak English.
