I asked for confirmation of cancellation after fighting them about their 25 cancellation fee (I called immediately after) and had to fight to get it.

IN SHORT I BOOKED A FLIGHT ON THE INFORMATION THEY PROVIDED... WHICH IS A FLIGHT THAT DOESN'T EXIST. SPIRIT DOES NOT OFFER A 1 STOP FLIGHT PHOENIX TO COSTA RICA PERIOD... EVER! PLUS I'D PAID A 50 CANCELLATION FEE FOR A PRIOR FLIGHT BECAUSE I LIKED THE TIMES, STOPS ETC ON THE FLIGHT THAT TURNS OUT DOESN'T EXIST. I purchased a business class non-stop fare from the US to India via JustFly. It turns out that my return flight has a "hidden" refueling stop for two hours, notwithstanding the fact that my itinerary clearly states non-stop. If you look at any definition of what constitutes a non-stop flight - it is as the name suggests - a flight without intermediate stops. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to show the light to one of their supervisors, but it fell on deaf ears. I intend to take this up with the better business bureau and other associations on fair trade practices - because companies like this one mislead you to purchase tickets off their site by offering lower prices, and using inaccurate terminology to make it seem to be something it actually is not. Hopefully this review will serve as a caution to anyone reading it

Justfly found the best price for my flights and I didn't have to spend time doing that or deal with the airline directly.
I bought a ticket and agreed to the $309.30 flight. I then got my email 30 seconds later and was charged $650 for the ticket from BOS to SFO. I called customer service within 10 minutes of the purchase and she said it was not possible for me to have accepted a $309.30 ticket if I was charged $650. I screenshot the $309.30 ticket I had bought and she refused to believe me. The only thing she said she could do was cancel my ticket and have me pay a $75 dollar cancelation fee. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I will never go on this site again and I advise anyone who may be looking to please save yourself the trouble of not going through them.

The costumer service dont even speak or understand english. I think they are call centers from people on China or India who did not even learn english to work as a representative. This company is a fraud and won't refund you or help you with any problems. Avoid it if you want to keep your money. I lost my flight because of them. They didn't told me my passport needed renovation and still charged me and when I went to the airport I couldn't get on the plane because of that. When I called them to cancel or get a refund they didn't understand what I was talking about because they don't speak english.

Worst company to book anything with. DO NOT book a single thing with this company. They are a SCAM. Tried to use a credit of almost $1,000 for a flight and now they tell us that price was for a new booking, now it's over $2,000. They charged $150 to cancel original flight. Even though every airline has the same flight for less than $1,000. Even though THEIR OWN web site is $899. They gave us several reasons why the credit cannot be used. 1. The cabin class is full and now you must pay for the next cabin class up. 2. New bookings on their web site are cheaper than using credit. 3. Dates were not available for the credit amount and will cost an additional $1200 on top of credit. We checked many many dates on THEIR web site and every date was available and for economy cabin class. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Company was totally unwilling to be reasonable in using the credit amount to book the new flight. DO NOT USE.

We bought a ticket for my husband for a trip around the holidays. Had to cancel due to health issues in the family. Anyway they gave him credit for the ticket price plus the $75 cancellation fee as well as one of the airlines charging him some fee, too. Well, he goes to try and book a new flight on their website and it just SPINS. You can't book your own flight on the webpage in this situation! I tried several times myself. So, he calls on the phone. He has to WAIT forever for even the agent on the phone to look for flights. After waiting too long, she comes back to tell him that he has to pay an extra $380+ to book the new flight. This is AFTER using the $391 he had in credit. He asks if it is a first class flight or something. The agent can't explain it really. She just says that this is the new price. What a RIP OFF. On their page there are flights for as low as $188 for the dates he was looking for. We could just buy a new flight on their page for LESS than what she is quoting us. RIDICULOUS. BAD BUSINESS. Will never use them again and will tell EVERYONE I KNOW never to use them EVER. I'm also considering filing complaints with anyone and everyone possible. This is such poor practices. I really can't believe it. Clearly this is a SCAM website like everyone on here is saying. What sucks is that my husband didn't even really know he was booking through them when he made the initial reservation as he started off on expedia or kayak that then took him to this BULLCRAP site. Purchased a ticket yesterday and they placed a hold on my bank account for the money. Then called them because they said no tickets were issued because my credit card was declined. I explained that if it was declined why they are holding the money on my account, called multiple times and was even transferred to "support team" and all they did was try to get another credit card number from me but I was not going to give them another so they could steal from me twice. Avianca can't do anything because my reservation is through a 3rd party. I just got a notice that they cancelled my reservation... but money is still on hold. SCAM!

1) Charge for seat selection without clear warning on the webpage.
2) List 2 STOP flight as 1 STOP.
My international flights end it up almost 10 hours longer (horrible). I did not find out until I tried to book a ticket for my friends and ALL OTHER WEBSITES showed 2 STOPS up front. I call customer service and they did not do anything for me.

This does not necessarily mean there is a change of aircraft. We do provide this information prior to purchase. When on our search results page, you will see the itinerary with just the one connecting stop however, on the right of the box where the class of service is displayed it is written "1 stop" and when you put your courser over that, you will be able to see the destination that stop is taking place. Information is also there on the next page where you insert passenger details.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They change the price AFTER you book and do not alert you of the price change then charge a $75 per person fee to cancel. BEWARE that the fee is not taken from the amount you paid but a whole separate charge! I was speaking to a "supervisor" who became annoyed by all my questions and DISCONNECTED THE LINE! That then cause me to have to call back and wait on hold for over an HOUR!

I Purchased a fair to London from San Francisco which was advertised on their website at $2606 dollars for six passengers (3 adults and 3 kids). I travel regularly to England, because my wife is from there. I Went to the checkout and paid the advertised price of $2606 dollars. After paying I checked my credit card statement and noticed that they had charged me $3159 dollars for the fair. I called Justfly right away to ask the reason. They advised me that the fair for $2606 dollars was no longer avaliable and that $3159 dollars was the price of the fair now and that it had gone up. As I was on the phone to them, I went back to their website and noticed the same fare still being offered at the same original price of $2606 dollars. I sent screenshots of the price to the supervisors and they told me they would look into it. After a day I called them back and they advised me that they can't do anything because I Agreed to pay the higher amount, which I didn't. They told me that the fares have gone up to $3400 dollars since yesterday, which was not true because I was on the computer again looking at the same fairs. I went back to their website and the same fare was still being offered at $2800 dollars and it always said 6-7 tickets remaining. They wanted to charge me $25 dollars per passenger to cancel my reservation, even tho I was still within the 24 hour period. They are advertising different prices on their website to get customers and charging them a higher amount once ticket is purchased. Im writing this review to warn other customers like me to be careful, because you might end up paying more then what you think you are paying for the advertised price on there website. I will never purchase my ticket from justly ever again.

Don't buy from JustFLY! I repeat - DON'T BUY FROM JUSTFLY. They honor me. I canceled my flights, I know that my tickets is non refundable, they offer me to pay 150$ and I will get part of my amount tickets (246$) and I I'll get a future credit for future travel. Sounds good? Not really. I can't order a new flight, and the airline company said to me that I have only 28$ for future travel. I spent a lot of hours to call justFly, to talk with customer support, they hung up the phone, let me wait a lot of time at the phone, transfer my call to the Airline, without success. I lost my money of the travel + payed 150$ and I didn't get anything back!

These crooks play a game where they show you a flight - then jack the price up (from $300. To $1,300.) when you try to book it.
They not only did this but also sold me a flight which they did not confirm with me and wont issue a refund! Absolute crooks!

The ticket purchased is for a total of $296.95 including $14.95 seat assignment fee. Please note that we do not confirm any bookings without passengers confirmation. This booking was made online where passenger information and credit card was added. Once all information is added, the system will only confirm a booking once you click on "confirm & book" From the remarks on file, you have called in one month after the selected the departure date which is why the ticket is no longer refundable.

Ordered tickets from this company and after receiving the money for the tickets over $1600, they cancelled our tickets and stated we had no trip because the card did not clear. However we saw where they had taken the money out of our account. After calling them they continued to say we had no tickets and our flights had been cancelled. The followed up with an email stating the same but would not return our money stating they did not have our money. Filed a complaint with the credit union to get our money back. The credit union sent papers in telling Just fly they were recovering our money for no tickets and cancelling our flight. Just fly continue to deny the charge back. My credit union was persistence and after 90+ days we got our money back. This is a scam company. Do not, I say, do not do business with this company ever unless you do not care about having your money at risk and possibly giving it to them with nothing in return. Just fly

Totally bad business practice! They MISlead you to believe you can cancel at no cost within 24 hrs. Yhe airline wont charge you, but they will ($75/person) and even after you pay their pricy booking fee. Iwas. Fool not to use Google Flights instead!

After paying extra for cancelation insurance I was told that it would be 8 WEEKS before they would return my money! The worst service available is JUST FLY!

Cancellation email that you have received is a standard email. If a regular refund was processed then yes, standard refund time frame is 6-8 weeks. We were so excited and looking forward to take our trip. We had to cancel our trip due to unforeseen medical emergency- Jetfly asked us to send the documents to back up our claim which we sent. After 9 months or working with them and the airline, they didn't reimburse us for our European tickets for two.
We then found out that JustFly also charged us for cancellation of the flight ($300.00) on top of airline tickets. So we lost $2000 worth of airline tickets and another $300.00 on top of that because we let them know that we won't be able to make the trip. I haven't heard anything like this in my life and we do travel a lot. This is the first and the last time We will use Just fly and I am very dissatisfied with their service.
They have no mercy and compassion for issues that customers might come across.

As per the first screenshot you have sent, on the right of the box where it states "economy fare" you will see "1 stop - 5h47m" If you put your cursor on top of that, it is indicated that there is a stop in Dallas-Fort Worth. Once you have received your email confirmation, the itinerary shows the layover there as well.
As per checking your reservation, we see you have purchased our Extended Cancellation Policy for $19.99. This would have allowed you to cancel the reservation within the first 24 hours of purchase without our standard modification fee. Since the first contact was made to us 4 days after purchase, the standard airline fare rules apply.
