I cancelled a trip to LA because of the fire and they charged me cancelation fee which is understandable and gave me credit for the balance. Its been over a month and a half that Im trying to book my credit of 3000$(For four of us). First of all you should know that the credit will apply only for the same passengers, same departure and same destination. After waiting and spending hours on phone with them since I was unable to reserve anything online, I was told that they can not offer me any flights to
LA unless I pay 1900$ more(for four of us). Even accepting that, they called me at the end of the same day telling me that they couldnt process my thickets... and that they apologize for the inconvinience...
There is a reason the BBB has warned people against using this company. I tried to change my ticket 8 minutes after booking it (counting the time I was on hold) and was still charged a huge change fee. I ended up cancelling my ticket, which incurred another fee. The real slap in the face came when I learned that their "voucher" is good only through them and ONLY to/from the destination of the original ticket (which, after the fees they've charged you, will always cost more money).

However, even though a ticket is purchased within 24 hours, all changes or cancellations will have fees. During the 24 hour window, since change fees are typically higher than the cancellation fee, we will offer to cancel your flight for $75 per passenger with a full refund. As per checking your reservations, we are able to see that changes were made 2 days after the initial purchase. At this point, the ticket is non-refundable by the airline and only applicable for a future travel credit. Please note that the credit stands with the original airline and not JustFly as an agency however, since the purchase was done through our website, you must reissue through JustFly with the original airline.

I booked my ticket after talking to an agent over phone. I was looking for a trip coverage with better cancellation policy. She advised me specifically to use ECP (Extended coverage plan) with the assurance that my flight can be cancelled 24 hr BEFORE departure. I went ahead with the booking with added covergae.
2 days later, when I called back I was told that ECP is 24Hour from the day of booking so I have to pay PENALTY charges. I spoke to multiple agents thereafter explaining my situation and nobody bothered to help me or call me back. Every time they had a different story around policy.
Supervisor says they will call back in 3 days and then when I call them after 3 days, they say since I spoke to supervisor once, they will not forward my call to them. I have been asking them to check the PHONE RECORDING, to confirm and validate that this was their MISTAKE and I should not be paying for that.
This is SIMPLY customer HARASSMENT.

Booked through justfly through kayak. Made a mistake in spelling of my son's name which I realized 5 minutes after booking. Was assured that I do not need to cancel and rebook. Name change wasn't done even after I submitted passport and spoke with multiple supervisors. Was finally told that Quatar Air doesn't allow name change and I need to cancel his ticket alltogether and pay fees to both justfly and Quatar.
Per Quatar, that is incorrect and they are assisting me know.
Will complain to Kayak and write to Quatar to suggest dropping dealing with this company.
Shouldn't have used the sight when after agreeing to purchase tickets, price ended up much higher.

I was shopping for a flight and agreed to the price on the screen. When I booked the receipt came back $80 higher. I immediately called in to dispute it. And they made it out to be my mistake and if I wanted to cancel the flight it would be $75. So either way they got their money. To top it off I am sure I was talking to india, no where in the USA.

THE REPRESENTATIVES DON'T EVEN EXPLAIN TO YOU HOW THE CANCELLATION FEE WORKS. THEY JUST WANNA GET YOUR MONEY. We had a very good experience with justfly. When I wanted to change our flight, even though they couldn't do it, they were friendly and easy to communicate with.

I purchased tickets from company for 1089. I realized my flight needed to be changed. When I called to change my flight they said I would be charged a fee but that my flight change was made. In the meantime my flight was never changed and I was charged 325 dollars on my statement. I called back and was on the phone waiting for 2 hours. When I finally spoke with someone, they couldn't give me any answers and weren't helping me. They also asked me to take a picture of my statement for evidence to show I was charged.
After getting nowhere I looked up reviews and people had the same bad experiences I called my credit card to notify them. Called just fly again to cancel everything, they proceeded to tell me I'd get money back and couldn't even give me a cancellation number and charged me another 150 dollars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I booked with JustFly. I thought I got a great deal, and signed on. I ordered the ticket I needed. Later, I noticed that all prices for the whole day were the same and these prices remained the same for the next several hours. I checked my reservation. Justfly reserved a ticket at a price much higher ($80.95 more) than the one listed. When I discovered that they had overcharged, I protested by email.
Later I received an email saying, Sorry, prices change. They ignored the fact that this same prices was listed for at least an hour after I ordered.
Subsequently, I sent a large envelope, US mail, to the business address on Justfly's website. It was in Montreal. In this large envelope, I included screen shots of the prices I had used to make my order. I also included subsequent screen shots of the same prices at a later hour. I of course also sent a letter asking for a refund.
Subsequently, my mail was returned by Canadian Post saying that there was no such business at that address. I returned to the website, and this time there was no postal address available.
Needless to say, I recommend that NO ONE use Justfly.

I booked a flight last night and immediately after realized that I book one leg incorrectly. On the website when I was booking stated 24 hour free cancellation. However when I called they informed it it would be $75 per person fee. When I insisted the website said otherwise, they agreed to wave the fee. I am glad I did not have to pay the fee, but I had to fight for it.
It was a very easy site to use and got me a very cheap and easy flight. I enjoyed my flight. This review has to be 100 characters so Im just writing until it says I have enough letters.
Called and could reach them and they gave me all info i needed. However, i wish the were accessible more easily. The calls ring for a bit longer before I can get to talk to someone
Long waiting on customer support phone line. My flight was changed many times behind the scenes without customer confirmation.
I had to pay over $1600 due to missed fly. Never would book from justfly ever again.

Remarkably delightful beginning with booking, seat selection and access to discuss a Qatar Atlanta flight cancellation that necessitated an overnight stay in an Atlanta hotel and rebooking the next day on a Jet Blue to Boston, the a Qatar Airlines flight to Doha Qatar to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
