My flight was affected by the hurricane back in September and they could not accommodate me. I paid for a certain amount of days, but ended up losing 2 days of my trip.
I had no issues and my experience was great. The flight attendant got us there safe and earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend this site to others that I know fly frequently.

Went through Kayak.com to search for a flight through JustFly. Great low price to Southeast Asia. They were very prompt with giving me the information that I needed to choose seats, check-in, etc.
I booked a flight and was able to get a good price from Justfly... then the surprises. The following day I discovered that I had been charged for flight insurance($471) which I had turned down when it was offered. There is no way I am paying that amount of money for a $1400 airplane ticket. I found better insurance at less than half the price through Travelex
JustFly also charged me for seating. Today the airline informed me that I did not have seats assigned. So why did JustFly charge me for seat assignments? It was only $11 but was completely bogus! There was an additional separate charge of about $59. And when I asked for an explanation was told that the charge was "part of the ticket price" There was no explanation other than "it is part of the ticket price" That was the entire explanation!
On my insistence, the flight insurance was cancelled and credit card charges reversed. And this is the only reason I gave them two stars.
The customer service reps all seemed to talk very fast and had thick accents and I felt it necessary to ask them to slow down and speak more clearly but there still may have been some communication problems.
Nevertheless, I think that JustFly looks like a company that has found a number of tricks to increase their profit margin. I just don't trust them.
I will keep my fingers crossed and hope that I am not met with more surprises. I'll be keeping in close contact with EVA Airlines... at least I know that they are reputable.
One of the best flight company out there. The service is good, always on time unless it's a serious problem like weather. You have enough space and you seat comfortably during your flight.

I have sent five emails to your attention. Why dud you charge me $128 for travel insurance and then not issue me a policy? British Airways cancelled our flight. I DID NIT CANCEL RHE FLUGHT. You took $50 from my checking account as a "handling fee", I didn't cancel the flight British Airways cancelled it go charge them. You have a rude customer service team and your indifference is pathetic. Thanks for nothing.
If you want to lose $250 in flight changes this is a great site to use. I just got an email saying they're still working on my flight change from a trip over a MONTH AGO that they charged me an extra $250 for and never actually called Delta to confirm with them. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service people to get a refund but of course, you have to jump through a hundred loops to get a real person. I ended up having to call Delta myself and thankfully they adjusted my flight home from me for no additional fees and confirmed they never heard anything from Justfly. So thanks Justfly for STILL WORKING on confirming my flight home for a month now. Using COVID as an excuse for poor customer service isn't ok anymore. If it were up to Justfly, I'd be stuck in a hotel for a month!
I can not be any stronger when I say DO NOT BOOK THROUGH JUSTFLY, Their cancellation policy is a rip off and we ended up losing $1000 for a $391. Flight. We was on hold for over an hour trying to speak to a manager (which was no help at all) their customer service sucks and they put you on hold for EVERYTHING. Have been trying to resolve the same issue for 9 days and still no results. I do not mind paying for things that I made a mistake for but to pay over and over again is not right. This company is horrible! I made 1 of the biggest mistakes of my life by booking with them NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself money, time and stress.and book directly with the agency!

I booked a flight with Justfly in March of 2020. The airline was British Airways. I was informed in April 2020 that the airline was not flying into Ireland and I would get a Travel Voucher to be used by April 2023. Just Fly also went into my credit card and charged me a cancellation fee on a flight I did not cancel. Then in May 24th 2022 I tried to re-book they then charged me an extra fee as they claim the fairs were higher and I would get a email with my new flight in 7 days. It never happened and when I asked for my monies back they claim British Airways said No. I contacted BA and they informed me JustFly had all the monies for my flight. JustFly just keeps lying and they will not give me back my monies. This company is CRIMINAL...
Called 3 times and each time was almost 1 hour wait. I accidentally entered First name in last name block and called to change it and your reps wanted $100 to change it. I wasn't canceling my flight and this is unexceptable. Why was this an issue?
We had a ticket issued through them for a flight on United back in March 2020 that we couldn't use due to COVID-19. We were supposedly allowed to re-book.
When we tried to re-book three weeks before our flight date in November of 2021, we gave them our dates but they refused over and over to contact United to issue our ticket until two days before the flight. And then they wanted to charge us another $150, because it was so close to the flight date.
Over the course of the three weeks, we called them more than 10 times, and each call took over two hours.
Each time we called they told us over and over that they would have some news about our ticket within 24 to 48 hours. Half of the time they didn't get back to us. The other half of the time the news was "still pending."
Bottom line is that they refused to reticket until they could get more money out of us
And they wasted hours and hours of our time.
Stay far, far away from JustFly!
The Cust Svc is the worse. Sounds like all are working from home & no one wants to take any calls. 2020 all airlines offered refund durin the pandemic. Not Just Fly. They charged a fee to cancel & rec a cedit. Now if u call, u wait on hold 4EVR! If u request call back its in 2 to 4 days and u will rec up to 5 system calls after the 1st one. This is so very annoying. Once you get a person on the line, u will have to pay more for ur flight and Just fly will give u erroneous info regarding ur flight but dont call back bcuz u will set urself up for the long wait and days 4 a response. Very poor customer service and this is a lesson learned
Stay away from this company i make resvation with them after i finish i received email from them the second passenger name is not there when i called them they cancelled my resvation and they charg me $150. Sooo bad
I wanted to rebook my flight because they didn't let me flight but for rebook or canceling my flight I tried to call them every time stay on the line for 3 hours but no body answered me at all. I was trying to call them to refund money or rebook and still I wasn't able to talk with them they stole my money, extremely unsatisfied never recommend them to anyone I called all the numbers in their website and email them but it was ineffective.
