I recently booked a flight to Costa Rica from Central Florida and bought their travel insurance. After my doctor appointment I found out that I have to go into the hospital for a procedure as I have a liver disease and was in intensive care for a week one year ago with internal bleeding. My doctor ordered me to stay close to the hospital here and said it was too dangerous for me to fly anywhere right now away from here. I had to cancel and the flight insurance they sold me is useless. They have made me jump through so many hoops that I did not anticipate. They now want a signed letter from the doctor on his letterhead detailing when my problem first happened, etc. I sent them the form with the date of my procedure but they say it is not enough proof. This is fraud and I thing the government should shut these insurance scams down. I have experienced this before and if you finally get them to pay, it is some portion of what you paid just enough to get rid of you. Bottom line, don't buy travel insurance!
They sent me an email 2 weeks before my trip cancelling my trip without any explanation or options except a refund which will take 6 weeks to complete.

The ease to book was good but disagree with statement there are tickets remaining and then it goes up $20 as you are paying. That maybe reason to go back to Expedia.
My original flight to Italy scheduled April 14,2021 was cancelled due to Covid 19. I was given a credit to rebook flight once Italy reopened on June 21,2021 to U. S travelers. I called to rebook and it took one-hour thirty minutes hold time to have customer service finally pick up call to assist. Once on the line I was told flight had to be rebooked by May 2021 and my time had expired. How do you rebook a flight to Italy when the country was still closed to U. S travelers May 2021? I could also not book until my trip dates were rescheduled.
My cancelled flight and my credit do not show online preventing me from rebooking it and it can only be completed manually with assistance from customer service. Having it not show up doesn't allow me to show proof of purchase. I have to rebook the same airline and they refuse to book with my travel dates which are not flexible.
Worse experience ever. Do not use Just Fly for your travel service.
Did not time out on me like other sites as I chose and changed flights and seats for 3 on a cross-country trip. Allowed me to add insurance after purchase. Very pleased.

Ordered tickets - they canceled no notification, said my bank did not respond to them in 3 days - they charged my account on Mar 9 and issued a credit on Mar 10- apparently they don't know how to count, and when I asked about rebooking the flight I was quoted double the price... Bait and switch - very unethical - emails into their corporate office but I highly doubt I will hear anything - meanwhile United Airlines was wonderful and gave me a great discount!
I never saw a warning that there would be extra charges for checking luggage, which I had to pay after. Other than that booking was efficient and the cheapest I could find.

I booked with JustFly ticket from San Francisco to Paris on 1 Apr, 2020 but I couldn't use it because AirFrance airline was banned due to coronavirus situation. So, when I called JustFly, they said that I should cancell this booking and we could book another tickets and so I did. JustFly charged me $200 fee for the cancellation later. If I booked this ticket with AirFrance, they would give me a full refund for it, they wrote to me an email and said it! I lost with JustFly a huge amount of money. They are not honest with customers. I also booked with JustFly other two tickets San Francisco to London (booking 182-522-621) and paid $354.95, and from London to St Petersburg (booking 182-522-911) for which I paid $234.05 I couldn't use them for the same reason ( they were banned) and I never received a refuld for them! Do not use JustFly.com!
I had a schedule change that went through February 26. I called this company to see what my options were BIG MISTAKE. They can't TALK to the airline directly and now March 23rd and they are still "working on it." I am LIVID. I personally called the airline myself AND had the agent from JustFly on another phone to give them step-by-step instructions. Still no ticket one week later. NO record of an hour and a half conversation to accept my schedule change. When I asked for corporate contact IN the USA they weren't "allowed to disclose that information." DO NOT I repeat DO NOT book with them. It's worth the few extra dollars to know you can speak to competent people. I still do not have my confirmed itinerary and am now on hold with the airline to see what they can do as my flight is scheduled to depart in 2 weeks.
