Don't believe any of the positive reviews. They are all fake. This is the worst company I've ever interacted with.
The reality is that the JustFLY technology, customer service and company are ALL incredibly unprofessional and unreliable on a good day, and totally fraudulent otherwise. If you happen to travel successfully with a booking through them, it is pure luck. Don't take your chances.
I have traveled through them three times now (because I need to book the cheapest fare for my work travel, regardless of company, after the first experience I would never have chosen to fly through them again and every time something totally insane has happened including lost reservations, crazy inexplicable charges and the worst customer service imaginable.
Once, they lost my reservation despite confirmation numbers, had me on the phone for hours and then tried to charge me for the price difference in booking a new flight. Not only that, at the start of the call they wanted to charge me $407 and 90 minutes later, my mysterious fee had increased to $1164.
I promise that if you save a few hundred dollars booking with them in the beginning, you will pay twice that by the end. It's worth it to go with a company that is vetted for integrity.
I bought a ticket for Uruguay which was supposed to be on Latam airlines. The site ticketed me onto Delta airlines then onto Latam airlines. It stated that I was using only Latam Airlines so I booked the flight including a pet. I jumped through all sorts of hoops to travel with my pet which cost me over 600 dollars only to be turned down by Latam airlines because of justflys ticketing and not being upfront of who you are fling with Don't use this site or justify or Latam airlines if you are traveling with a pet.

THE WORSE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVER. 2 TICKETS TOTAL OVER 4K TO THAILAND. TRIP HAD COMPLETE COVERAGE. I HAD TO CANCEL MY FLIGHT. GOING THROUGH HELL TO GET MY MONEY BACK. STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY. A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTIST.
Refuse to admit they failed to discloses the full terms and conditions of cancellation policy when they ADVISED me to cancel my flights. I have recorded the "supervisor" admitting they have not reviewed the recording, yet they refuse to refund my money.
Sent us no information on the flight, nothing from the airline. When we arrived 2 hours early for the flight were told we had to check in 3 hours before. No indication of that before. We've flown all over the world and never had that rule. We actually tried to check in online, but the airline site wouldn't allow us.
Justfly and airline (aero mexico) would have charged over 600 PER TICKET in change fees and 'no show' fee though we were there 2 hours earlier and TRIED to check in many hours before. More the than cost of the tickets (500 each).
Didn't matter, there were no other flights available for nearly a week. We ate the price of the tickets and lost our vacation to Panama.
THe agents at both Justfly and the airline were also extremely rude and unhelpful. NEVER AGAIN
DO NOT USE JUSTFLY (or Aero Mexico).
I booked airline tickets through Justfly months in advance of a trip. Days before I was to leave on the trip Justfly sends me information that says they needed my immediate attention- I called and they told me the first leg of my flight had changed to any earlier flight- five minutes earlier- This didn't seem to be a big problem so I said fine. Later, they sent me my ticket (they didn't show me the actual changes until after they got my "agreement" for the changes) it turned out that the five minute change in schedule turned out to be a four hour delay at my next stop- they didn't mention that part at all in the conversation.
When I saw the real changes, I called the Justfly and told them a four hour delay was unacceptable, whereupon Justfly told me I had "agreed" to the changes so I was stuck- unless I wanted to cancel and reschedule-
Of course now, I see many, many horrible reviews of similar incidents- Justfly is nothing but a bait and switch operation-

I searched for a return flight from Richmond, VA to Brisbane Australia and found Justfly gave me the best deal by hundreds of $$$ with United Airlines on the US legs (not so great) and then the famous Qantas from LA to Australia (really good airline co.)
THEY STOLE MY MONEY! I received a credit for $1244 for a cancellation and now I am trying to book another trip and they tell me I have to pay an extra fee of $800 to do so for the same exact flight just 2 weeks later. The person who handled my cancellation never informed me of the additional $800 I would have to pay on top of my already paid credit of $1244. They call it a cancellation l, but when you book a new plane ticket everything has to be the same because there is an existing rezervation! If there is an existing reservation and charge me an additional $800 on top of the $300 I already paid to cancel why is it called cancellation? So basically my $1244 credit is no good because I have to pay another $800 on top or my already paid fee of $300! This is a rip offf and they lie to their customers!

Their *******015 customer service line is disconnected and can't get anyone to reply to me via their website. I had my flight booked and confirmed with them then one of the flights in my travel to Aus was cancelled and was informed via email that there was a change (this was 2 weeks ago) and they will let me know once my itinerary was updated. Still waiting yet I have no way of contacting them... DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS ITS A TOTAL SCAM. My money is gone and I have now flight
It's a natural disaster with corona virus & the would not cancel or refund my flight. Not to mention on hold forever to get terrible customer service.

Just Fly charged me $350.00 for trip cancellation due to sudden illness and still forfeited full price for international ticket. Also not keep promises to send emails.

As a travel agency, we do have separate fees from the airline when it comes to any changes or cancellations. There is a brief description of these fees at the bottom of your confirmation email as well as in our Terms and Conditions (https://www.justfly.com/terms-and-conditions) We have a fee to cancel a reservation and airline as well has a fee to keep the credit open.
Without a valid doctors note, we can not waive any fees when doing any changes to a booking. I have forwarded your review to our Escalations Team so they can look further into this and verify what they can do. We can not guarantee however, that the airline has a provision due to medical reason.

Worst experience and worst customer service ever. They do not even attempt to help with issues. Will never use again. Could not change or cancel my flight.
With our booking done in minutes, our trip's been more than smooth sailing. I want to thank JustFLy for such a perfect experience. I'll be using them again later in time for Christmas.
