We had a ticket issued through them for a flight on United back in March 2020 that we couldn't use due to COVID-19. We were supposedly allowed to re-book.
When we tried to re-book three weeks before our flight date in November of 2021, we gave them our dates but they refused over and over to contact United to issue our ticket until two days before the flight. And then they wanted to charge us another $150, because it was so close to the flight date.
Over the course of the three weeks, we called them more than 10 times, and each call took over two hours.
Each time we called they told us over and over that they would have some news about our ticket within 24 to 48 hours. Half of the time they didn't get back to us. The other half of the time the news was "still pending."
Bottom line is that they refused to reticket until they could get more money out of us
And they wasted hours and hours of our time.
