All in the app is designed predictably, intuitively & all together super easy. I did all in less than 5-10 min using the smartphone only! Using the computer minutes before, the trip has not been processed, where to put it came at a higher price tag! So thumbs up Justfly!
I came across the site by accident after spending a lot of time trying to arrange my travel. It was easy to navigate and offered the times I needed at the best price I had found.
All went well except for the abrupt price increase. In the hour while looking at options and making the selections, the price went up $400. We kind of felt that we were experiencing a bait and switch.

I purchased a ticket from them, and got the $19.99 "RISK-FREE REBOOKING/CANCELLATION. What they fail to tell you is that you only have 24hrs to make changes -which is NOT STATED on the website. I must cancel my ticket, but cannot get a refund or credit, or even change my destination or departure location -all because "the airline (WestJet) does not permit changes" and no flights are available on those other dates. And cost of changes for international flights? Base fee is $225... not including the fare difference.
My issue is, if I'm abiding to WestJet's guidelines, why is that not stipulated clearly when I purchase the ticket?
I am about to lose a $500 ticket and this booking site conveniently throws the airline under the bus, but the truth is, they have structured their service so as to NEVER refund customers.

No discloser when booking. You book a ticket, this site does not tell you the ticket doesn't include the seat, bags, or even a meal on a 9 hour flight. It's funny, i just thought there was a glitch when I pushed reserve my seat and their website did nothing. It's not there. After paid in full, I receive my email. Reserve seat. Huge extra cost. Add bag, huge extra cost. I didn't even know meals on the 9 hour flight weren't included until I called the airline. Seriously? It's sad and flat out disgusting busy practice to not disclose these items then not allow you to cancel. Why should a customer have to dig to find simple things like these that seem logical and common to have on flights. Will not book through this site again and not with the airline again either
I was able to find flight at reasonable price considering it was short notice. Overall I had a great experience and would book again.
I enjoy searching for flights and seeing the options for alternative days. Finding flights is made easier with the alert.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
