Mess up in flight infornation. Leaving on November 30 and they booked me for to leave on December 11

Cheating your money. They cancel your reservation and offer refund after 8 weeks. Or you can get another tickets with worst ticket (lots of layover). Paid for $1500 ticket and offer an alternative ticket that cost $600. Stay away

Justfly is my go to website for busting flights. It's honestly the best out there. I can trust that I am always getting the absolute best deal every time (and believe me, as a veteran to traveling, I check EVERYWHERE). Justfly consistently has the best prices. If that ever changes, I'll use another site or service to be honest since I'm not made of money, but until that ever happens, I'm booking my flights via justfly hands down!

The search tool has a lot of useful filters to really restrict to exactly your criteria. The site works fairly smoothly and while sometimes searches are slow, usually not as slow as some other sites.
My only complaint is that I could not entirely exclude certain airlines from consideration: When you have the option enabled to consider mixed airlines for your trip, it does not respect the airlines you have unchecked and shows options for them regardless. It does properly filter them out if you disable the mixed airlines option though.

I had a horrible experience. Purchased a round trip to Morelia Mexico and my return flight is with Volaris. I tried to add on my checked bags during my purchase on JustFly but I was not able to do so. I called customer service and they stated I needed to call the airline directly. When I called Volaris they stated they had to charge me double because I was adding the bags after the fact and not during my initial purchase on JustFly. JustFly washed their hands and said they had no control over what the airlines charge for bags even though it was not even an option during my initial purchase on JustFly! Never ever again buying tickets on here for our yearly Mexico trip!
