My flight got cancelled, but this company for already 2.5 month! Replies with the same message: "Your refund is being processed". Don't get close to this Agency!
Justfly has become my #1 search engine. I have booked several flights with them within 1 year. And no one has better prices then they do! Hands down, Justfly is just awesome.
It's been a while since I booked air travel on line. The airline site was strange to me - no times listed. Just fly was clear and straight forward - exactly what I needed.
The booking was simple. I liked the filters and how easily they could be changed to fit my individual needs at each time I booked. A great recommendation for all travel lovers.
Within 60 mins of booking I called to cancel and they refused where as in Expedia there is 24 hr free cancellation. I payed 445 for a ticket which I never used
Hope you encounter no issues. While the flight out went okay and unexpected emergency resulted in me needing to return sooner than expected. Most buttons on the customer service line bump you off and hang up on you! The only way to get through a live person is to press button for "new booking" and then be transferred internally. When you do reach someone I was told three times someone would call back and they never did - NOT ONCE. Each time I called again and was told no supervisor was available no one could change my ticket. People answering the phones were clearly based out of India and Asia and very difficult to understand. Many repetitions needed to communicate. YOU CANT CHANGE THROUGH AIRLINES WHEN USING THIS COMPANY! Per an email Qantas had approved a no fee change, 168 but I never got a call back from JustFly. Ultimately after 3 days and 6+ hours on phone (mostly on hold) I had to buy a new ticket. BEWARE - this company does not seem to be legitimate!

Terrible! I selected my flight seats in JustFly, which costed me $16. But it turned out to be none of my selections went through. Contacted JustFly without any replies after two days.

Booked a multi-city open jaw trip with no difficulty whatsoever. Price was the lowest I found on multiple searches. Seat selection was passed along to and immediately accepted by the airline.

I booked a flight to Europe from the phone and not online.
The ticket, although long haul with British ( on their long haul the ticket includes 1 checked baggage) this ticket did not include checked luggage. They did not inform me, they did not alert me that I needed to check baggage. By the time they sent me the confirmation I had paid and it was a non refundable ticket.
They ARE NOT TRANSPARENT- and I am going to contact my lawyer because of their business policy.
They do not disclose on the phone that you need to verify your baggage allotment with the airlines. Over all BUYER BEWARE you are better off using another booking site that's more transparent.

Just certain intangibles. Like first airplane was a little older and entire trip bumpy(an 88) and delay in Atlanta of near 3 hours. Other than that very pleasant and knowledgeable staff
Needed a last minute ticket to attend a reunion, JustFly not only had the cheapest prices, My trip went great, no problems with flight/booking. Will use them on my return flight.
