Hope you encounter no issues. While the flight out went okay and unexpected emergency resulted in me needing to return sooner than expected. Most buttons on the customer service line bump you off and hang up on you! The only way to get through a live person is to press button for "new booking" and then be transferred internally. When you do reach someone I was told three times someone would call back and they never did - NOT ONCE. Each time I called again and was told no supervisor was available no one could change my ticket. People answering the phones were clearly based out of India and Asia and very difficult to understand. Many repetitions needed to communicate. YOU CANT CHANGE THROUGH AIRLINES WHEN USING THIS COMPANY! Per an email Qantas had approved a no fee change, 168 but I never got a call back from JustFly. Ultimately after 3 days and 6+ hours on phone (mostly on hold) I had to buy a new ticket. BEWARE - this company does not seem to be legitimate!
