Just fly was the easiest flight search out there! There were no gimmicks or other pop ups that appeared once you clicked the site. Car and hotel rentals are also available.

They would send me emails with better deals whenever one was available! I ended up getting the a flight which had just two seats available
I discovered justfly a few months back and I love it. Their rates are competitive but still better than the competitors. Justfly will always be my new go to booking site.
They change the price after you book without telling you. It's a scam.
I asked for confirmation of cancellation after fighting them about their 25 cancellation fee (I called immediately after) and had to fight to get it.
They tell you 2-10 business days, but the email they send you says 6-8 weeks. I ask for one piece of writing to reflect what they tell me. They tell me to wait 24 hours.
This place is deplorable, and I implore people to read these reviews so that they don't lose their money and time. AVOID JUSTFLY. NEVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS. THEY ARE HORRIFIC.
They lie right to your face and will steal your money at every turn. An agent told me one thing on a recorded line, then the next agent denied it even though I played him the recording.
While booking with JustFly I found that the website was easy to use, flights were reasonably priced, it was easy to search for a flight, multiple options to choose from and gave me different options of dates if I wanted a less expensive flight.
The website is easy to navigate, very affordable prices. I was amazed at how much I'm actually going to save on a one way flight using a well known airline!
Just fly is my search engine of choice when booking flights. I had a bad experience on the airline after the flight but it had nothing to do with Justfly.
Fraudulent charges and never refund your money as they say. It should be shut down and charge everybody who work for that company with fraud and put them in prison

Prices change in seconds. Took me numerous tries to lock down the same price advertised. Check out process was smooth but wish the prices didn't go up after 2 minutes.
The staff are very professional and compassionate about what they do. My flight was rescheduled by the airline, so i called Justfly, they helped me figure out a better itinerary.
I just wrote a review on this site... where did it go... are you not going to post?. Justfly is not I say not reputable... if I could give ZERO stars I would... made reservations. Tried to change flight home as I realized I hit the wrong trip. Called them within 15 minutes. Was told there would be a fee of 200.00 per person... gee... so I complained. Had someone call when we were not home. Next morning I sent 4 emails. Not including the FB private messaging which were like 10... also tried to call 3 times but to no avail. Their voice message said I needed and access code... and at the 24 hour witching hour of cancellations or changes I get a call from Justfly saying I was past the 24 hour window... really?. I asked why she was calling at this time. Not earlier as I kept requesting in my emails and on FB messenger... she said she just got in. She does not work 24.7... really?. Is that my fault... not... also did not believe me when I said I tried to call... said there must be something wrong with MY phone... really. Good luck if you ever use them... go directly to the Airlines...
I am trying to get bereavement flight money refunds with JustFly. After calling, communicating (from only my side), delivering official government documents showing the death certificate, including my own birthday certificate. (all official and multilingual, including English off course)

During customer "Service" calls, JustFly commits to reply within 2-3 business days. In all honesty, they NEVER DID!
It feels like Justfly just hopes I stop with reaching out to them so they can stick the money in their own pocket. I believe that is not right. I did not make the choice that my father passed away so I had to book these flights... the entire experience definitely delivers a real bad taste in my mouth.
If you ever have to book bereavement flights, I recommend not to use JustFly. The customer service is really bad in communication towards the customer. Nice words, but no action.
After all, I still have the hope, this issue will be solved soon from now.
