JustFly surprisingly gave us a small credit to the purchase of our flight, which was already heavily discounted from the price quoted on other travel sites.
I would give negative star. I have had the worst experience with this company.The flight was cancelled one month ago and JustFly should of notified me.
Accidentally booked the wrong location. Called support to refund the ticket after I bought it 25 min ago, and got a $75 dollars per passenger cancellation fee. Ridiculous. Never using just fly again.
I liked the site layout. Very easy to navigate. Extra fees were annoying though... maybe show prices in a range so you can see what the end cost will be before selecting a flight?
Best price and very easy to use i would highly recommend. My sister took another flight seventy miles away. She said it was cheaper but I saved almost 100 dollars flying out of our local airport.
Will use again in the near future. Appreciate the price alerts. Intend to tell friends and family about this site thank you very much for a pleasant experience
To be able to buy a ticket at short notice for the price I did was beyond relief. While every other site was offering 2 - 3 times more, Just Fly came in extremely cheaper!
I have never used this site before, but will definately use it again. The website was easy to navigate. The charges appeared correctly on my billing statement.
First-time user and will defiantly use again. I don't fly often but after looking at other sites this seemed to have the cheapest and easiest way of selection for me.
Can't understand. Limited English and understanding from the Rep. Not willing to negotiate to gain business. Have child that just turned 2 a few months ago and was told there would be no negotiation.

I've booked all my flights with JustFly.com and not once did I experience a cancelled flight, a dropped call or rude customer service. Kudos to the people working here for keeping up the good work!

I haven't come across any issues with Airlines and journey. Even Justfly has third party consumer. I did not face the difference. Overall its very satisfying.
Everything at Just Fly was seamless. They have some of the best rates and their customer service team was there to assist us with our rescheduled flight from Florida.

I was able to get the cheapest price for my trip. Unlike other sites, Justfly didn't increase prices because of your frequent search on their site. Good site, Great service.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
