Horrible

We booked a flight in 2020 that wound up having to be cancelled during COVID. We were given $600 of flight credits instead of a refund and told we would have until February 2022 to use them and book a replacement flight. We placed a request to use the credits in November 2021 to use the credits in Stepmber 2022. 5 months later and we are still waiting on JustFly to confirm a flight for us. We have asked for our options and the status of the request and get an automated email every time. When we call, we are on hold for hours and when we reach a person, they tell us to be patient and hang up. This is unacceptable. We have contacted our lawyer to try and get our money back because at this point, our credits are being held hostage and a refund is appropriate.

Do not purchase tickets through Justfly! They booked me on the wrong flight. When I received the confirmation I called back within 15 minutes. They told me I couldn't change the flight without paying a $250 per ticket charge for the change even though it was their fault. I asked to speak with a manager and they said one would call me back. They didn't. I called back and at this point they said I could only cancel for $150.00 and I would get credit for the tickets. I talked to my credit card company and they advised me to cancel. Thereafter I attempted to purchase flights with my credit. They said I still had to pay $200.00 extra to rebook. They are scammers!

I bought the tkts and insurance just in case if i had to cancelled my flight. Everything went perfect with cancellation. They gave me a credit however when I try to buy new tkts they tould me I can you just $300 of my credit! Thats a joke! I spoke with few people even with supervisor who was meab! I spend 4 hours on the phone trying get explanation what happen with my money and they didnt how! Never every buy the tkts with this page!

They told me a false information that I can cancel my ticket (amid Covid-19) and that I will receive a credit balance that I can use to purchase new flights with the same carrier. When I did the cancelation, and asked them to help purchase another flight with the same carrier, they came up with a totally different story. I am now stuck in no where that I can't use my credit balance, neither I can reinstate/reverse my cancelled ticket, neither I can get a refund... I spoke with few customer reps and two of them hang up on me!

AWFUL customer service. SCAMS! They charge $70 to cancel your flight or change it even with travel protection (which they have you pay for). A customer service rep named Maria had me on hold for 45 MINUTES to basically tell me what I did myself online was in fact correct. So basically she kept asking me to stay on hold for NOTHING. Not helpful, rude, and a scam. DO NOT USE.

They will not answer their customer support 800 #
I have been credited from a cancelled covid booking.
I am now trying to rebook and use my credit.
They won't allow me to use my credit online and refer me to the 800 #.
No one will answer the phone. Been trying for 2 months.

My flight was cancel and I did not get noticed, when I got to the airport the only obtain I got was to stay any where I could, eat any thing I could for 2 days or departure to a different airport from my original destination. I end up pain 150 Dallas from my packet that no one got responsible for.

I reserved a ticket on Justfly.co on Airmoroc and coming back on Turkish Airline. Both Airlines cancelled their flights and suggested that I would get a full refund, I have contacted Jusfly customer service who agreed that the Airlines agreed to issue the refund due to cancellation. When I contact them of when they expected to issue the refund they said up to 18 weeks, which is unheard of. I used to be their loyal customer but never again

Justfly TERRIBLE and cheats people out of money as well as cancelling their flights for no reason at all! I bought my ticket and went to airline

Do not buy ticket at justfly. They will tell you good to go, but honestly you will have ticket issue or they will cancel your flight without been informed.

Easier than expected

My wife and I are traveling to Europe for a cruise for the first time and I was anxious about finding a affordable flights from Orlando to Copenhagen. Thankfully we did, there were so many options that at first I got overwhelmed but finally we chose the flights that would get us there at a good price, in good time, and with good layovers to explore new places.

Unfair charges

I used this travel agency for the first time. Inmediately after booking a flight for two, I realized I that I made a mistake on the return flight, so I called the agency right away to cancel my booking, or see if they could help me change the return flight... the person I talked to said that the booking was still in process but he will see what is the best way to help me... after a few minutes and passing me to another person, this person told me that they can cancel the booking and they normally charge $75.00 per person cancellation but "as a courtesy" they will charge me only$25 (it was a booking for two people)... I find very unfair that I was charged a fee for a cancelation done within minutes from booking. I certainly would not use this tricky travel agency again, and would not recommend it to anyone...

I wish i could give less than one star to this company. I work and save all year to do mission work in kenya. I purchased my ticket in november to go in jan. I started feeling worst and ended up in rhe hostipal in December with throat cancer, unable to talk and fighting for my life, they wanted more money to cancel to it and i still no credit for my flight. Save your monry dont use them. They have bo heart.

I dont know where to begin. This fraudulent company is the worst company to work with. They charged me 90% fee of my original ticket to edit a flight in addition to the original ticket. My ticket was about $1000. Imagine an additional $900 just to fix a date (ticket was not anymore expensive. I looked online). The airlines refused to help/get involved because i went through this travel agency. Customer Service Rep Marie and others pretty much told me if you are not amendable, we cannot confirm anything for you. Smh. They pretty much read a script.

Also- they pull this move where we agree on a price. And hang up. Then they call me back saying oh it didnt go through. Were gonna look it up again and try to charge you. When they look up the price again. I swear. They pulled this move on me 3 separate times. The fee increased by $400. Goddddd I hated this company. Never working with them again. If you get stuck with them. Report this fraudulent company. Talk to your bank too.

My husband and I bought tickets to Cancun, we made a mistake on my name so we had to pay a 50 fine to cancel, and rebook. While on the phone. They booked 5 tickets instead of one, now just fly is refusing to pay our cc back. They offered to credit through their company. Had a run around all the time. Asked for a manager, one wasn't available so we requested a call back. Which they said 1-2 hours later. After 4 hours we called back, instead of calling us back the manager left a note on the booking... horrible customer service for when they made the mistake and double booked my family. Instead of just canceling one ticket.

At 1st I was happy with the low cost of my flight. I bought cancelation insurance as I have a new job and wasn't sure of my schedule. I didn't realize it was only good for
THE SAME DAY YOU BOUGHT. That's crazy. Then paid the $125 to cancel to only get a credit for the same flight. I want a refund on my credit card, as I will never use this flight. I feel like they just stole over $600. Super frustration.

When booking through a travel agency, we must still follow the standard airline fare rules. On May 15 I booked 5 tickets to Egypt on Emirates Airlines through Justfly after confirming that Emirates Airlines have a FULL REFUND policy (https://www.emirates.com/us/english/help/forms/refund-request/). Additionally, on Justfly item 13 on their terms and conditions, they state that the cancellations are subject to airline fare rules and regulations. I tried to call Justfly to cancel multiple times and every time they say that the tickets are nonrefundable "accordingly to the airline guidelines" which is obviously not true. They are saying that the best they can do si charge me $75 per ticket, which will allow me to use the reduced amount as a credit to be used only until May 2022. I believe that JustFly practice is questionable to say the least and I should be entitled to a full refund.

Buyer beware

They pretend to offer customer service. However, you could wait forever in a phone queue and then when you get someone on the phone, they don't listen to what you say or respond to your requests. They seem to respond to keywords, and once uttered, they just put you back in the same queue again and again and your only hope, after four or five times calling back, is just to give up. The last person actually gave me a "direct number" (he said) to customer service, and all it was was another way of calling the same exchange, only this time with an area code instead of the 800, and by the way, STILL no choice for customer service. Another complaint, if you find a fare on their site and click it, but don't fill out the form fast enough, the page will refresh with $20+ more fee. If you have to cancel your flight, they keep the fee. In all honesty, if you are going to book on one of the "discount" airlines, save yourself the $, the time, and the aggravation and go elsewhere. You're better off going straight to the carrier's site and bypassing Justfly altogether---or go to Hotwire or Expedia or anyone else but Justfly. A company is as good as its customer service, and since Justfly's is downright insultingly bad, I would say this company really deserves a zero, but one-star was the lowest option provided. For me, never again.
