AWFUL customer service. SCAMS! They charge $70 to cancel your flight or change it even with travel protection (which they have you pay for). A customer service rep named Maria had me on hold for 45 MINUTES to basically tell me what I did myself online was in fact correct. So basically she kept asking me to stay on hold for NOTHING. Not helpful, rude, and a scam. DO NOT USE.
