There were no issues with booking flight. I did not realize the flight I booked did not offer an assigned seat. I might have been good to somehow communicate that... as I don't fly frequently and am not familiar with carrier service levels. Thanks

Don't pay extra for seleted seat because eventually it depen on the airline where they want you to sit. And you might not get the money back from agency. This is really bad!
Airlines are required to give passengers 24 hours of free cancellation. Expedia and Priceline offer 24 hours of free cancellation. Justfly announces 24 hours of cancellation-- and conceals the fact that they will charge you HEAVILY for taking advantage of what is normally a free service. This is profoundly unethical. DO NOT USE JUSTFLY.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
