I will not use your company again. I booked a return flight from Costa Rica to LAX, the ticket was advertised as a direct flight. I checkin only to be told it is a connecting flight. I called customer service to express the mislead and the rep did nothing. I asked to speak with a manager and was refused. The rep kept repeating that the flight had to stop to refuel for an hour and I did not have to get off because it was the same aircraft. That was wrong, I had to get off and recheck in for a new different connecting flight. I left a review just like this and did not get a response. Awful, because I would have selected a flight that was direct NOT connecting. Thats what my ticket stated and the site, the rep didnt understand that at all.
I booked a flight through JustFly via Kayak.com and I selected the time I needed to fly to Florida. The website then switched the time of my departure as soon as I went through with the payment transaction. I immediately called to cancel or switch the flight and JustFly said that I needed to pay them a 75$ fee in order to cancel the flight that I hadn't even selected! I told them they needed to waive the 75$ but the best they could do was charge me 37.50 instead. I asked the representative which corporation owned the company was so I could directly get in touch and amend this issue and he said he couldn't divulge that information. Then he hung up on me! His name was Dante. Absolutely horrible company. NEVER USE THEM.
I had to cancel the flight due to covid-19. After rebooking, they canceled the flight. I am trying to rebook because my credit is about to expire, but for some reason the website is not allowing me to select a new flight, rebook. I have been calling, but always hear "we are dealing with a lot of calls, blah, blah, good bye." CLICK. It's so frustrating that I can't get a hold of a customer representative. No one to help at ALL.
My brother suddenly passed away as well as his great-grandaughter, they lived out of state and because my job status had changed I had an unexpected but temporary reduction in my pay so I could not afford to buy a ticket to attend the services. I applied with JustFly and was able to go to the services. This was a Godsend because my brother and I were close and I didn't want to miss his homegoing celebration.
I just booked my FIRST trip with Jusftly.com, and I wish I had not done it.
First, the information available at the time I booked my trip was not sufficiently clear to state that I could not pick my seats. After I booked the trip, this information appeared. If I were to book seats for me and my family - and I do need to book seats because we travel with a 6 year old and a 4 year old - the price of the trip would increase by 50%, so of course I did not want that. I then tried to cancel - I did pay the cancellation fee. As I write this review, I am in my second attempt to reach out to customer service to do just that and it is now over 2h of wait on the phone. I will never again do business with this company
I bought a ticket with just fly to go for my dads funeral. My sister had a medical emergency and had to leave earlier than intended, So I needed to add my nephew to my booking as a travelor. They were unable to make the requested changes So the agent adviced us to cancel the original ticket for my daughter and I, and book another ticket for myself, my daughter and nephew. He guaranteed us a refund of the initial ticket. Shock on us! After booking the second flight, They refuted those claims and have refused to refund me my money from initial reservation. Please dont not trust justfly. Worst agency ever. They ate daylight robbers. They are fraud. I have cancelled tickets with Kayak, booking.com, cheapflight and got my refunds. But these people here are thieves. I was on hold for over an hour, three days in a row. Worst customer service ever. I rate them as negative -100. The worst.
Due to covid my flights were cancelled twice then the third time the airline changed my days and times and get this my connection was minus 37 hours. The airline said since I booked thru Just fly I Had to get my refund from them. Well over 20 phone calls and 20 hours speaking to so many agents I lost count they finally sent me an email don't worry we have it refund approved. Since then again i lost count of the agents I spoke to. I am now trying the local channel 10 help line and the dept of transportation. THEY ARE THE WORST!
Two days ago I booked 2 tkts to india and got confirmation and it stated booking successful and had the itenary. This morning I log on to Qatar airway to check my booking I could not find the reservation. I called justfly customer support and agent who had hard time speaking English told me that my booking was cancelled by the airline which I could not understand. I asked her when I was going to be told, if I had not called with my enquiry I would have not known and I would have gone a week later to the airport and found no reservations. I could not get any answers why I was not notified. I was lucky my credit card was only charged for $1 and did not loose any monies. I would not advice anybody else to use the justfly Web site to make reservations
NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. There is no way to get them on the phone if you have an issue. They evidently do not have a call center. I have been trying to talk to an agent for 2 days about one simple question I have. This is a complete scam. It doesn't matter how cheap the tickets are. NEVER DO IT.
I used just fly for the first time and got the best on line deal I found and the both flights departing and arriving home were on time! Thank you! I will be using JustFly from now on!

We booked our original flight with justfly and everything was fine till they went and rebooked us when our flight got delayed and tried to take out another $1,200 out of our account and succeeded would not return my money to me blamed it on Spirit Airlines ended up canceling my card the day we flew out had to report it to the credit card company in file fraud charges and now the latest kick in the pants is they went and put us on another flight the day that we flew back home without our permission and try to rip us off again so now I'm more fraud charges are pending
I have never been so appalled in my life by the lack of customer service this site provides. Their website is just as unhelpful as their automated phone line. I booked a ticket which included a layover to which I paid to fly first class on each flight. Did I fly first class on my lay over? No. Not only did they put me in economy after dishing out money for first class seating they put me in the back of economy. I wouldn't be writing this if not for the fact that their customer service phone number is a farce. You can call if you'd like, but you'd end up annoyed with no answers from an actual human being. I was on the phone for hours trying to get a refund for difference of first class and Econ but low and behold the automated system sent me in circles. Never gave an option to speak to someone and when it did it was by email to which it asked for me to wait a few days. I don't recommend this site unless you're willing to deal with screwups that they can't even be bothered to fix.
Worst experience ever! The airline booked my CONFIRMATION and stated - 'Booked. No need to reconfirm'. And by mistake sent an email to wrong address. So when I called them an hour later they are telling me your fight was cancelled due to unavailability. However when I put the website reference number on the website it said that my flight was booked and no need to reconfirm.
When I asked the supervisor what if I would have gone to the website with the pnr she had no valid reason! Not to mention her rudeness was beyond explaination!
Never using this site ever! And not to mention when they give you these silly deals about calling the agent for a better fare is a total scam. They bump up the price by atleast $50.

Had to keep rebooking and closing the tab out. I would select a flight and put all my info in then it would say the flight wasn't available. Did this 4-5 times and I eventually had to book a different flight. Very inconvenient.
I was having a short layover in Dubai and selected Gulf Air 505 departing at 1pm. Instead, they booked flight 501 which departed at 8am. The flight time didn't change... they completely booked the wrong flight which I had to pay out of pocket to the airline to fix.
Also, I took many flights on this trip, and paid to upgrade to a window seat on all of them, but did not get a single window seat on any of the flights.
I tried contacting JustFly, but never got a response. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
I literally booked a flight for four people a week ago and my son just got Covid so I needed to cancel the flights. Luckily I got insurance but Justfly charged me $140 just to cancel my flights and I have to file insurance claims to get my money back.
I selected a later flight for a change knowing it would be $150, it took my funds and instead booked a different flight althogether. I tried changing flight immediately to the one I wanted to begin with, and again it gave a completely different flight and time. By the time I figured out they would not refund the fees althought it is there computer glitch, I lost $450 in just flight changes.
Can not get my money back, flight was canceled and stated have to fill out a form. Was not be refunded and no reason did not understand why. Justfly.com and the Airline canceled for the Coronavirus. Justfly.com told me to the airline and would be refunded and the airline say they not responsible for I purchase from Justfly.com they have refund me and Justfly won't and will not help. I am looking to take them to court. Spend thousand dollars and Justfly. Com think will keep my money.

I booked my flight on justfly and they send me itinerary details on my email and they say that I booked economy class and in that email they send me my baggage allowance that say that I have right on one checked baggage each, I was call justfly to make sure that and they say the same! Now airlines told me that I don't have right on checked baggage! I was call justfly and they say I'm sorry! Hahhahahaha! Newer again with JUSTFLY!
