I was surprised to see how easy it was to purchase my tickets on this site. I've been a loyal Expedia Customer for years but this time I was not getting the prices I wanted. Thanks to JustFly I was alble to save almost $200 from what I would have paid at Expedia.
The customer reps does NOT speak English! The rep couldn't understand normal English and booked the wrong flight. Flight 699 instead of 399. They insisted I booked the flight so it's my fault. And if I wanna change the flight I need to pay a $250 per person fee, then 20 minutes later say I need to pay a $200 per person fee. Very fishy right? Anyways I didn't bother to change the flight at the end. I was on the phone for over 70 minutes trying to resolve this issue and it wasn't resolved. The supervisor is no use. His English is only a little better.
I booked a flight to Sacramento and after 1 day I faced with a problem and I should go to back home so I called this bul$#*! travel agency to cancel my flight.
A Customer agnet told me I am gonna charge you 75$ and will make a credit card for the rest of your money so You can reserve a ticket for the future but tonight when I called them Mr. Paul Who work as a supervisor in this f****ed Up travel agency told me that we will charge you 275$ and I really don't what the f*** is going on...
They just know who to make people stupid and how to steal money from them that's it.

I call them thinking I was getting a good deal on airline tickets. After speaking to an agent I decided not to go thru with the tickets. I told him to cancel and that I would call back if I decide to purchase. Before I could say "Thank you" he hung on me. I look at my bank account and see that they charged me for 3 tickets and also a service fee $20. I tried calling back and was on hold for a long time.
I called my bank and immediately and put a stop payment- which the stop payment only stopped for 1- ticket. I tried to call Just Fly back and explain that I didn't confirm and they refuse to listen-saying "non-refund".
I called my bank and put a dispute on the charges. I will report them to BBB as well... DO NOT GO THRU THIS COMPANY!
These people on the phone seem nice, but when you fly, the plane company they book the ticket with has certain requirements that Just fly doesn't know about. When your try to get a refund for a legitimate reason, although they say they will give you a refund, they charge for processing. Depending on the trip. For me, it costs 200.00. The trip was cancelled because supposedly a Covid test was required. This was with Nippon Airlines. This was a policy Nippon airlines had, but Justfly travel people didn't know about. Thus, I couldn't take the plane. Although Just fly was sorry about what had happened, they claimed that in order to get another plane ticket, it was going to cost 7,000.00. I delclined and got a ticket at the Lost angels air port for 1200.00. Basically, Justfly was trying to rip me off. In the future, if I am going to take any trips, I wouldn't use Justfly.com. Buy ticket from the Airlines them self. Online there is a lot of scams.
I've bough from JustFly and immediately after I bought realized that it's cheaper on the Airlines website, for the same trip. Later from credit statement, I realized that original amount is billed against airlines and JustFly charged additional amount and these were reported as 2 different payments
This is the worst costumer service ever! I was on the phone for 5hrs total today with 6 different representatives JustFly. First they say one thing like partial refunding my ticket due to trip interruption and in couple hours later - no refund. All representatives have such strong accent that it was hard for me to understand what they say. No idea who is working for this company, but be AWARE that this company sounds like a fraud. They literally hang up phone call TWICE on me not calling back after me being for an hour long with one superviser and then with another "superviser" with extremely bad English (I really doubt that I spoke to another superviser). I hope I can attach all photos showing how long were phone call holds and waits and NO RESULTS. NO business with JustFly in future for sure. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Very disappointing experience.
Round trip booking? Make sure you check that the trip is going back to the airport you leave from, because my wife and I missed it, and now JustFly says we can't change the flight unless we cancel without a refund.
Long story short, we called Delta, and they were worse. They'd change the flight, except for 15X the cost! How disgusting! This was JustFly's fault. We put in round trip from Newark to Tampa, and they put in Tampa to JFK back... and we did not want that. SOOOOOOOO CRAPPY.
It should not matter what your booking through, what the reservation is, nor what you spent. If your company messed up the booking then you pay the price.
I decided to look at the price on your site and you were the best

Booked my flight August 4,2017 for December 14,2017 for a wedding. I called them on September 5,2017 to cancel or receive credit for this flight because the wedding was canceled. I was told by customer service to just "take the loss of the flight" because they would not offer me Credit and if I canceled I would owe JF more money. My flight was only $167.72 (I booked it 5 months in advance) customer service told me the cancellation fee was $125 plus tax and $25 processing fees. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me to "take the loss for the flight" This company has about OVER 44 BBB filed complains on them that they had to return money to customer. This company ethical values are over GREED instead of creating loyal customers.

We purchased a roundtrip flight for our daughter. The flight left Atlanta to Daytona Beach and in reverse on Tuesday the 19th. The flight on the 19Th was purchased for a 3:28pm departure. This was purchased on 8/24, I sent he a screen shot through text of her flights and times. Her flight was changed to 6AM on the 19th. Justfly says I went in and changed it before I purchased it, they can tell by the keystrokes. NO WAY! I would never purchase a 6AM flight, for 2 reasons. 1. I hate mornings. 2. The 19th is her grandmothers Birthday and we had a lunch planned before she flew out. Ahmed was rude and argued with everything we said even refusing to get me a supervisor 3 times. The supervisor finally called and told me about the keystrokes and I can changed the ticket for a crazy amount of money.

Booked and ticket, no immediate confirmation. Weird. Got the email that night, wrong time was booked. Called and told me I booked the wrong flight and they would cancel the flight for $75.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Use Google flights for same price.
There is no one to talk to. You will be on hold forever and ever, I've submitted a form online no one got back to me, I don't how they got all these nice fake reviews, this is my last business with them. I m just going to have to learn and pay little more money for a better service, I m just going to gave to go back to priceline booking ECT ECT, they probably moved their customer service center to Bangladesh this time, I m going to write review in every site out there until I feel I got my monies worth for their horrible service and the hours they kept me on hold.
I tried to use this site just fly before seeing these terrible reviews. 3 times paid for a flight to paris and 3 times they told me someone from my party cancelled the tickets 5 minutes after i paid for them. LMFAO... what s joke. Charged my amex $275 for who knows what and then wants to refund me my visa BUT I GET THE MONEY BACK IN 90 DAYS! Of all the nerve. They lied straight to my face 3 times and incapable of even putting the correct info on ticket. They put my fiance as a male on ticket and made it a party of 3 flying. Stay away from this site. A COMPLETE JOKE..
When my flight was canceled the phone rep seemed upset and then booked a crazy itenerary to get me home. A two hour flight became 48 hours with lots of layover in Philadelphia, then Miami, to Charlotte, and the finally getting to CAK airport. This is why I will not use your services again.
Guess you get what you pay for. I booked my flight for 4:15Pm and hit the button to confirm to pay for the flight and the flight time changed to 8:55 pm. I was advised that I had to cancel my flight and wait 2 to 10 business days to get my money back but I can reschedule a new flight at this time. I advised customer service I was not comfortable purchasing a new flight with them because their system booked me on flight I did not choose. Only thing they advised me to do was call my bank once I get the confirmation of the canceled flight. Poor Customer service this was my first and last time using this service.

Flight canceled due to weather. Just fly did not assist with rebooking. I was on the phone from 10pm to 5 am waiting to speak to a customer representative from justfly with no luck. Eventually rebooked after a lot of pleading directly with the airline who felt sorry for me.
I added an extra letter to my name on my reservation on accident. When I called immediately to change it, the representative told me to cancel the ticket and to rebook. Canceling would cost me $200 plus whatever the new ticket would be. What they failed to tell me is that the option to fix the last name is $75. What a scam. Even $75 to fix a misspelling is ridiculous, especially since I called immediately.
I booked international, my flight was canceled by airline. I called Airline for refund and I was redirected to Justlfy. It's over 2 months, I was unable to speak with no one. No refund till now. No even email of my flight cancelation. Very bad.
Turkish airlines canceled my flight for the date I suppose to travel. So I requested a cancelation because justfly didn't find a date for me. But i still be charge for cancelation fees. That is nonsense for me. Justfly should give me my full refund.
