Easy to use website, styles, customer service, is what I like the most about this online boutique. Cheap express shipping. The dress costs very little, although normal delivery delays from the pandemic are offset by excellent service and price.

The company is crooked. They are making fabulous pictures, also photoshop them, and make things appear perfect for an incredibly low price. Believe me, things they sell are not worth any more then the price you pay, if not less. This top (https://www.justfashionnow.com/products/new-women-fashion-plus-size-casual-floral-vintage-long-sleeve-v-neck-shirts-tops-*******) looks on the picture soft, fluffy, sweater-like, right? Well, it is not. It is just a thin average-looking t-shirt. See my pics. And the company does not want to straighten this out, because it's been more than 15 days since delivery (I was on vacation). Moreover, after I argued with them, sent many emails asking to rectify the situation, they banned me from writing reviews on their site. I've just tried to do that for the first time, and here I am writing a review on 'sitejabber' instead.

Took over one month to arrive... however the delay appeared to be with China mail service. Had been prepared to be disappointed with the product after reading many reviews and sure enough when I opened the parcel the reviews were spot on!
Chinese rip offs! Material was so thin it's see through.The garment also differs from the site picture in both colour and style. Just Fashion Now needs to improve quality control and take pride in delivering what customers have paid for.As this was my first order I will never again purchase from Just Fashion Now and if this review stops just one more customer from being duped my frustration will be justified.

I made a mistake of ordering from that company. I checked their return policy - everything seemed normal - they would accept returns and issue a refund. I ordered a Floral-Print Casual Crew Neck Shirt because it looked soft and loose and I ordered 2xl - a size larger than I usually wear (order *******). The item that arrived is made of stiff non-stretchy fabric and is the same width at shoulders and hem. The kitty one-size socks measure 5.5" at sole and definitely would fit any cat, but very few adult women. When I attempted a return i was informed that the goods have to be returned to China (shipping starts at $37) and I may be responsible for customs fees. Or they offer me %15 refund and I can keep the goods. I think it's a deliberate scam to discourage people from returning substandard goods. Stay away.

I dealt with this company under another name - quality is very poor - sizing are not even close to true - I would not recommend purchasing - I only figured it out because I was about to purchase again - and my credit card info automatically defaulted - Whew! - lucky I dodged that bullet... happy shopping (elsewhere) Ladies!

Please do not shop here. There is something quite fraudulent about their return policy. I decided I would test this site by purchasing a few items. They came, most items were fine but one was not, raw edges, loose threads etc. so, of course, I request a return slip. There is a fifteen day window to return an item. They take SEVEN days to respond to my email. In any other context a return slip would accompany that response, no they ask for an image, itself a delay tactic. However, I have since sent a response with the pictures and each email has come back as "undeliverable." Please do not use this site, it's probably fine if the items work but if there is something wrong (fit, quality), then you're just out of luck because there is no legitimate support after you have spent your money. Beware.

Good marketing, dresses I chose looked great, but receiving, they are ill fitting, dumpy, sloppy sewing, not same material shown. Two are damaged, spots several areas, one tear in back close to seam, wanted to take on a vacation, but. Disappointed, need to return after vacation, around July 27-28-30!

Took 3 weeks to receive purchases & the quality was terrible. I needed 2 of the outfits for my daughters birthday but they didn't get here on time. One of the outfits came a month later. Would not order from them again. Very disappointed.

Ordered over 60 days ago; never received product, never received a response for customer service after multiple tries to contact. One states you will receive a response in 48 hours, which never happened and the other site states you must go through contact us. What a rip off. I not only ordered 1 pair but 3 pairs of shoes. Live and learn. I will call our State Attorney General next to see if he can stop them from giving out false advertisement.

I've ordered four fashion products from this website only to find out that every garment was incorrectly sized. I can't wear any of them--they were all way too big. I'm a petite and very few of the products online are XS, most are S but in reality even the S sizes are either Medium or Large or, in once case, Extra Large. These garments are getting donated to a charity. While the pictures of the products look great on their models online, buyer beware. Their sizing chart and the clothes available for purchase have no relation to one another. I was extremely disappointed that not just one but all four garments were mis-sized! Apparently there is no quality control in the manufacturing process to ensure garments are correctly sized. I'll not purchase from this website again.

This company is a complete fraud. It needs to be shut down. They have a "seamstress" in China make the clothes as the orders come in. That's why it takes so long. They post awesome pictures, people can't resist but try them. The clothes DO NOT look like the pics! It's nearly impossible to return because it takes forever, costs a lot (they won't pay for returns) and gets stuck in Customs. Meaning, you'll never see your money again. BUYER BEWARE!
