After numerous emails back and forth with this company we finally agreed on an amount of a refund. They offered an 80% refund on one order even though the words were misspelled on the t-shirts and 100% refund on 2 items I never received. It has been 3 weeks and still have not received the funds.

Yes, this boutique has always delivered amazing results with the products I have purchased on the site. Everything is of exceptional quality for an incredibly affordable price that you simply don't get with most other online stores I've come across. I always buy again for their incredible range of products, high quality materials and low prices. Plus, they are reliable with shipping and send a tracking code to keep track of when your items will arrive.

I ordered & paid for 4 pairs of shoes back on May 5th. It was over $200 and I am still waiting for my order. What a mistake that I stumbled across this website. They have no phone number to call so you can't speak to anyone in customer service and when you do send an email it is a BS self automated response. This company is fraudulent and should not be able to operate. Safe your money & the headaches, stay away from this website.

Don't deserve one star. Unfortunately, read reviews after I bought. Dresses looked lovely online and when I zoomed in, appeared as were described. After a long wait to receive, got the first couple and they were trash. Colors not the same, fabric like cheesecloth. Could not even donate this stuff or use them to wash my car. Would cost over $100 to return to China. Fraudulent company as if they were on the level and didn't ship what was ordered, would have paid for it to be returned. They offered a discount on an order. Are you kidding?!?!

This company is a complete fraud. It doctors its photos. What they send you is cheap, ill-fitting garbage. When you try to return anything, they insist you send it to them in China. In any case, you would only get back a small fraction of what you spent. Someone posted this phone number *******245 in New City, NY) and indicated she got a refund. I tried it and the result was that someone calling himself John (but he is clearly Chinese) hacked into my computer and bought himself $400 worth of gift cards, while he kept putting me on hold. He also managed to forward my email to *******@gmail.com. I have reported him to American Express and will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company should not be allowed to do business in this country.

Ordered 2 dresses looked great in ad also described as cotton blend, style nothing like ad, material is very cheap nylon type of material. Extremely displeased with products, plus nowhere did I see items were coming from China which meant in order to return the cost of shipping was outrageous. Will never order from here again.

Great selection of styles and sizes. Even the large sized do not fit properly... tight in some areas and very big in others. Clothes are low quality... I guess you get what you pay for! Will never buy again!

Ordered 2 items in May, one finally arrived after 6-8 weeks. Looks nothing like the photos & is cheap see-through material, worth about $5.00. I email them to return. They say go on their website to Initiate a Return but you can't fill in any info - how convenient! I email again & explain, they say don't you want a discount voucher? NO! Just like Fashion Mia dotcom's tactics - avoid them like the plague, too. I kept the package & returned to the CA. Place it shipped from. Still have not seen my refund, so am calling my Credit card co. To get $ back.

I order two blouses for my wife with her help. When they arrived they were not exactly like the pictures nor did one fit correctly. When I wrote to *******@justfashionnow.com, first of all they did not answer, then after insisting a got the following answer: "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
