My returned items package sent Aug. 26 (cost $43) arrived in Shanghai, China. It was shipped out to address on Sept 2, and is still "in transit" today Nov. 1! They said the return tracking is your responsibility. USPS does not track once it enters China. I gave them all the info they needed to track it. For all I know they could have received it. Order #K*******. The quality was thin junk not at all what was pictured. (sorry no photos see other reviews) I was ripped off $60 plus my shipping. It could have been worse.

I bought two pair of the casual pants they feature in the first pages. I wanted 100% cotton and the fabric looks like linen in the pictures. I know I checked fiber content. Just yesterday I saw identical pants on another site (probably the same company) and those said 100% cotton but when looking on this site today the content says 100% polyester! I know I would not have ordered. And the laundering instructions say "Professional Dry Clean Recommended". They look cute in the photos but are actually big and baggy and long but of a fabric that does not roll up as indicated in the photos. I won't waste more money sending back to China. I'll give to GoodWill.

Great prices. Clothes were a little on the roomy size. Dresses I thought would be a bit shorter. One pair of shoes just a tiny bit less than size ordered. Seems to be good quality. Overall, enjoying the clothing. Something different!

I placed my order June 4th, it is now July 13th. It took a month until they even let me know two of the 4 pairs I ordered were out of stock. I can't even believe I have gotten just one pair(two days ago) in such a long period of time. These were ordered for a trip. Trip has been over and done with. Customer service? Does not exist. Took two weeks to respond when I asked where my order was! All coming from China so cheap, cheap, cheap!

My best friend told me about this online clothing store, I loved it! The designs are very contemporary, it takes a little time to ship but it is worth it, the customer service is good, I will buy again for sure

Items were not the right size as per their sizing chart. Dresses shown as being above knee or on knee are maxi length (I am 5'10) and the fabric is not as shown in the photo.

When I contacted them they offered me 15% cash to keep the items and told me items had to be returned to China at my own expense which includes duty fees on return items. They also suggest that I use the refund to alter the dresses I suppose to fit. I have bought dresses from China that have been perfect fit and as described and shown in picture. I did not know they were from China until they arrived.

I ordered 3 shirts just before the virus struck. He was concerned that they might not be able to reach the country or that it might take months, so he asked to cancel the order. They were very helpful they canceled and refunded my money without any problem. Will buy from them again this time as the situation is clearing up.

I'm a true 7, have been my entire adult life. Neither of the sandals I bought fit. And somehow they're also uncomfortable while being slightly too big. Make sure you read the material of the dresses. I bought a few for summer while WFH and they turned out to be polyester, so not cool in an un-air-conditioned house. My own fault.

I like the designs and the fabrics, but the sizes are odd. Only one item actually fit; all others were way too big and too long. The return policy is lousy so I won't be ordering any more from this website.

Huge disappointment. Becareful when you see pretty pictures online. Material was horrible and top of dress way too small. Flowing layers--no--the layers were sewn to the dress so they cannot move. Colors were very faded and not as shown. Took so long to arrive that it showed up a week after my event. It was shaped oddly--very small up top, overly wide on bottom. Not at all like the online photo. Then they told me return it to China which costs nearly $70. They don't cover returns at all.
