I ordered three dresses base on what they looked on line using American dollars. When received two of the dresses they were so bad and ugly that immediately cancelled receiving the third one. It was very difficult to fin the return procedure on line. After contacting the customer service, Eventually I got the return shipment label to China. Following exact instructions, returned the items via regular Canada post office mailing services. After a while followed up with the customer service, the denied receiving the items. Mailed them the copy of the post office receipt, yet didn't find it. Waited for over three months and they denied to give my money back. Lost the money to order items and the return shipment to China.
Unreliable. Will never buy from them again and will let all my friends know.

I am still waiting for an order (2 dresses) I placed on March 4th. 15 days passed when I emailed them per instructions on their site. Response came that stated " inventory issue" will be shipped 5- 8 business days. I expected a delay bc coming from China but this is ridiculous. I will be reporting this to my credit card company and as I learned from other reviews Pay Pal. I will let you know if I receive my items. # thumbsdown

The website led me to believe that returns were free. The time to return was not sufficient as they had delays on all my items at customs or the shipping handler. Items that said they would take 7-10 business days dragged on for several weeks. Any items you order be sure you want them as returning will cost you more that the items.

This is undoubtedly the worst shopping experience I have ever had! The merchandise does not even resemble the photos they publish on their website, the products are cheap, the material horrible, and the workmanship poor. They ship to you from the US, but you don't know until after the fact that any returns must be sent to China, at YOUR expense, which may cost more than the refund. Then they try to bribe you to keep the items by offering a small discount. And then they try again. Since my experience I've checked with the BBB and read numerous complaints from customers who were still waiting for their refund. And I'm still waiting for mine. This company is a total scam! ZERO stars!

The quality is ok and the browsing of the site can be addictive. Postage is pricey, specially for one pair of leggings and made them expensive for what they are. My main issue is that I am now plagued with messages from this company several times a day to the extent that they are becoming a nuisance. I should unsubscribe but like browsing.

Reviews that herald this site and products as great have to be frauds written by the company to counteract the horrible service JFN is. Let's start with the service - immediately takes your payment within 1 hour. However, you will wait 4 - 6 weeks for your items. And they will trickle in, piece by piece. Second, when you get them, yes they are cheap, as you get what you, pay for, but sizing is wrong, and the colors you see online look very different from what you get. Third, any return policy or customer service is non-existent. Do not. DO NOT waste your time or money. Makes going to a brick and mortar store seem attractive all over again.

Ordered all sizes too small. Jeans were to be 35 inch waist. 32 inch when received, they were floods not like described. Button hole still stitched up. Complained. They said to return, I had to pay shipping to China. Even though it was their mistake. Finally they said they would give me 25% off jeans. So $30.00 jeans now $23.00. Can't wear. I don't even give them 1star. Never again. The company is located in Markham, Ontario. Gives Ontario a bad rep, which is sad.

They sent me dresses that looked nothing like their website. Below the knee dress actually dragged on the floor even though I'm 5'7". The fabric is like cheap silky thin tissue paper bag. And now I get just 15% back which means I'm paying $60+ for unusable items because they sent clothing that they misrepresented and if I do not pay the outrageous price to ship them back I just get a15% refund. Unusable. PLEASE BEWARE of this company. Compare my pix with what they show on their website. Look cute on their website but are the worst possible quality you can imagine!

I wasn't aware of your location until I started process to return my order. Wow, what a surprise! That shipping cost of $45 was more than I expected. I didn't realize that it must go through customs! You have cute clothes, but, unfortunately, I can't afford such high shipping rates every time an item doesn't fit.

Should have read reviews before purchasing 2prs of summer sandals in August 2018. Shoes were too large and very floppy. Poor quality. I went thru the return process their customer service dept. told me and returned merchandise. Wasted additional money for the return.
To this day. Over 90 days since I returned items my refund has not been received. I should have listened to my daughter's warning to not order from this co.

I just started ordering with this company. My first order was perfect and everything was as promised.
This second order of four blouses had two that were great and one that was way too small and one that was like an extra large. I will not place anymore orders as this can get expensive. It is too much work to return the two items so I gave them to Goodwill as a donation. I will not be placing anymore orders.

The clothing is cute and the ordering is simple however, the items take about two weeks to arrive and there is no free returns. Also, if you put an item in the cart by accident, there's no way to delete it.
I bought two items. One was as pictured the other made me feel like I was wearing a costume top.

The sizes are true to size of the two tops I purchased. (The white ruche top and the black with leopard looking top).

Customer service is ok, they have a way to chat with someone through email and they require you to have your order number ready for the form.

I ordered over $100 worth of items from this site, after first reviewing the return policy. The overall quality of the merchandise was marginal. The descriptions said cotton or cotton blend - Don't believe it! There wasn't a thread of cotton in any of these pieces. However, I did keep the sleeveless merchandise because it was tolerable. The tops that had quarter length sleeves were made out of some kind of slinky, printed synthetic material that was awful. The sandals were made poorly. The upper strap was white plastic and so loose I think it's a tripping hazard.
Returns: After contacting them by email 3 times in as many weeks, I got no response on how to return 3 items and get a refund or something. What I got was Crickets! None of these floral patterns, even though pretty, are embroidered.
They are all printed on this synthetic blend that doesn't breathe which makes them terribly hot for wear in the summer months. Buyer be ware! I would avoid this website in the future.

I truly wish I had checked here first before I fell into the trap of Just Fashion Now.
Please if you have not ordered yet save yourself the misery!
As with many of the other reviews here, I too was very disappointed with the quality of the items that did actually arrive - and I am still waiting for one top - which who knows if it will ever be delivered?
I have been in contact with the customer service to ask for a cancelation or refund and that is a joke.
My lesson is learned! All I can do is hope to help someone else for making the same mistake.

Very easy clear fast. Reliable mail Service. Sizing inconsistent for one item. Thickness factor: thicker material than needed... expected more gauzy or light for summer, but can use for autumn. Add onesize up for good fit.

The shopping experience was OK. The goods delivered are trash. And assuming that they came from Guangxiou or wherever, I figure there's no use asking for a refund. I'll put the jacket into my Salvation Army bag and forget about it. And I won't order anything more from Just Fashion Now.

My order didn't come in. Had I know they were coming from China, I would have
Picked something else to wear. The order took a month to get to me. Still very

It is waaaaaaaay bigger than I expected. I ordered my usual size, should have gotten 2 sizes smaller!
Looks great, nice material,, just really really big. Will try to have altered and hope for the best.
