Also as items are added to order they offer discounts as to shipping, etc and free gift if spending even more. Then when items are totaled they deduct offers and tell you not enough money was spent to get the offers. Since ordering I am being bombarded with ads all over my computer. It is somewhat of a nightmare. I really liked the look of the clothes but will not order again due to bad experience.

The two items I received were certainly as the worst quality ever, its almost impossible to return items, impossible unless you want to be out of pocket, as postage in many cases costs more than the item, not even any use as a duster as the supposed cotton linen is a cheap polyester, how is this company allowed to trade in UK? Its a disgrace.
My mother purchased over $200 on a series of items last fall (shirts, shoes, accessories, etc.), none of which matched the descriptions due to the poor quality. My mom has tried to return the items, but the shipping label was incorrect. Fortunately, she paid for shipping insurance, and the parcel was returned to her. JustFashion refuses to refund, but they also provide the incorrect shipping label, likely so customers can lose their parcel and money altogether. She's now incurred over $250 in shipping fees. Absolutely shady business practices, and as for these 5-star reviews, I wouldn't be surprised if their paid or if their employees are required to write them.
Now almost $500 later, my mom is still trying to sort this return, but JustFashion seems to be trying to play games, cover up and keep the cash. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 5 items May 27. Received one yesterday July 3. It was not even close to what was ordered. I ordered a pink lovely casual dress (in photo) and received an orange piece of garbage. It does not remotely resemble what i ordered. I have written to them regarding this and am waiting for a response (by the way, the other 4 items have not been received). Unbelievable. I can't believe they are still in allowed to do business. And do not give me the standard response which you have in all the other negative comments.

I ordered a dress, for a specific event, which was supposedly shipped on Aug 3. It is now Sept the 6th. The dress has not arrived and I am unable to find any tracking information. After waiting so long I had to buy another dress and no longer need the one from Justfashionnow. I would like to cancel the order but your policy does not allow that. I had also ordered shoes which did not fit. I was given a choice between a 15% refund or paying to ship them back to China at my expense. I will not be doing any future business with this company.

The best online clothing store! I have always bought clothes and accessories online here and the delivery and shipping process is always fast. I love it because they have so much unique fashion that I can't find online anywhere else. Also a lot of discounts, which is very tempting to buy more! :)
Received a pair of shoes three weeks late and it did not look anything like the picture. So ugly. When I asked to return them I was told to pay the shipping fees to China or et a 15-20percent discount on my next purchase! Such a poor return policy. Also, I'm not familiar with buying clothes from the USA this way, and I forgot that your sizing was different from ours here. Eg. Your Small size is actually a Medium in NZ & in other countries. However, the Men's Medium was fine.

But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
