Does NOT deliver the goods. Everything you read about this SCAM operation is true. Fortunately my credit card disputed the charge after 4 weeks NO communication and NO merchandise.
After reading the reviews, I cancelled my order the same day I placed it. Seven days later, they responded that I can have a store credit (ha, ha) or I can get a money refund MINUS A 15% CANCELLATION FEE if the order has not shipped yet. Within minutes of receiving their email, I replied asking them to issue a money refund (their verbiage). We'll see what happens, although based on other reviews I don't expect to see my refund.

I bought a pair of sandals that looked really cute in the picture and only paid $21.99. After a 6 week wait the sandals finally arrived looking nothing like the picture and really just plain ugly. The only customer service contact available is through email and I was told I was responsible for the return shipping costs which turned out to be $23.99 - more than I paid for the shoes! I was told from the company if I didn't want to pay that price my only choice was to give the sandals away or donate them - such bad business - I obviously didn't pay to return the sandals and will have to donate them cause none I know will want them!

Its a Huge scam. Bought a dress, never received it. Their customer support mail is an automatic reply system and thats all youll get!

I will testify to all the negative reviews. It is all true - for real. Do not buy from this company. I have wasted too much money for you to go thru the same thing as I and many others have gone thru. Clothes are way smaller. My wife is a medium and I bought her XL size and it was still too small. I ordered 21 items and paid for expedited shipping 7-10 days and 20+ days later I have only rec'd 1 items which was too small. I have not rec'd a single pair of shoes and I am terribly afraid that if I ever receive a pair of those shoes they will also be too small. I will I had known that this company was from China, I would have never ordered from them. They are unresponsive once they have your money wit terrible customer service.

I ordered 2 dresses and 1 pair of sandals. Paid $17.00 for expedited shipping, took over a month to get the dresses, still haven't gotten the shoes. The dresses were supposed to be large, they won't fit my niece that is a size 4! Can't return, policy is I have to pay return shipping and will only get a partial refund or credit! As if I wan't a credit! This is a terrible company, they don't respond!

Items took ages to arrive. When they did they were nothing like what had been advertised. The material was thin and colours disgusting. The sizing was not even close to being what it should.
I requested a refund. I was sent an automatic response saying I would receive details within 48 hours. A week later and still nothing. I have sent 4 chasers.
I think this is a scam and a rip-off. Do not buy from this site.
UPDATE: In order to help all those waiting for a refund or returns information, I have found the way to get these rip-off merchants to respond. You must initiate a dispute through PayPal or your credit card if possible. I started getting some action the same day. It took a couple of days for them to provide the returns address but I have received all sorts of replies since my complaint. Still waiting for my money back but I am confident that PayPal will help if they resist. Good luck. Get a refund and never use these people again.

The dress I ordered was nice but do take care in ordering, because if you need to exchange the item that will be IMPOSSIBLE. For $25 I sent back a $45 dress to China, where the customs department refused it. The whole process of ordering, returning, and having the dress come back to me, took from early February to mid-June. When I said Chinese customs rejected the item, they said that was not their problem. I said it will be eventually as there needs to be a process for exchange of goods in the normal course of doing business. The offered me a discount for my next purchase. No thanks!

I really love this site! Clothes are good guality and always pretty! I was ordered a dress and skirt and she is adorable! Shipping cost and delivery are excellent, I waited a week for the package :) Very nice and helpfull customer service, I will definitely order something from them :)

This company is a scam and a joke. For those of you who are waiting for orders placed in May, cancel now. I ordered one pair of shoes in April and never received. After two emails and waiting 8 weeks I asked for a refund, I am told my cancellation and refund are being processed and may take longer than two week, depending if which CC i use The fact that there is no phone number should be a clue to all of us!

You can pay extra to get your order within 5-8 business days but that will never happen! I have been waiting over 20 business days an have gotten one pair of shoes even though I paid an extra $27 dollars. I took advantage of the email and sent 3 emails without response back. There was a second email to utilize if you did not receive response from the first one within 48 hours. I emailed the second email also 3 times without response. Don't order from this site- you may or may not receive your order and they will never respond to you!

Ordered 2 items on May 26,2018 and so far have not received. They give you the run around if you email them. Order status is "processing". Then their email Icon dissappeared from my computer screen. I suspect they are no longer in business.

I ordered 2 items from them on 5/20. Still havent received them, status processing. If i email them, they say to use the contact on their site. If I post on their site it says to use email. Im giving it until 6/20, if no change I will report the company as a fraud. I always stay away from companies like this, for reasons like this. My duh moment :(
