I placed order for 3 pairs of shoes on 5/25/18 and was told they would be processed in 3-5 business days. Today being June 15th and the order is still being processed. I have written several emails to them and the same result, order will ship soon, but still no timeframe. Now once they process it takes another 10-20 days to receive even though the cost of shipping was $17.00. Oh and the total order was $85.89 but then, I was charged the same day an additional $2.58. They said I was not charged even though I sent them my bank statement showing the charges and deduction from account. Now they dont even respond to my emails. Worst customer service ever! Stay Away unless you want to wait for your order forever! NO Phone # to call or at least I cant find one!

Ordered shoes that were adorably cute online. Paid extra to have them shipped faster. I placed my order on May 3rd, They finally shipped ONE of the TWO pair of shoes that I received a MONTH after ordering them. Loved the look. First time wearing them, they started to fall apart! It is June 15th and I still don't have the second pair which is RIDICULOUS! I won't need them by the time they arrive! Do not buy anything - cheap quality items and you will be waiting forever!

I received the merchandise ordered.
Per their measuring chart, I ordered several pieces in size small...
Took a while to get it, but the disappointment did not stop there. Everything was too big except for one item that was too small, couldn't even get thru my head!
When I tried to return the merchandise, they sent me an email stating that I had to return it back to China.
That I may incur Taxes in China as well as penalties for the return...
Anybody out there that would like to join in for a class action suit...
I am livid!

The site justfashionnow.com is a site with beautiful pieces, I love the styles and designer of the pieces, all very real and with an incredible quality
I made two purchases and I liked the items a lot, the service was very good, delivery on time and fair price, I will certainly go back to buying more pieces, I recommend!

Ive ordered three orders back to back, two in one day and one maybe two or three days later. Keep emailing them to where my order might be but to no avail there has been no return email. I didnt use PayPal to pay for my order I actually used one of my debit cards. Ive also sent a email informing them that When its all said and done I will not be ordering from them anymore. Still have yet to see either orders. Ive read so many feedbacks that I wish that I had checked before ordering. Yes it is way to good to be true. Im just simply going to contact my bank and file claims on all of the orders that Ive ordered, that should wake them up. Ladies I feel like weve been taken advantage of, Think about it like this What website sells merchandise, takes orders yet we cannot call them at all? I wish that I can give them ten thumbs down and perhaps shut down their site.
Ladies let us all try not to get caught out there like this again.

Their customer service happily assisted me and help me track my parcel and even got it all covered to call the shippers for me. You see, I had a problem tracking my parcel so I message their customer service if they can assist me because I need to know my parcel's whereabouts since I'll be leaving and I'm bringing the dress. Thank you so much! Got it before I do my out of the country!
