I've never written a bad review, but this company is a total scam.
I spent $174 for my online order in May. It is July and I have not received an email with tracking information. I tried the online form, it is does not work and I've sent emails to *******@justfashionnow only to receive a non deliverable email after failed attempts. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Ten weeks ago, on April 21st, I ordered shoes. It is now July 2nd. They have been *******@DFW airport for a month per the tracking #. I sent an email to customer support, who told me to get on their website "Contact Us" form to query. You can't fill out the form-- it doesn't work.
I will never order ANYTHING from an ad on social media again.

My order has been "processing" for 12 days now. The "contact us" page DOES NOT WORK so I sent an email to support. Received an answer saying "Use the online Contact Us form" - the one that doesn't work! So when I see that every review here is commented by the company saying "use the Contact Us" form, I feel that it's all a scam... I'll wait another two weeks, and if I still haven't got my shoes, I'm getting my money back.

It took over 6 weeks to receive an order that was promised in 5 to10 days. When I received the order, at pair of shoes was missing. I've contacted the company via their e-mail contact service 3 times asking about the shoes, I received an email that they would respond in 2 days to my inquiry, that's been 6 days and still no email. Now conveniently the contact email does not work, the phone does not work. What a rip off. Also the two dresses are of less quality then the description and the picture. DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this company. They were supposed to arrive in 10 days but it took 6 WEEKS. When they arrived, despite the fact that they were both supposedly a size 9, one pair was big enough to fit two feet in each shoe and the other pair was too small.
When I contacted the company about returning them, they didn't respond for a week (despite the fact that their own policy says they will respond in 48 hours) and they said that I would have to pay to ship them to China which would cost over $30 in order to get my money back - even though they clearly sent the wrong size shoes.
Never, ever, ever order from this company!

Buyer beware. Dont ever be tempted to buy from this website. I have exhausted every single avenue to get this company to respond regarding a refund even though they promise a 14 day from delivery date. I have been totally ripped off. I spent 100 on 3 pairs of shoes on 2nd may. 2 paid arrived last week. I have been emailing them ever since to get address to return the shoes as there is no return address with the package. One pair of shoes are size 43 and I distinctly ordered 40,3 sizes smaller. The other pair are absolutely not anything remotely like the pair I opted for on website. The upper part of the wedge shoes is made of PAPER not even plastic. You wouldnt get one night out of them.

I placed an order with this company 2 months ago and I still haven't received it. I emailed them to get an estimated time of shipment and they replied back with an email talking about a discount. Two weeks later I sent another email telling them I wanted to cancel my order and just receive a refund. All I got back was an email telling me they will reply in 48 hours. That still hasn't happened and I have been sending emails everyday. I should have known better because this company is based out of China. "DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!"

I ordered a pair of wedge sandals from them. It took 9 weeks for them to show up. The packaging was horrible, no box, just stuffed in a bag. The quality is very poor and even a person with a narrow foot wouldn't be able to wear the sandals I received. I have an average width foot and my toes hang over both sides. DO NOT order anything from this "company".

I placed an order and never received it. When I tried to check the tracking number on the invoice that was e-mailed to me the it didn't work. When I tried to contact the company to find out what happened I was not able to e-mail them directly.
Too bad, the clothes looked like they were cute. I'm disappointed and probably out the money I spent.
