I bought 3 blouses, 1 dress and 1 pair of sandals. All are cheap plastic and weird sizing. Totally not usable. Totally not like the wonderful ad photos they use. I was extremely disappointed. The sandals were such a hard plastic I couldn't wear them at all. Their "Simple Return Policy" is not. You pay shipping and customs back to China. Ha ha. They did offer me an approx. $15 refund on a $120 order... if I returned (my US shipping would probably be around $10 - $12). Stay away from JustFashionNow!;-(

I read the reviews a bit too late... Never purchase anything from this website. I ve been trying to cancel the order for 5 days - no respond whats so ever and now I receive - iten was shipped! Ridiculus.
I waited 2 months to receive 2dresses that immediately went into the garbage. The shape and fabric of both was so thin you could see right through plus the armholes of one were completely unfinished. I didn't bother trying to return, at my expense, to China because I'm sure they would say they either never received them or they were past their return deadline. Why throw good money after bad. Lesson learned

I've had the same experience as most with this scam of a company. They'll be shut down soon. Ordered something for my wife's birthday, was supposed to be here a week ago, and hasn't even shipped yet. Never ordered a product that takes months to ship- especially in the Amazon era. Customer service is a total joke- they want me to give them more money to (expedite) shipping and even that method would still be weeks- or so they say. False advertisement will not fly these days. I'm sure others like me have reported them. Unfortunate that people today still try to scam others. I ordered a month before her bday, and it's been two months and it hasn't even shipped. 1. The products displayed on your website fall short when seen in person. No side or back view of the item is given only three versions of the same view.
2. In today's world of instant gratification, it is NOT gratifying to have to wait almost 3 weeks to get my order. This order was placed on Feb 15 and I did not received it until the beginning of March.

Worst products an "customer service" I have ever experienced and I've done all my shopping online for 20 years. Never received over $100 worth of clothes and after over 3 months of emails back and forth they still won't believe that I didn't receive the package. The P. O. says delivered so I understand the confusion. As requested I initiated a post office search via the usps online form which reported it delivered of course. When I've had similar problems, other retailers just send my refund but I guess JFN thinks I'm trying to get away with theft. You can never speak to anyone, and different people respond to emails so you have to start from the beginning to explain again and again. They are just UNABLE to communicate. Very frustrating. So I'm out the money. By the way I did receive one package, very inferior product that I didn't even feel worthy of donating so in the trash. Never again with this company.

Love the discount to help on shipping cost. Does not come in half sizes. The right sneaker is a bit too snug at the top mailing it uncomfortable. Consider sizing up. Hoping it will stretch out.
Products nothing like the pictures, cheapest possible material - imagine cheapest polyester - different colour entirely, 2 x sizes too big. Took weeks to arrive. I ordered 4 tops - 2 have arrived weeks after the original order. Still waiting on another 2. How this website is still operating legally I do not know. They would be done under the Trades Description Act if it weren't for the fact they are based in China. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The returns go through China, not where they ship from in California. This means that basically, you can't return anything because it's cost prohibitive. They also do not give store credit. With haggling, I only got 40% of the cost of the item refunded. I ordered a dress described as being a poly/cotton blend. There is no cotton in it at all. It looked very cute and color-rich online, but in person, one of the ugliest articles of clothing I have ever seen, plasticy, and cheap looking. At the same time, 1-6-22, I also ordered a pair of leggings. They were not listed as backordered. As of today, 2-23-22, they still have not arrived. About 3 weeks ago, I was told that they would arrive, but they haven't. I will NEVER order from this company again. Working with reputable, customer-service-oriented companies is something that we take for granted in the U.S., but it makes a huge difference. Buyer, BEWARE.

My mistake…didnt read the description of what the material was on a couple summer dresses and I ended up with 100% polyester — terrible! Polyester is the hottest material to wear in warm weather. And one of the dresses the polyester felt like a cheap shower curtain. BUT the cotton blend dresses were great.
Would be happier if they had petite sizes but sizing does run fairly accurate.
Finally…forget about returning anything because you have to pay shipping etc to China! Not worth it. So they do offer you a 15% refund. Its not much but better than nothing. I probably wont order again.

All the items I received bore only a very distant similarity to those I ordered from the pictures online where they looked really good. Poor quality, completely different cardigan in one case, fleece rather than knitted, a scarf the material of which was so stiff, it couldn't be wrapped around the shoulders and mittens that were thin and very shoddily made and unfinished. I eventually was reimbursed for the wrong cardigan( though took about 30 emails and considerable time & perseverance) but the scarf they refused to discuss as I took 16 days to complain and their limit was 15 days... despite being delivered over Christmas with no notification whilst i was away. A very bad experience and one I will not repeat. A lot of money spent and lost, on items only fit for the dustbin. Please be warned and do not be tempted... you will most likely be v disappointed!

This site appears to be a scam. When my order didnt ship, I contacted them and got auto replies that it was processing. Never a personal reply and no tracking number or email address. I was able to get a refund through PayPal before anything shipped - advise others who are awaiting orders to do this. Judging by other reviews, if you do receive your items, they will be of very poor quality.

Lots of great products. However, I placed my order on July 9,2022 and most of what I ordered was sent piecemeal. I received the last product yesterday, August 9,2022. I was somewhat disappointed in that, but none of the products were needed for a special occasion; so, it all worked out.

Then the merchandise arrived--twice. We contacted them about the error, and they said sorry, returns have to be mailed by the buyer at the buyer's expense. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
