Placed an order for beach cover up. Took from March 19th to April 17 to receive it after many requests. When finally did arrive (way to late for my vacation anyway) it was not what I ordered or total misrepresentation of item on site! Now in battle trying to get it back to them and holding payment. Discover wonderful dealing with this issue but Paypal also a nightmare. Never/ever again. Also when asking where item was generic email constantly sent claiming in the next 10 days. Bull

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering 2 items. The prices are so cheap I figured there must be a catch. I lived in Mainland China for 6 years and when I read the "Good" reviews, the "English" reminds me of the menus, newspaper etc. that someone translated from Chinese to English, when I lived there. I could tell right away as I read the too few positive reviews that they were plants. I guess the old adage is true "If it sounds too good to be true...

I always buy my required clothes from the online store. I will not say anything, there are some shops whose quality of work can not please me. But I got it from Just Fashion. Good Experience In A Tall.
BEWARE I made a purchase and never received the items. When i contacted customer service I got a form response saying items were on back order and it would be another 10 days. Its bewn over a month and no items have been received.

I ordered 6 items and 4 turned up and they were shoddy I am trying to return them and the customer service team dont reply and i pursued it and they offered me a 15% return of the £150 i spent. Just Fashion is always a good service, I can not believe it. It has been so, they have just given me the holiday Shift Slit Striped Sleeveless Dress. And the quality of the products was just fine.
I bought three ideas from them back on March 16 and still haven't receives the shoes I order. Its been 1 month. I emailed so many times but they DONT respond. The clothes are cheap. Don't waste your money... One word Scam! Whatever you do Don't order with them...

This company is a SCAM - PLEASE DO NOT FALL PREY TO IT. If you try to return an item for refund, they refuse to sign for it so they don't have to issue you a refund but it costs you £15 to return the item.
Quality is so poor as to be laughable.

Dress ordered is badly made from cheap material. Sizing completely wrong. Only good for cleaning cloths. Requested a refund and despite several emails have heard nothing. Wish I had read online reviews first. Will now contact PayPal to see if they can help. Unfortunately it is not possible to give zero stars!

I ordered a dress on the 13 march 2019 and was informed after they had banked my cheque that it was out of stock. Fine. But it is now 16 April and despite numerous emails sent asking for an update on my order I have had NO communication from them. I am really annoyed,'cause having read all the bad reviews I wasn't wiser to the fact that they seem to be scammers!

I was simply window shopping. The store was clean, well organized, and the staff was friendly. I was checked on many times to see if I needed assistance.
I had high hopes for this store because there is no selection for plus sizes most of the time, but when you have to work a second job to be able to afford a tee, it's not worth it.
The women were so great and patient with me and my two crazy kids. Got a cite new outfit and felt amazing for our 10 year anniversary!
I and my younger sister chose some clothes from here. I'm ready to check a dress. And they gave me the right time to wear. I will now order some more clothes. Looking forward to something better... Good Customer Suppte.
What a very disappointing experience and a terrible selling practice. I would not buy from this company again. I ordered a dress and after a month still had not received the item but despite this, Just Fashion deducted the money from my PayPal account. They must have known at point of order that the item was not available for delivery, but they did not even inform me. It was only after I chased that they emailed me. I was told that there is a delay and after another few weeks that it could take anther 20 days. NOT GOOD ENOUGH because all this time, they have my money. I have now escalated this issue to PayPal who are looking into the matter. Just too much hassle.

Do not order from this group. In February I ordered a pair of shoes, white pants, a shopping bag and a dress. I received the shoes at the end of March - two left shoes. I've sent them 3 emails and they've asked for photos and other info which I've sent then - and have not received any message other that they received my message. Last week (April now - about 2 months after my order) I received the pants I ordered. They were beige, I ordered white and the material is horrible - I went through the same process as above and still haven't heard anything. The quality of the products, client service and refund policy are all bad. I will never again order a product from a group I am not familiar with. PS. I still haven't received the dress.
